Comfortable beds, good sized room

Parking charges

Proximity to a variety of services was useful for me, my eldest daughter (diverting the grandchildren) and my sister. Starbucks helped not so much for coffee, but porridge for breakfast.

Separate toilet was good, but a full shower room would have been better. We worked around this as I went to my sister's room or we went to Starbucks to allow my daughter to get ready.

The rooms were clean and good for the price. The bed was super comfy. The staff accommodated our request of two rooms next to each other and even asked which floor.

The PILLOWS! I stayed in the same hotel chain in Switzerland and had same issue. Pillows are rock hard and too high. I am 40 and I had to sleep with no pillows as otherwise I was getting such a sore neck after trying for an hour.

Unfortunately I seem to have been bitten 6 times during our 2 night stay. Which isn't ideal but the location was great and we'd stay again.

I didn't have breakfast the room was nice but the cleaning products had a really strong fragrance that made me feel a bit nauseous

The staff were really good. The room was acceptable I stayed 4 nights, getting in mid evening and leaving quite early morning. The air con was good although I did not use it much. Bed reasonably comfortable, pillows not great. Staying again for 2 further nights which probably says it all!

Friendly and quick check-in process. I found myself really liking the location. The Services are so busy, there's always tons of people even at 9pm and so it didn't feel creepy. Good choice of restaurants and shops for food (most of which you can bring back to the room), a super kids play area outside, a nice walk around the lake... For an overnight stop-off, it's great.

Read the other reviews first: hot water for making tea and coffee is available near reception and only at certain hours. Low water pressure in the shower was the main negative.

Good location for visiting family. Good value & ample parking. Nice to have tea/ coffee making facilities downstairs but sadly no decaf.

Bringing in parking charges from Sept 1st. Pub next door has closed down. Loo roll is very cheap & nasty.

Perfect stoppover for Heathrow airport with plenty of facilities/eateries around. Clean, basic, electric charging for cars, free tea and coffee in lobby but no kettle on room.

The room was clean and it was convenient to where I was going

I stayed at this hotel and for the second night in a row I was kept awake by kids running through the corridors shouting and banging doors. I've also seen them walking around outside the windows. I'm a young woman staying with my toddler and we felt very unsafe here. I had a long drive home and I'm shattered from the lack of sleep.

Aircon was the biggest bonus. It seemed clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Very dirty and noisy. Many men stood outside the main entrance smoking cannabis. The staff member on duty on the desk was stood smoking when we arrived talking to a man that was clearly smoking cannabis due to the pungent smell.

It was extremely noisy throughout the night. Strong smells of cannabis and cigarettes being smoked within the building. Staff member was never on the desk, due to smoking outside. When we did book in he was rude and unwelcoming.

The shower and toilet arrangement was too cramped and not very comfortable to use. Room was too cramped as well, very basic but price more than we pay for at premier inn or IHG which both have superior rooms and a breakfast included.

Comfy beds, smiley and friendly reception, dog friendly, clean, car park, easy access. Once you get over the food hall/shopping mall experience, you can get to a nice area with the pond, the hotel bedroom window we had was overlooking that area which is very nice.

Surrounding shopping/food Hall mall is a bit squalid. But that is not the hotel's fault.

Its location was perfect to drive to Wembley stadium for a concert. The room was lovely and cool when the outside air temperature was in the 30’s!

Minor point but no plug next to the mirror so difficult to use straighteners.
