Pequeno hotel con solo -6 bungalows magnificos, frente al mar, limpios y con grandes camas lugar excepcional , una isla entera para nosotros solos. Execellente comida con cocinero personal! piscina y equipos para deporte nautico a disposicion. Todo perfecto. Lo recomiendo!

O local é paradisíaco, os funcionários foram super simpáticos. Um agradecimento ao José, ao Jorge, ao Pedro, ao Luís e a todos os funcionários por nós proporcionar uma estadia maravilhosa.

O único senão, é o menu ser sempre o mesmo. Poderiam colocar mais algumas variações de comida.

Un hôtel intimiste pour ceux que recherchent le calme absolu. Le personnel est super serviable et souriant et les bungalows sont confortables.

Prévoir un produit anti-moustique mais c’est vrai pour tous les hôtels proche de la mangrove de Barú.

Tiene una abuena recepción, un buen restaurante , una playa pequeña pero muy comoda , piscina si no quiere meterce en el mar. Un restaurante con un muy buen desayuno incluido , y el menu para almuerzo y cena es muy bueno. Hay carne pollo y pescado.

Seria bueno quitar el pasto marino que se encuentra en la playa frente al restaurante y frente a las cabañas 3, 4, 5 y 6 ( para que esas cabañas tengan su playa "privada" ) eso seria mucho mas llamativo para el cliente.

Wspaniałe miejsce bardzo spokojne i relaksujące mieliśmy to szczęście że byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi więc było bardzo cicho. Na terenie hotelu tuż przed naszym domkiem był przepiękny basen w którym mogliśmy obserwować kąpiące się podczas upału ptaki. Menu a la carte jest świetne Ale sympatyczna pani kucharka przygotowywała też rzeczy specjalnie dla nas spoza karty. W pokoju nie ma szafy ale to nie jest żadną przeszkodą bo tak naprawdę wystarczy wyjąć klapki kostium kąpielowy i krem do opalania nic więcej nie jest to potrzebne.

Wszystko było super zamontowałabym tylko przynajmniej jeden parasol w części basenowej. Parasole są tylko w części przy plaży.

Posizione splendida e zona tranquilla perfetta per il relax. Capanna pulita e confortevole fronte mare con piscina accessibile quasi tutto il giorno. La struttura offre anche attività extra come escursioni in mare e tra le mangrovie. Tutto il personale è molto professionale, amichevole e disponibile. Ci hanno anche aiutati con il trasferimento da Cartagena all'hotel e dall'hotel a Barranquilla. Nota a parte per il servizio cucina e bar: piatti e cocktail buonissimi.

Probabilmente non dipende dall'hotel, ma la qualità dell'acqua a riva non è il massimo soprattutto a causa delle molte alghe infestanti. Inoltre è un peccato che, probabilmente causa maree, le spiaggette direttamente di fronte alle capanne non siano utilizzabili. Tutto lo spazio dell'hotel è pulitissimo e tutti i giorni ben curato, ma si potrebbe fare di più per le aree limitrofe all'esterno che appaiono un po' lasciate andare. A parte ciò forse un pochino troppo caro.

El lugar y las instalaciones son hermosas. El staff muy amable.

Con mucha anticipación pregunté sobre opción de menús vegetarianos. Se demoraron unos días pero me dijeron que se adecuaban para tener comida vegetariana y me enviaron varias opciones deliciosas. Cuando llegamos al hotel no había nada de lo que me dijeron. Además la comida que había no era buena calidad-precio, excepto los panes del desayuno que sí eran muy especiales.

La ubicación es perfecta por qué el mar es súper tranquilo, se llega fácil en carro como fue en mi caso, la atención de José y luis desde que llegamos fue excelente, muy pendientes, nos dieron bebidas de bienvenida, el sitio muy privado, la comida deliciosa , nos dejaron decorar un Kiosko para un cumpleaños, y las habitaciones son hermosas y muy cómodas, tienen agua caliente y todos los amenities, la piscina es muy agradable y el servicio en general excelente, hay seguridad privada.

No hay casi luz en la ducha de la habitación y no hay espejo de cuerpo entero

Ein traumhafter Ort, um sich einfach zu entspannen weg von der Zivilisation. Ein atemberaubender Ausblick und eine wunderschöne, abgelegene, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtete Anlage. Das Hotelpersonal insbesondere Pedro, Luis, Jorge, Jose, Lenis & Osiris waren so gastfreundlich und ausserordenrlich nett. Die Sonnenuntergänge werden wir in wunderschöner Erinnerung behalten. Das Essen und die Cocktails waren sehr lecker. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochnals kommen. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt

EVERYTHING! The food and drinks were fantastic. Everything exceeding our expectations. The staff were kind and friendly, the grounds were perfectly kept and gorgeous, the room was clean and spacious.

Could not imagine a better place to relax than Acasi! It's absolutely beautiful! The quiet serene landscape next to the sea, and the amazing breakfast with most delicious lattes! We took the kayak out for a bit and then just hung out in the warm water. We spent hours in the infiniti pool, and slept so good. This is a must stay! If you get the chance you will be so glad you stayed here!

Everything was perfect! It would be nice if they offered all inclusive so you did not have to pay for lunch and dinners, since you really are not going to go anywhere most likely for meals. But the place is breathtaking!

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel en bord de mer. Tout était au rendez-vous : une vue imprenable, un service impeccable et un calme très appréciable. Tout s'est déroulé sans accroc du début à la fin.

El lugar es increíble y el personal muy atento y encantador. La comida exquisita. Amenities, toallas, la cama king espectacular y espectaculares las vistas desde la cabaña. Tabla de pádel surf y canoas. Son solo 6 cabañas y estas prácticamente en una playa privada. Una maravilla.

No tiene ninguna zona común cerrada y por la tarde hace bastante viento. No puedes resguardarte para compartir momentos en grupo. La luz, tanto en las cabañas como en la zona de comida-cena, es muy pobre. La playa es increíble pero el agua es turbia. Nada de aguas cristalinas ni turquesas. Hay tabla de pádel surf pero es bastante mala e incontrolable. Nos dijeron que nos iban a informar de posibles actividades pero nunca lo hicieron.

Loved staying here. The setting is lovely, with a good pool and nice grounds. You can tell everything is looked after very well. The room is perfect - very comfortable bed, air con, good shower and every detail is thought of. The staff are friendly and helpful. We also had a massage whilst we were there which was excellent! Super relaxing, would highly recommend staying here.

It is true that the sea isn’t fully clear but it is still pleasant to swim in and the pool makes up for it too. It can get quite windy, especially in the evening, so the restaurant area could benefit from some sort of screen, however the breeze is nice and warm so it’s not a massive problem.

Een kleine resort volledig afgesloten van alles dit wil zeggen. Zelfs een fles water moet je kopen het restaurantje met 5 tafels De maaltijden waren echt niet gastronomie. wij zijn er twee dagen vroeger vertrokken. EN Zeer duur verblijfskosten zelfs de boot was 300 dollar heen en terug

Atención de todo el equipo, muy atentos y gran profesionalismo

El Personal excelente. El señor Luis hizo de nuestra estadía que fuera maravillosa y la chica que atiende en el desayuno.

Wonderful

Todo, a destacar el personal desde que te recogen (isabel) hasta que te vas de 10. La gente que trabaja en el hotel (luis, dayana, snaider, victor) hacen la estancia increíble y la comida es espectacular.

Very calm no kids beautiful place to be.

El establecimiento es lejos pero vale la pena para poder disfrutar de una espacio privado y cerrado. La comida estuvo excelente y la atención también.

Deberían advertir que no se puede llegar en auto y que el costo del bote para llegar al establecimiento no está incluido, fui con mi esposa y terminé pagando como USD 250 más solo por transporte. Además solo hay un horarios de ida y vuelta del bote que es a las 9 am sale de Cartagena y a las 3 pm sale del hotel. Como mi vuelo salía antes me tocó pagar aparte para que me coordinen un transporte que cumpla con mis horarios de vuelo.

It is a beautiful beach, the staff was really attentive and on top of their game. Food was also very good. There are only six Cabanas so you really have the beach to yourself.

The afternoon winds were very strong blowing our salad and fries off our plates. Could have more shade by the pool, which was very nice. The wind at the dining area could be buffered with a strong fabric mesh, letting some airflow but buffering the tables. We decided to go back to Cartagena but management said they couldn’t refund our third day or offer an option in one of their hotels.

The staff are the asset here. Kind, attentive and informative. All of them at all levels.

The food was mediocre, not necessarily in quality but in what was offered. A very limited range. You could argue this is a remote place so it's hard to provide a wide range, but the for very $$$$$$ high prices charged for the accommodation, that is not an excuse. Also, they had no fish (!!) and ran out of lemons to add to drinks. We were only 2 of 4 guests staying so agai there's no real excuse for that. The sea water quality where we were dropped by boat was good - clear and clean - but on the side where the bungalows were, it was murky uninviting and muddy/sticky under foot. Unpleasant. Every 5 mins jet skis came into the bay touting for trade spoiling the peace and quiet and dirtying the water. Of course the beach is public and they have every right to do this, but surely the hotel could reason with them and ask them to come by, say once an hour. We had to get someone to speak to the jet ski drivers and ask them to come less frequently. It spoiled the whole morning on the beach.

Great place. Friendly staff. Good food. Beautiful rooms! All round excellent!
