Reviewed May 12, 2026The place was super clean, neat and tidy. Didn't need anything. Parking very close to room. Bathroom and room very modern. Kitchen perfect. Everything in working condition.
Bedside lamps' extending arms seem to be not working properly. Would also like thicker pillows and maybe more pillows to hold and for knees. Current pillows too soft and worn out. (But the pillow thing is a question of preference) Other than that, PERFECT. Thanks guys

It’s not a dislike just the security system can be a bit frustrating especially if you aren’t tech savvy but the maintenance guy was quick to react and help on both calls. He was friendly. I think for people who enjoy tv without the extra add ins like Netflix there should be normal channels because we use your own login details maybe SABC 1 2 3 and etv

Unfortunately, the parking space was not great, and the gate closed on my rental vehicle whilst I was reversing and now, I have damage to my rental vehicle. The timing of the gate or sensors needs to be sorted out otherwise there are going to be more guests reporting damage to their vehicles. The parking space is a real concern.
