Reviewed Aug 23, 2026I loved the fact that it was nice and clean. I also found the staff very accomodating. Really like the place and will definitly trade my suite at Protea for it.
Location was good... would have loved a bit of a garden view and maybe im a bit of a coffee snob but would have paid for some ground coffee and a plunger and milk!

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026We had an exceptional stay in the Kravit Premier Suite. The suite was spacious, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Every detail contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable experience. A special thank you to the Kravit team for their outstanding hospitality. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and the voucher process was handled efficiently and seamlessly. Overall, the service exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Kravit to anyone looking for excellent accommodation, warm hospitality, and outstanding service. We look forward to visiting again!

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Gloria is a star of this establishment. Whenever I come for a visit I hope to see her as she makes one feel welcomed. Her smile and attention to detail is amazing.
Check in wasn’t as warm as one would hope, we also had a water problem though Gloria made arrangements for us it was a bit of an inconvenience for the one day. Garden View from the block C needs some attention to it.

They are quite modern, so lights are controlled. One light it does need is a low light bedside lamp, we were unable to dim the lights there.
