The apartment could benefit from a few minor improvements, particularly in terms of maintenance. A more thorough deep cleaning carried out more regularly would help keep the space better maintained and make it more pleasant and comfortable for guests.

Het appartement is heerlijk, van alle gemakken voorzien! Het terras is nog groter, met fantastische tuinmeubelen en een heerlijk uitzicht!

Appartement 404 ligt naast de bar met het gezamenlijke zwembad. Wij waren in de winter, dus het zwembad was nu niet het probleem, maar ze organiseren daar ook feestjes en dat was erg lawaaiig omdat ze binnen en buiten de boxen op vol vermogen zetten; jammer!

in my room number 404 there was no DSTV.....you had to use your mobile device and the streaming service which kept losing the sound...a pain!

Schöne Appartements in guter Lage mit eigenem überwachtem Parkplatz. Man kann die große Terrasse gut nutzen.

Bei der Sauberkeit kann gut eine Schippe drauf gelegt werden. Unangenehm war, dass die beiden kleinen Zimmer das Fenster zum Gang hin hatten, womit es unbenutzbar ist - wegen vorbei kommenden anderen Gästen, die rein schauen können, und der daraus entstehenden Lautstärke. Ähnlich wie in einem Riad.

Spacious, clean and well-stocked 3-bed apartment, right on the main street and with seas views. Secure, underground parking. Shared pool on the roof with bar.

Can't really walk down to the beach easily; but the trade-off is you're close to loads of shops, bars and restaurants for the evening.

This is one of the best apartments I’ve experienced absolutely beautiful, clean, and well-maintained highly recommended for families.

Everything! The room was comfortable, sufficiently equipped with all you could need to make your stay comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the Sky Bar and pool, an added bonus. The restaurant on site made dinners easy and the food was delicious! The staff were super helpful and friendly.

The location is excellent and the apartment was very well decorated and comfortable. Convenient for walking to shops or restaurants or even the beach. The apartment is part of a hotel complex. Would definitely recommend a room on third or fourth floor.

Apartment and especially the one bedroom had a strong smell of paint. I'm guessing it had been recently touched up prior to our arrival but took a good few days to go away. Would be nice to have a gym option.

We stayed in penthouse apartment 401. It was incredible - extremely luxurious and stylish decor. The views were fabulous. The apartment had 3x spacious bedrooms all with their own bathroom. The lounge/ dining air was perfect including a large TV with fireplace for cooler cosier evenings. The balcony is the selling point with beautiful views of the Plett beaches. We absolutely loved our stay here and would love to return next year. Staff were very welcoming and friendly too. We felt very safe in Plett.

Had a terrible experience with two members of staff in car park, we arrived in a large vehicle and despite an empty car park they insisted in parking us in a space between two cars which wasn’t big enough I couldn’t even get out of car and subsequently put a dent in car absolutely ridiculous

Geen ontbijt erbij. Wel eenmaal goed gegeten bij hotel en zelf betaald. Rooftopzwembad was geweldig!

Veel geluidsoverlast in ons appartement. De weg beneden waar hard gereden wordt en we zaten boven een nachtclub, dus groot deel van de nacht en avond veel herrie.

Breakfasts were great, we often made use of the breakfast facility at the pool area and also the restaurant downstairs. Coffee was also exceptional

A super noisy road, right next to the apartment. So noisy that we could not open the sliding door to the balcony during the day. (Apartment 201)

The modern rooms and ocean views from our apartment were great. The skydeck was amazing.

Air conditioning in the apartment wasn’t great. Rooms were okay but the main living area had no cooling. The communication with reception/restaurant was difficult to order for international guests because no phone in the room. Very busy when we were there so it felt a bit rushed.

It was a bit noisy at night. Noise from the pubs nearby continued into midnight.

Heerlijke ligging aan Mainstreet. Je loopt overal heen en appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien.

Door de kerstperiode was ons verblijf erg kostbaar. Restaurant was heerlijk, maar hebben wel heel lang moeten wachten op ons diner.

Lage war großartig, wenn auch in den Weihnachtsferien etwas laut. Die Dachterrasse des Appartment 404 ist irre groß und man kann direkt nebenan in den Pool springen.

Das Personal war freundlich aber sehr unpersönlich. Die Zimmer und die Bäder waren sehr klein, die Betten aber bequem.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war super. Es war sehr gut, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt

2 von den 3 Schlafzimmern hatten ein Fenster in den Flur des Gebäudes. Dadurch gab es keine frische Luft und es war zudem teilweise laut und sehr hell, wenn man das Rollo nicht runtergemacht hat.

Location is perfect, close to restaurants, supermarket and beach

The location was amazing, right in the middle of bustling Plett. The balcony was out of this world, on the rooftop of the building, it was huge and had an amazing view, right across the bay. The apartment was well equipped with a great kitchen, all the utensils you need and a full size fridge. Massive TV on one wall in the lounge.

The apartment 404 was smaller than the photos online, the kitchen/dining room/lounge were all compacted together and the two bedrooms were just big enough for the beds. The balcony was massive but was right next to the hotel's pool, so wasn't quite as quiet or private as we thought, but still lovely.

Excellent location along Main Street

Unit was not cleaned well upon arrival. Dirty towels and garbage from previous users was still in the unit.
