The price is reasonable for the location and room quality, offering good value for money. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the overall experience even better. It is centrally located at Kuala Terengganu, where you can enjoy the city and its local delicacies nearby. We will definitely return to this apartment for our next trip to KT.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025Super locatie, je kunt lopen naar het prachtige China town. Ook auto goed te parkeren dichtbij. Goede douche, fijne bedden.
Slecht onderhouden, niet goed schoongemaakt. Vervallen oude bende. Veel te veel geld voor wat je krijgt. Duidelijk dat dit een plek is waar geld wordt verdient ipv de bezoeker een fijn (vakantie)verblijf te bieden. Vreemde check in. Deur was open. Sleutels lagen er niet. Er kwam een jongen van de overkant van de gang een sleutel brengen. Deze paste heel slecht in het slot. Dezelfde jongen hield je ook in de gaten als je vertrok of terugkwam. Dat gaf een erg onprettig gevoel. Blij dat we 1 nachtje waren. Zou het niet aanbevelen. Oh ja. De airco op de grote kamer werkte niet. Het was er zelfs warmer en het stonk er meer naar schimmel nadat we deze hadden aangezet. Uiteindelijk deze uit moeten zetten en de deuren geopend om de airco uit de woonkamer nog beetje z’n werk te laten doen. Ook grote plas met water in de keuken de volgende ochtend. Hele keuken niet aangeraakt. Vies en oncomfortabel.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2025The guesthouse is very clean and tidy. As soon as you open the door, you're greeted by a pleasant fruity fragrance inside. The location is extremely convenient — there's a pharmacy, bank, and convenience store right downstairs, and it's only a 4-minute walk to Chinatown.
I feel just a tiny little insecure with the door lock. Perhaps, the owner can install a card access lock on top of the key lock.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2025Spacious and clean apartment. Bathrooms/ toilets were clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating and lounging areas. We also found the clothes drying rack very useful. Essential facilities like air-conditioning, hairdryer worked very well. Kitchen sparse but functional. Perhaps a few more kitchen utensils will improve it. Walking distance to Chinatown with lots of eateries, and Pasar Payang. Banks and pharmacies just a few steps away downstairs. Overall, convenient and nice place to stay in.
We had a rude awakening at night - drilling and knocking noises close to midnight from downstairs which woke us up. Good thing host was reachable and able to stop the racket. But it was very disturbing for us and should not have happened. Some small, minor things not paid attention to: tissue box was practically empty. Toilet tissues were not replenished, had to get them ourselves. Door to balcony was faulty, unable to close or be locked. we were a bit apprehensive at night because of it. Other than that, it was a good place to stay during our short holiday. Good value for money. Suitable for small family/group stay.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2024It’s clean. Owner is very responsive and get us whatever that we need for the apartment right away. It’s right at Chinatown and there’s a supermarket behind the apartment. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and there’s air conditioning throughout the house and 2 toilets. There are many pillows too. There’s a mini kitchen with microwave, small fridge, kettle and utensils. There’s outdoor balcony to dry your laundry. Living room has sofa and dining table. Our toddler loves the alpaca stool so much.
The surrounding area has rubbish. Living room basin is leaking. Will be good if there’s washing machine.

The staff contacted us 2 days earlier to give clear instruction how to park the car and how to get into the unit. Mineral water ,towel, air conditioner, tv programme, wifi were provided perfectly. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Aug 24, 2024El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y la con la manager es fluida y eficaz. Cualquier problema lo intentan solucionar lo antes posible. Las camas son cómodas. Pero hay algunos puntos a tener en cuenta: hay que pedir la habitación interior porque en la principal el ruido del tráfico es intenso 24h, una pica estaba estropeada y la apañaron con cinta americana, se embozó un baño y se fundió la bombilla de la luz principal del salón. Necesita urgentemente una puesta al día.
