Very convenient close to every thing

Loved our stay at OSH Cartagena! Beautiful modern design, spotless rooms, and a rooftop pool with stunning views. The staff was so welcoming and attentive, and the location is perfect—close to the old city but still peaceful. Highly recommend!

Everything was won’t! Check in was quick! They serve you a drink of your choice during check in. The room was clean. The food was delicious! The pool was enjoyable! The staff was very friendly, professional and courteous!

Most everything was very good, the one exception was housekeeping didn’t clean our room for two days and we needed to call the front desk to remedy it.

Property is beautiful just as pictured. Staff is beyond amazing, accommodating, friendly, and take the time to know you when you’re staying multiple days. Food and drinks on property were really good and having breakfast included daily was amazing such a great variety. Hotel is right off of Getsemani and right outside the walled city. Walked around every night and felt safe with many people around and staff that stood at the hotel door day and night. So happy I chose this hotel for my stay!

The hotel was walkable to most things. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of good tasting options. The hotel was very nice and clean but the room was a little small. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

The room was so clean, beautiful and the amenities were luxurious! The staff was amazing and super friendly and attentive. The pool was so refreshing and the free activities included in your stay really make this property unique and worth it all.

The rooftop was my favorite place of all it definitely saw me everyday of my trip. The hotel aesthetic was such a vibe I️ couldn’t help but to fall in love. I️ will definitely be back!

Awesome stay in a great location! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious food at the restaurant. I would stay again in a heartbeat. The concierge was very helpful even booking restaurant reservations.

This is a lush hotel with luxury provided at the pool side with its delicious drinks and food offered. The breakfast is very widely set up. The service is outstanding the welcome drink sets the tone from the moment you walk in. The location can’t be more perfect. I will 100% return and refer anyone I can.

I had a pleasant stay at Osh Hotel. The decoration stands out with its very green and natural design, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The staff were extremely attentive and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Dining options within the property were convenient and enjoyable. The only downside was that housekeeping was not very diligent, which could be improved.

My second time staying at Osh. I love the property, the smell, the people, the safety aspect, the food and hospitality and overall the hotel in general! Great place to stay. Staff will keep you safe, always making sure to ensure that the doors are locked and they are at the door waiting for you to enter. Highly recommend!

Rooms are very comfortable 😌. Staff very helpful and professional. Food from Carta Ajena restaurant is amazing from breakfast to dinner. In general I highly recommend this hotel. The only bad is all neighborhood.. really dirty and people trying to sell you something at any cost, some times is really annoying.

For the rate the rooms are very tiny and not confortable for a couple. I didn't like that the sink is not inside de bathroom and the lighting in the room was terrible because it was very dim. I wanted to get ready to get out at night and could barely see my face to put my make up on. On the bright side, the breakfast had special eggs included in the menu and I loved the Turkish ones. The breads were delish!!

Excellent staff, everyone is super kind and helpful, always smiling and trying to make the best out of our experience. Special thanks to Natalia, Kathe, Saul, the welcoming guys at the door, the responsible guys at the pools and the everyone else that works at the hotel and made our stay so wonderful.

Really great hotel in a perfect location to explore the old town. Great pools and bars. Really good coffee. Front desk and concierge really helpful in arranging trips. Service in the courtyard pool bar and the rooftop were great. Service in the main restaurant wasn’t so good, slow and forgetful. Totally different experience to fast, friendly service by the pool. Breakfast buffet was disappointing - cold, wet eggs and cold, tough bacon. Disappointed in the restaurant a couple of times too. The crab tostada on the menu didn’t mention it was made with artificial crab sticks. Great room, had everything I needed. On the first day I slept late because of jetlag, the young man servicing rooms was very generous and cleaned my room late. On the second day though a very rude maid totally ignored the Do Not Disturb sign and just burst in while I was naked without knocking. I told her to get out and she just kept complaining that she wanted to clean the room. There was no other way of locking the door to stop her. Overall it was great, but a real mix of service standards. Perfect location for the old town though.

Everything is so aesthetically pleasing at OSH. From the food to the hotel room. Everything was amazing. I would totally stay here again and I recommend this to everyone visiting Cartagena!

OSH Hotel Cartagena was a great choice with clean, modern rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were warm and helpful, offering spot-on tips for restaurants and sights, and the location made it easy to explore the walled city and Getsemaní. Overall, excellent value and a relaxing base for discovering Cartagena.

Truly enjoyed my stay at Osh! This was my first time visiting Cartagena and I will definitely be staying at Osh for any future visits. The hotel was very clean, down to the small details. The staff was very friendly and offered great recommendations for places to check out around the city as well.

The food was delicious they let us to choose anything, the variety it was so much that We didn't have the time to eat everything they were offering, the employees from the restaurant were a UNIQUE experience they were always aware of our needs. I wan to give special THANKS to JUAN from the cafeteria bar for taking care of US. The room was so clean and smell SO GOOD every day It was so nice coming back from the activities and find all kind of supplies. They think about everything creams ,shampoo,cleaning personal tools that exceed my expectations,and the Bed was so comfortable with large fluffy pillows . We were 100% satisfied . For us is a10 stars Hotel thanks so much to all the employees I will recommend this hotel if you want to have a beautiful experience.

Our stay at the OSH was wonderful, the hotel is super nice, all the employees starting with the reception made us feel special. It is located in Getsemaní. You can walk there without any problem, there are many vendors but tell them no thank you, they don't keep bothering you. It is very close to the historic center. Our stay was wonderful, the food is delicious, thanks to everyone who served us, Reception, Restaurant, Bar, the people who open the door, beautiful and friendly people, we will return to stay at the OSH.

This hotel was in a wonderful location for our adventures in Getsmani and the Walled City. The staff here were excellent and very attentive to our needs. The hotel itself was very clean and we felt very comfortable and safe. We enjoyed staying here and recommend it if you are looking for a nice hotel experience with great dining, shops, etc., right outside the door!

The OSH hotel is TOP TIER, in my opinion. The staff appear to be genuinely friendly and not just because it's their job. From check in, to checkout the staff provided A1 service, and recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful with a ground floor pool, as well as a beautiful rooftop pool that was well lit at night, both pools have a bar. The breakfast included option offers a wide range of delicious dishes available at your request or you have the option of a light buffet. Staff members, Lizz, Natalia, Johanna, & Sebastian were AMAZING. Staff- 5⭐️ Food- 5⭐️ Convenience- 5⭐️ Area Around Hotel- 5⭐️ Rooms- 5⭐️ Overall- 5⭐️

The hotel was located right around the corner from shops, restaurants, bars. Although it was so close by it was quiet, we never had an issue in our room with noise from outside. The services were excellent, staff was friendly and courteous. They had two good size pools one on first floor and one on rooftop. I truly recommend and if im ever in cartagena again, i will definitely be staying here again. I absolutely loved the hotel and location.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. From the start of check in to check out. Everything was great and the service was excellent. I will definitely recommend this establishment to EVERYONE!!

The cleaning of the room took time

It was amazing. The staff were friendly and smiling and helpful. The rooms were a bit small but besides that it was great!!! Can’t wait to go back

Throughout our stay, my wife was repeatedly questioned by staff about whether she was a registered guest—even when we were together, and after we both confirmed our room number multiple times. The insinuation was clear and offensive , and when we reported the issue, the hotel staff admitted that the questioning may have been influenced by the fact that I am a foreigner and my wife is local—an acknowledgment that left us shocked and hurt. It was embarrassing to day the least and left my wife feeling like she was being profiled and degraded throughout the entirety of our stay. There were also issues with service: a long, disorganized check-in process, inflexible rules (including not allowing my brother-in-law to briefly accompany me to the room just to greet my wife), and technical problems with our room’s TV that took multiple calls to resolve. While hotel staff apologized during our stay and offered to cover our airport transfer, I was told that my complaint had been escalated to management and that I would hear back regarding a refund. That was in mid-May. It is now July, and I have received no further communication, despite sending multiple follow-ups.

Staying at Ish was truly a great experience. The staff were super friendly, the food at the hotel was terrific! The hotel rooms aren't big, but quite comfortable and modern. The highlight of the room was the shower. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

Nice new hotel. Lovely rooms and comfy bed. Hotel staff very friendly but we arrived for 3pm check in and didn't get a room until 430pm. The pool is awesome.

Nos encantó el hotel !! Todos muy amables siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo. La comida súper rica todo lo que comimos nos encantó. El hotel está en un área súper céntrica todo está cerca a 10 minutos caminando o 15 . Súper limpio todo.

I absolutely loved staying here. The hotel and its amenities are soo pretty. The food is amazing at the restaurant. 1 block away is the pretty block with the umbrellas. Most restaurants and bars are within a 10 minute walk. Staff is so friendly here. This was a 10x better stay than when i stayed at the hilton by the lake. I would stay here everytime i go to cartagena.

If you’re visiting Cartagena, this hotel is fantastic! The location is awesome, the food at the hotel is great (truffle pizza, chefs kiss), and overall just an amazing property!! Highly recommend!!!

Clean, modern and the location is great!

Staff was nice except the second night where pretty much ruined everything, came back late at night with a group of friends and the security guy assumed one of our friends was an escort. Very disrespected and he didn’t even apologize. Hotel was fine with no room for games or anything. We were supposed to be picked by the hotel at the airport and never happened & they were trying to charge us until check-out for a service that never happened.

El hotel muy bien ubicado, la gente amable, el desayuno muy bueno, las habitaciones cómodas, pero sin mucho lugar para poner ropa ni veladores. Con dos piscinas, pero en el primer piso se va temprano el sol para quienes lo quieren y la de arriba nos toco cerrada el día de sol de nuestra estadía por un evento privado en la noche. No entendimos porque subí varias veces y no había nadie y el evento fue en la noche… Fueron muy amables en todo, pero tuvimos un problema con un tour que reservamos a través de ellos y creo no tienen la experiencia suficiente porque lo pasamos muy mal y nos costó caro. Nos regalaron el transfer de vuelta y mil disculpas, pero no suficiente para lo que pasamos.

the hotel is located in the heart of the city in Getsemaní, walkable everywhere. The staff is friendly and always happy to help, thanks to Katherine, Rene, Adonis, Joanna, Laury and so... the place is beautiful. The city amazing. Just take care with local people trying to sell tours to Islands or places. We had the worst experience although we ask help from the hotel.

Una terrible DISCRIMINATION con la propia gente de la ciudad!!!.. Invite a mi amiga cartagenera a desayunar conmigo al hotel, ordenamos juntas, veíamos que nuestro pedido no llegaba y que aquellos que llegaron de último ya estaban comiendo, nos acercamos en varias ocasiones a los meseros preguntándoles qué pasaba con nuestro pedido, no nos daban una respuesta clara. lAl rato, solo me traen mi pedido…y el de mi amiga no.. le dicen en su cara que ella no es huésped para desayunar allí!..que??!!!.. es un restaurante para el público?!..como se le llama a esto, ignorancia O envidia?!. El no haber despachado la orden de mi amiga, como si se tratara de una miserable que no puede pagarse un simple desayuno, o cuando podían habérmelo cargado a la cuenta de mi cuarto?!…le hicieron pasar el peor rato a mi amiga, le sacaron lágrimas, se sintió humillada por la misma gente de su ciudad!!!..me di cuenta también que los meseros había que llamarlos para que te atendieran, no se dirigían a la gente local para nada!!!…

The hotel staff was very friendly and were very quick when we asked for something, such as clean towels. The brunch a-la-carte menu was also very good.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, everyone was kind, helpful, and attentive. The bed was deliciously comfortable, we slept like babies every night! The amenities were top notch, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was both relaxing and elegant. It truly felt like a home away from home. We're already planning our next visit. Cartagena has our hearts, and this hotel is a big part of why. Can't wait to come back!

I spent 8 nights at OSH and absolutely loved it. A picturesque and vibrant property. From the moment I arrived at the property I was warmly greeted and was greatly taken care of. The hotel is super modern and clean. OSH is located in a great neighborhood, with many restaurants and bars in walking distance. The hotel was super safe and secure, especially at night. The pool service and rooftop bar was top tier. Shoutout to JuanCarlos who was super knowledgeable and helpful throughout my stay. I HIGHLY recommend OSH and I’m already planning my return to OSH later this year.

I came to visit Osh Hotel on a short trip to Cartagena. I enjoyed my visit at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The room with the patio was on the first floor, and it was a decent size for one person. The breakfast, and the pizza was delicious. I would stay here again on my next visit to Cartagena.

The property was beautiful; however, the only issue was the bathroom in my room, which leaked every time the shower was on. The leak was so severe that water would run into the room, making the floors wet and slippery, which I deemed unsafe. I reported the problem to the front desk twice, but nothing was done to address the issue. We even had to order ten towels to catch the water while showering.

We love staying here. We’ve been twice and it’s been great both times!
