K Avenue by Pinstay

Attached parking and swimming pools

Don’t have glass to drink and the plug of heater cannot fit with the hotel’s plug that cause we cannot make a hot drink. The water heater also got problems, the hot water can’t work. And even the front door i think got problem because need to wait for a long time to lock.

Nice, clean, and cozy homestay. Easy check-in, complete facilities, and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

Everything was great, just that there was no iron provided

Have pool for kids

2 Aircond rosak ,cuaca panas

Clean and very comfortable with small family

So far dont have any dislike..all.tip top

Very clean and tidy

Nothing

Pool facility for young children 👍.

Free parking space on site is subject to availability. As always weekend is fully occupied whether or not it’s school term or school break. Basement car park costs RM25 😮‍💨, with a refundable depo of RM50 upon returning of access card.

All expect the room toilet, Clogged sink drain, clogged toilet.

toilet

Near foodcourt, convenience mart, swimming pool is awesome, kids pool is nice too.

The indoor playground is terrible, dirty and unsafe. Parking not enough. Pinstay studio, the pillow and bed not comfy. Sakit leher guna their pillow. We were welcomed by the cockroach at the mini kitchen. Bottled water and kitchen tools is upon request.

It was spacious and they left us coffee and water

It was complicated to check in, with the damn deposit… complicated because you can only pay by cash if you are a foreigner and dont have the malaysian pay app. I had an early flight the next morning and i couldnt get my deposit back…

Check out a bit slow

- Whatsapp reply ASAP - Counter staff always greeted with a smile - Parking reserved 👍

- Location of the room quite far - The room condition was poor. It smelled dusty, the sofa was dirty, and the wooden floor was broken. Basic items like a kettle and iron table were not provided. There was also a lack of tissues. Very disappointing experience.

We did not get breakfast since we were not told about it and secondly I had requested for two beds but got one so can’t really say much

If I had got a specific room I requested

Facilities

I like the area, very clean and complete. the staff are also very friendly🫶 Thank you 🙏🏻

The elevator was very slow so we used the stairs to go down from the 9th floor to LG, luckily going down the stairs wasn't very tiring😪🙏🏻

Homestay sgt bersih, luas, selesa, view cntik, sgt menarik, staff friendly. Akan repeat smula. Sgt2 brbaloi

Selesa

Sediakan dual acces card

clean & reasonble price

•Very limited kitchen equipment, the worst is no microwave. •no hanger •no dual acces key •iron only for upon request

Lokasi strategik, studio cantik

Alat perkakas tdk lengkap, kmi mo masak air panas tdk dpt sbb xda smbungan plak. Lantai tdk bersih msih berpasir

Security, facility ..

CheckOut timing, guest waiting 40 minute ++ for refund security deposit..so slow

The room deco

No parking included for studio room. Hope in the future studio room also got a parking lot

I like the design. But please take note on the unpleasant smell of your units. I've been staying for more than 5 times in Pinstay&Cairo, all of the units are the same. Toilet sticky and smells urine, rooms smells like armpit.

should add more parking space as some customers don’t get access card for parking lot inside the building.

The room is spacious

Wifi not stable

The view

The were small insects in the bathroom and a weird odor, try to put scent and make sure it’s clean before someone comes in please

Clean. Strategic location. 5/10 minutes drive to airport.

It was a nice studio , There were too much memory of my friend

Nothing

The location and facilities

none

Good signal for tv comfortable place

Water kettle cannot use no multiplug I have to go down to get hot water for my child, no microwave to reheat some food for my child

Location / view / access in

Parking system and pricy , need walk kinda a lot just to go lobby , air conditioning abit weak but overall ok

Sekian.Kesimpulan kali terakhir menginap disini.

This type is very very comfort 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

only 1 need to improve maybe can add floor mat dor every each door especially toilet. cause it can be slippery after use bathroom / toilet 👌🏻

We’re really satisfied with the service and hospitality. Thank you for the warm welcome

I love the location because it’s near the airport, a bit further a way from my office but overall it’s lovely.

I didn’t like that some of the lights doesn’t work but it didn’t bother me that much but maybe they could repair that, and the floor has scratch marks on it but i’m fine with it.

Such a comfy place to stay and the staffs were very friendly!

That bathroom door was broken can not close it. And the wall was dirty.

Good building facilities

Need to check out before 11am

the view, the room (interior)

no towels and ive been here two times straight with no towels

Not sure.

The advertisement make customer confused. The room very dirty. Dusty everywhere like no one clean the room.

I absolutely fall in-love with this place the studio layout is so cool, the facilities is nice, the car park is also a great spot. I am absolutely going to booked here again
