The place is beautiful and the views are great.

It is really difficult to get there and that makes the place overpriced.

La localización ofrece una vista increible sobre el lago de TOTA. Las suites (galmping) tiene buenos acabados. la atención de todo el personal fue excelente, en especial la de Laura.

Para venderse como un luxuri, faltan detallescomo una bebida de cortesía, la calefacción de las suites no tiene la capacidad que se requiere y se siente frio desde el final de la tarde, no hay ni agua de cortesía en las suites, ni cafe. Solo un minibar bastante pobre (una agua y dos cervezas) y con costo, una cafetera sin caré y sin vasos o posillos, sin agua. En la zona húmeda solo funciona una ducha, no tiene dispensador de agua para hidratación, el baño turco no funciona.

Ubicación, la tranquilidad, confort, privacidad, instalaciones, las vistas, vegetación y el espacio para poder disfrutar sin interrupciones. De igual forma, atención y la comida de muy buena calidad y presentación.

Aun cuando es un hospedaje pensado en adultos, sería bueno colocar barda de seguridad en sendero que flanquea el puente de cristal, hay un tramo despejado que en caso de una caída, no hay nada que contenga desfiladero abajo.

The owners have created through their incredible devotion to the land and its people a truly remarkable property that is staffed by individuals who prepare every meal with love and every activity with enthusiasm. Located at the distant end of a beautiful peninsula that stretches far into the largest lake in Colombia one is hence surrounded by and engulfed in an amazingly tranquil beauty that is so very precious and timeless. The joy that was to be had by being able to awake and to go to sleep with unobstructed vistas of the lake in the mountains was wonderful. To be able to walk for miles among the fields of onions and potatoes being incredibly well tended and cared for by the men and women working so very hard in their cultivation by hand of this amazing land is memorable. I did not wish to leave. I have been gone now just a day and I hope so very much that I will be able to return to this magical place that I was so fortunate to have been able to visit.

The view and the setting of the hotel

The access road to the hotel was in a very poor state and not to the standard the hotel likes to be seen. Also, whilst we know the staff only follow the rules of management, there was very little flexibility to accommodate the customer, such as an earlier check-in whilst the hotel rooms were ready and available. In addition, having booked the room through Booking.com, the hotel management was unwilling to apply the usual VAT reduction to the room used by non-Colombian tourists.

Oh my goodness, we just got back from the most amazing place! It was SO peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a couples getaway. The view from our room? Seriously breathtaking – the whole lake and sunset, right in front of us! The weather was gorgeous, and the food was delicious. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful. Plus, we got to try jet skiing and a boat ride! The room was perfect, super cozy with a heater (it was a bit chilly!), and they even had a great TV and speaker. Just a heads up, it's probably better for adults than kids – the playground was tiny. We're already planning our next trip back, it was that good!

This place is absolutely beautiful.. very remote, so you will need a car to get to this place. They were having a little hiccup with the wifi/internet. But that kept trying to make it right.. The staff was very helpful and the food was delicious.

The location is perfect, though you need to have your own car to move around since its on an island.

They hotel organised a boat tour for us but the boat arrived more than an hour late and we were not informed so we kept waiting.
