La atencion fue buena, no tuve problema con las llaves como se mencionaba en otros comentarios, entregan la habitacion muy limpia, pero no hacen limpieza diaria que para mi por seguridad lo sentia mejor en mi estancia corta, acabados modernos, escritorio, tv, mini nevera y algunos utensilios de cocina. El wi fi me funciono bien .

Ojo no es un hotel, por tanto no existe alguien en recepción de forma continua. Tuve suerte de que la persona que administra estaba ahí y aún así por poco y no me abre. Entiendo las sospechas de robos en una ciudad como Bogotá pero fue bastante grosera hasta saber que yo era un huésped. Me tocó insistir para que me devolvieran el cambio. Mucho cuidado las habitaciones que dan al exterior ya que aunque la calle parece tranquila es un corredor a la vía principal circunvalar por lo que el ruido es insoportable, no se puede descansar. Solicité un cambio de habitación y se me negó rotundamente, pedí reembolso para ir a otro lugar y también se me negó. Con poner ventanas insonorizadas sería suficiente. Las sabanas estaban con muchos pelos de otros huéspedes.

As foreigners, we are not supposed to pay TAX (VAT), but they say you can get it back at the airport, but that is a lie. They say it is because locals say they live abroad in order to avoid taxes, but I'm pretty sure that is a scam by the administration!

The lighting in the main room is either off or on. It would have been nice to be able to only turn on part of the lights, instead of all of them at once.

I was looking for an accommodation model of something like this for a month or two but for the following reasons I didn't stay long. The doorwoman was the most miserable service industry worker I think I've ever encountered, and before I'd even had any interaction with her. Management were very rude in the few interactions I had with them. If they just listened and/or were respectful from the beginning they'd prevent a lot of problems for everyone involved. The doorwoman seemed to actually make efforts to be unpleasant. They advertise speaking English but the most English I ever got was a "no problem" from the doorman. No one else said a word, slowed down (even when I asked (in Spanish)), used a clearer accent, confirmed my understanding before going on to the next point. It was like they expect their guests to be fully fluent and/or that all their guests are imbeciles. A seemingly opaque, rather hierarchical organizational structure also made understanding them extremely difficult. I'd confirm something with one and then another would have a problem with it. I had some questions about the room and upgrading it to what they advertise on their website, and I guess they eventually sent me a message through this platform, but I didn't receive it until much after the fact. It would have been nice if they communicated amongst each other about it and just told me in person (or told me to check the platform). For 4/5ths of my stay my key wasn't working so every time I wanted to enter the building, enter my room, or even leave the building I was dependent on the staff (and them being present, which they weren't always). This non-functionality went on much longer than they had originally said, the doorwoman wouldn't bother calling management about it and the issue was never resolved before I left. This was stress-inducing when I had appointments outside but was instead locked inside unable to leave on time.
