Rien

The fact that its central and the staff is friendly and helpful

Way over priced for what it is . No breakfast for 969cad for two nights is over expensive . The ten dollar coupon could be more given there is no breakfast.

Clean , comfortable, perfect

Parking not always available

The facilities were generally nice, but the noise level from the microbrewery next door was unbearable and lasted until 3 am.

There was a DJ playing next door until 3 am--it was unbearably loud and impossible to sleep. We received no heads up about this event. We were traveling with a baby and tried to change rooms around 11 pm (an hour into the DJ set), but the after-hours phone line was down and nobody was at the front desk. The price of this room was way too high for only a few hours of sleep.

The location is very convenient, right in the heart of centre ville so all restaurants and boutiques are at your doorstep. The apartments are beautifully decorated and appliances, dishes, furniture were new and clean.

We found the air in the hallways to be very stagnant and off putting.

Spacious suite Great location Wonderful staff

Parking fees and space

Loved the sauna on the facility. The staff were great and responsive, the room was beautiful. The trains that did pass by the back occurred at reasonable hours.

The direct back (with the train tracks) of the property took away from the beautiful view of the lake but minor compared to all the good stuff!

The location and amenities.

The air conditioner did not cool room. Spoke to staff and nothing was done. Terrible to sleep in.

Bien situé. Propre,confortable.

Great location. Good room size. Loved that all the amenities we needed were available.

A bit of noise from the hallway, loved the idea of a Murphy bed but wished it was already down for our stay

Great location

Could not sit out on the deck area as was a large fan which was very noisy

Location was great walked everywhere.

Couldn’t keep bikes in room they had a locker in basement

Been to Magog area for years now, love the area! Never stayed directly downtown and we loved it! Hotel is beautiful, staffing is above above! We chose to purchase the garage parking lot, which everyone should do,. We saw quite a few cars ticketed who parked out back. Love the garage, with the key you puchase your vechicle and belongs are safe in this locked private garage, only used by people who are the hotel. Rooms/Condos are stocked with wine/chocolates/champagne, cider, (for purchase) we didn't buy these, buy these are all top of the line vendors. The Murphy Bed/The kitchen Counter chairs-high stools are top quality and so very comfortable. The stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom came in very andy. The private patio, overlooked many of the areas private resident homes and the beautiful Marina with lovely scenery and boats. From check in to check out sensational. Will stay again. Being on the Main Street in tried the newest Pizza Establishment 900, and btw, showing your card from the Marinas you can get quite a few local discounts, and the pizza and chattuerie were so delicious and all the staff are wonderful and work very hard to make your meal very special. Highly reccomend the Hotel. We love it. As pictured is a fireplace-gas it was warm out when we stayed so we didn't use. Didn't snap any pics of the large bathroom with. stacked washer and dryer. Electric stove kitchen has everything you need to create home ade meals. They have a Neopresso as well as well stocked high end teas for all to enjoy.

NA. Perfect.

Staff was excellent and helpful, great area

This is our 3rd time and we love the location, layout and space for our family. The apartments are well designed, comfortable and really well set up for a family.

While we have stayed there twice before, we always had a unit facing the Main Street. This time, our unit was facing the side and right above a restaurant that turned into a nightclub. They had a DJ until 3am right below our room… we really wish the hotel had warned us when we booked.

Our stay at Hôtel Expérience Quartier des Marinas was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end! We booked a suite for 6 adults and one 10-year-old child, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, modern, spacious, and felt brand new. Everything was incredibly well maintained, and you could tell that great attention had been paid to every detail. The location couldn’t have been better. Within just a 2–3 minute walk, we could reach the waterfront, shops, cafés, and many excellent restaurants. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, it really isn’t necessary because there are so many fantastic dining options literally one minute away. The first thing that impressed us was the staff. They were genuinely warm, welcoming, and kind. They made us feel less like customers and more like personal guests in their own home. Their hospitality truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. The suite was extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee machine, microwave, oven, stovetop, kettle, dishes, cutlery, cookware, and all the essential kitchen utensils. There were plenty of closets for storage, beautiful mirrors, a large balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture, and excellent Wi-Fi throughout our stay. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, with immaculate sheets, plenty of fresh towels, and an impressive number of high-quality extra pillows, which made sleeping especially comfortable. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, including board games for the family to enjoy. Parking was convenient as well. There is secure indoor parking with EV chargers available for $25 per night, and we also found two free public parking lots just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. If I had to mention one tiny thing, it would be that we could have used an extra bottle of hand soap for one of the bathrooms.

The Hotel was central which was great!

I can’t fault.

Central location. Very comfortable.

Parking worked out well for us but if parking on the street had not been an option I would have said parking was inconvenient.

The view from the 1st floor river view rooms was underwhelming. You're basically just looking at the dumpsters behind the building. It could get quite noisy on the weekend as they have an event space with a terrasse next to the hotel and in the room we were in(103) you could hear the music/bass until quite late.

receptionist Anna was very helpful and smiling always

i reserved 301 will over two months and they transfer me to second floor where the bedroom is near the street once the windows open, party noises till 2am Saturday night till Sunday. never explained to me why I was moved to another floor. i stayed in 301 last year i enjoyed the quiet because the bedroom was not in front of the street.

Excellent property with lovely helpful staff The room was spacious but only complaint there were lots of dead mosquitos by the window from the inside. Not a deal breaker

Lovely room. Staff was great.

Railroad runs right behind the property.

Loved the spacious room and bed was so comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom high quality and large and had anything you could ever need. Wish i was able to stay for a week vs. one day!

It was spacious, so clean and location, location, location!

Nothing.

I loved how modern and clean the hotel was. It was perfectly situated in the heart of Magog in between restaurants and shops. We were walking distance to the Marina and beach as well. Would definitely go back.

Modern, clean, well equipped, great location in town.

Close to the pub so we heard the music all night long and people in the streets partying, couldn’t sleep. We asked to change rooms, the staff was very nice.

The rooms are very modern and well designed. Location is perfect in the heart of the little town with many options for dining out, grocery store near by and other shopping and activities. The staff is great.

The only thing was that they don't come to clean the room like a traditional hotel, it's more like aparthotel, so we had to ask for housekeeping after three days and even then the cleaning wasn't perfect.

We loved our apartment, very comfortable and spacious. We rented room 304 with 2 bedrooms. It was stocked very well with towels and appliances. Location is great, right next to the cafes, restaurants, grocery store and shops. Everything within walking distance.

We heard the music from the building accros …

Pretty well everything. Comfortable room and bed. Very clean and quiet. The hot tub was a nice perk.

Only negative comment: For a modern hotel I was surprised that there were no USB ports anywhere. Would be a very cheap addition to bring the hotel up a notch

Love this property Always fantastic!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient and walkable to the whole town.

L'emplacement

Central location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Brand new condos, great rooftop terrace, extra clean and well equipped

A little pricey and right by the train tracks, merchandise train at midnight and 5am announcing its arrival…lovely!
