The breakfast is very good. It will be much more appreciated if more options were added on the hot breakfast. Overall, I am not complaining . The service was great. The property is centrally located and in easy reach to all amenities.

I loved my stay. The only thing I could recommend is to add more dishes to the menu.

Wir haben die drei Übernachtungen sehr genossen! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber, das Hotel liegt zentral in Plettenburg Bay, eine Menge Restaurants befinden sich in auch nächtlich sicherer Laufnähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich (ganz besonders Izzy in der Bar und das "Frühststücks-Team") und hilfbereit. Besonders toll fanden wir zudem das sehr leckere a la carte Frühstück. Ein bewachter Parkplatz rundet die Unterkunft ab

Wir haben drei Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Lower Floor, also „Keller“, wobei das gar kein Problem war, da trotzdem Tageslicht ans Zimmer kommt und man eine kleine Terrasse zum Sitzen hat. Das Restaurant des Hotels bietet Frühstück und Abendessen an, auch hier wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Es gibt eine Vielfalt an Gerichten und uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich und man wurde herzlich empfangen. Auch die Sky-Bar ist super toll, da man einen Blick aufs Meer hat und viele verschiedene Cocktails bestellen kann. Das Hotel liegt mit im Zentrum von Plett und alle Aktivitäten sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in dem Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen:)

I was only at the hotel for 15hrs, but it was exactly what I needed. Lovely room, comfortable bed, friendly staff at restaurant and check in. It was perfect and great location.

I like the hotel concept on breakfast. Breakfast is scrumptious and the waiters/waitresses are always smiling and very helpful.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. From the staff to the facilities to the location! I absolutely enjoyed my stay and I even booked an extra day. It is so close to everything, the beach is about 4 minutes away, there's a shopping center right across the road. It's central to everything and surrounded by lots of different restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the floor manager, Antoine (forgive me if I spelt it wrong). Breakfast was amazing and there was lots of different options, take it from me who doesn't really enjoy breakfast. My partner and I absolutely loved our stay. The staff really made it a memorable experience for us and our little honeymoon. This was our first time in Plett and we will definitely be back.

One of the days our room wasn't really cleaned properly especially the bathroom. The sink was still dirty however every other day the rooms were kept clean. I really liked that they cleaned our rooms while we were out in the evenings.

Everything except we stayed in room 310 and it appeared that although it is a non smoking establishment there was smoking taking place in room 311. I reported this to the receptionist on 9 Aug 26. The response was if they are smoking on the Julian balcony nothing could be done. I was asked if the smoke smell also came from the foyer between the rooms which it did. I was told housekeeping would investigate. The next morning the same smell of smoke occurred. On checking out we once again advised the receptionist, morning of 10 Aug. If a non smoking establishment why did we have to be subjected to inhaling passive smoking. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Noisy, could hear people in the passage and room next door. Could clearly hear the tv next door. Shower leaked badly.

The breakfast was good.

In my room I felt like I was in the student accommodation. The doors are making noise and your neighbor you can hear wear they are saying. In my room you don't even know if the sun is coming out or not.

La stanza a noi assegnata era al piano sotterraneo, con un affaccio sul cortile Interno con relativa poca privacy. Parcheggio a pagamento. Colazione con bevande calde e uova a pagamento.

Loved every about this place

The fact that I had to pay R100 for parking per night really threw my off, and the fact that this was only communicated when I was checking in online. I think this paying for parking should be made clear from the time you are booking. And I don’t understand why I have to pay for parking.

Our stay was very short but everything was on point.

Die Zimmertüren sind nicht dicht, was es sehr hellhörig macht.

Unfortunately we stayed here on a Saturday night and the noise from downstairs bars/clubs was insane until about midnight. So we didn’t have a very good nights sleep.

The hotel was very nice and new, and the bed was very comfortable. We had to pay for parking which was about 500 rand a night. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

There are many choices in Plett , and you not always sure you made the right one until you arrive . I can assure you this place was great for our business trip .

Overall very good facilities, staff and convenience. Would like to suggest that you inform first-time guests how to get to underground parking before checking in, as finding public parking before check-in especially during peak times can be difficult.

Room very comfortable but front door let through quite a lot of noise of nearby guests opening and closing their doors.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests, amazingly friendly staff all-round.

We were impressed with the professional reception. Hotel is spotless and all staff are incredible. We were very happy with our stay.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. I just have to mention that at 4am on Sat morning we were woken by a female crying very loudly. It was unsettling but I need to mention it because it could have been an emergency.

we had one of the less expensive rooms, and we were concerned it would be a noisy street facing bedroom. on the contrary, the hotel has been so well designed, that, although we did not have a view, it was built so that we had a courtyard below street level which was wonderfully quiet.

Luxuriöses Meerblickzimmer sind vor allem im Untergeschoss und daher ist der Blick eingeschränkt. Sehr lauter Zimmerservice, welcher am Ankunftstag um 19 Uhr das Zimmer reinigen wollte.

Hotel was clean and modern and new , great location on the Main Street . Staff very helpful , room was spacious and light , great balcony / terrace with sea view . V good shower . The restaurant was very good and we were given a 10% discount , breakfast was lovely , again staff very attentive and helpful .

It was a strange design , had to go through an atrium area to access room which tended to have doors banging by neighbours , although quiet overnight .

The check in was seamless, the check in staff was very friendly.

Absolutely nothing

Terribly overpriced in a boring location, even if nothing goes wrong. (It's never a good sign when they try to talk you into upgrading your room, as you are checking in.) And if something does go wrong, don't waste your time seeking a solution from management, they will do nothing for you, even if they are clearly at fault. Stay somewhere else.
