Que las habitaciones son mixtas, pensaria que podrían ser mixtas en el caso de familias grandes, pero si son personas desconocidas al menos quedar en habitaciones de solo mujeres o solo hombres y se pudiesen cerrar con cortinas los espacios de las camas

Un huésped que se molestó porque bajaron el aire acondicionado y le alzó la voz a una chica, para evitar esto sería genial recordarle a los huéspedes que están en un hostel, algún letrero o algo así.

Overall, the rooms and service were very disappointing. Our first room was spacious with a private bathroom and working AC, but was extremely noisy due to the reception area being directly outside. When we returned a few nights later, the second room was much worse, with poor AC, no Wi-Fi, loud construction and workers directly outside the room, and an unhelpful response when we raised our concerns.

La camera dell' ostello era veramente basica e il costo per notte (più di 70€, senza colazione ) l ho trovato veramente esagerato, valeva forse la metà. Non c'è acqua calda, la stanza era praticamente in terrazza al 3 piano e sulla stessa terrazza c era una sorta di discarica e muratori che lavoravano presto.

If I remember correctly, there was an option to choose between a room for 8 or 6 or 4 people and I chose 4, but it turned out to be the tiniest room with no window and no fresh air (except for the night when they turned on the air conditioner). The worst mattress I ever slept on! It sagged so badly in the middle that it felt like sleeping in a hole, and the pillow was completely lumpy and clumpy. Absolutely no space for the bags/belongings (even on the floor)! No lockers either.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026El personal es amable y me aconsejaron en la organización de mi ruta hacia Tayrona. Me guardaron mi mochila antes de tomar el cuarto lo que me permitió visitar la ciudad. Te pueden guardar Los efectos como pasaportes u documentos en su cofre. Hay enchufes en las camas y luz personal.
Gracias por proponer el servicio de guardar en sitio seguros el pasaporte. Para completar Sería muy bueno que tengamos acceso a pequeños casilleros personales para guardar nuestros efectos.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Mi dispiace molto dare questi punteggi perché mi sono sempre trovata bene in ogni posto in cui sono stata e sono una persona che si adatta molto ma questa volta non posso fare finta di niente. La camera era a tre passi dalla reception dove ogni ogni mattina alle 6 le ragazze che lavoravano lì si mettevano a chiacchiera urlando e ridendo senza rispetto della gente che sta dormendo per non parlare della notte. La sera invece il portone giù viene chiuso e tu per rientrare devi suonare e dovrebbero venirti ad aprire, la prima sera siamo rimasti ad aspettare 30 minuti fuori al caldo mentre lei nuovamente era a chiacchierare di sopra e non ha nemmeno chiesto scusa anzi si è messa a ridere. Non ci è stato fornito nessun aiuto o consiglio per il posto, le ragazze erano sempre svogliate. Abbiamo pagato 85 euro per due notti e confrontando tutti i posti in cui sono stata è veramente assurdo il prezzo per ciò che ti offrono. Davvero la prima volta che trovo un posto e un servizio così scandente. Mi spiace. Lamento mucho tener que dar esta valoración, ya que siempre he tenido una buena experiencia en todos los lugares donde me he alojado y soy una persona muy adaptable, pero esta vez no puedo ignorarlo. La habitación estaba a solo unos pasos de la recepción, donde cada mañana a las 6:00 las chicas que trabajaban allí empezaban a charlar, gritar y reírse sin ningún respeto por los huéspedes que dormían, y mucho menos por la noche. Por la noche, sin embargo, la puerta de abajo está cerrada con llave y hay que tocar el timbre para entrar; se supone que ellas vienen a abrirla. La primera noche, nos dejaron esperando afuera bajo el sol durante 30 minutos mientras ella seguía charlando arriba, y ni siquiera se disculpó; simplemente se rió. No nos dieron ninguna ayuda ni consejo sobre el lugar; las chicas siempre se mostraron indiferentes.

El personal no era nada amable, la única chica dispuesta ayudar fue quien me hizo el check in, luego el staff y las personas de limpieza muy mal, no tienen trato con el cliente. A la media noche se ponen a hablar fuerte y no dejaban dormir. Al hostal le falta tmb áreas comunes,de igual forma, la cama qué me tocó era incomoda y no habían lockers.

Recepcionist girls dont speak English and they are rude, giving wrong information to refuse your needs also giving attitudes for everything. Especially the one with the glasses, she was watching smt too loud for at least 1 hour and I warned her. She lied to me and said she just came and even didnt open her phone?!?! Then another day I ring the door and waited for response noone came, I ring again and waited patiently, noone answered. Then I ringed it couple of times back to back to be sure someone hear and open the main door. Same girl came and right away told me that if I ring the door I have to wait!?!?! She is super rude for her position. I told her I waited already and she cannot talk to me in this way. The only thing she can tell me in that situation is sorry I could not hear the door bell it is quite loud upstairs. Super unprofessional. She also refused me to give hairdryer. I asked if they normally have it or not. She said hotel does not have it at all. Then at the night shift staff changed and the guy told me normally they have but it is occupied with other guest now. He was helpful and attentive with everything. There is no lift and when you come to check in if that girl with glasses at reception, she will refuse to help and carry your stuff from the ground floor. They only provide one towel and they do not give you the 2nd one. When I wanted to change ours same girl went to bring new ones and she was literally holding it so unprofessionally and away from the hygienic way as it was touching to her whole clothes and open arm. I really got disgusted! It was disaster. Housekeeper lady was nice and kind though. They do not have adaptors for the plugs. There is no safe lockers in the room. No hot water at all. All the young guests from hostel sharing rooms staying awake and making noise the whole night and you literally hear them inside your room.

For that price in Cartagena it's a great spot. It was super cold in the room during night and some pillows were covered in plastic. We had free luggage storage for islas de Rosario but only due to the fact we booked the following night

El confort de las camas, dónde cuenta la habitación con aire acondicionado, ventilador individual, toma corrientes de múltiples opciones, incluso USB y tipo C, lámpara y un estante para apoyar elementos personales, el confort de las camas me pareció excepcional.
Demasiadas cámaras, te sentís observado, parece que estás en Gran Hermano. La puerta no tiene cerradura electrónica, hacen bajar al personal a abrir en horarios nocturnos, teniendo justamente una cámara en la puerta podrían simplemente poner un botón en recepción y abrir.

En mi habitación el aire acondicionado estaba desprogramado y en la noche era mucho el frío ya que estaba muy alto. De demás nada.
