Alhamdulillah.. staff mesra pelanggan.. Keadaan dlm residence sangat bersih dan lengkap.. Amat selesa Anak2 stay tempat ni.. Tq sangat berpuas hati.

Kalau blh minta tetap kan jadual kolam renang.. Sbb ramai guess yg mau menginap sebab kan kolam renang.. So klu jadual kolam bertukar tukar.. Mesti ramai yg kecewa.. Tq.

The house is neat, clean and minimalist, which suits our taste. Host was very friendly, attentive and responsible. The wifi is working, towels are clean. Fortunately, nothing too serious for us, we generally love our stay 😆 my kid love the place very spacious.

While we were there, the cooking pot was leaking, not usable so we had to get our own pot 😅 and i hope host can provide better cleaning supplies (clean mop, pail, wet/dry tissues) bcs with kids around, spillage is almost inevitable. Also there's a leakage from the washing machine in the kitchen area, so it was wet floor all the time. I noticed the bathroom rugs are a bit sticky, probably need to change asap.

Bersih, kemas dan selesa.

Tiada rice cooker dan kuali untuk memasak. Hanya ada periuk untuk msk maggi, microwave dan induction.. Penginapan utk 6 org perlu memasak apatah lagi ada ank2 kecil. Ini pertama kali sy jumpa homestay tiada rice cooker dan kuali. Jadi tidak sgka juga tiada.. Apapun, sy ok juga sebab setiap mslh ada penyelesaiannya.. Jadi ibu2 harus sntiasa ada backup plan.

Happy stay with family! The homestay is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. As a small suggestion, it would be nice if 2 bottles of mineral water could be provided for guests upon check-in. It’s a simple gesture that adds a warm touch to the stay, especially after traveling.

However, the maintenance of the K Avenue play area needs improvement. The kids’ block play area was quite hot, and the cleanliness there was lacking — the area felt unsanitary and not well-kept.

Nice, Clean & Complete

The homestay is spacious and clean, with hand soap and toiletries fully provided. I really enjoy the scent of the Walch body wash. Laundry detergent, also from the Walch brand, is provided and smells great. The water supply is excellent, and having both a washing machine and a dryer on-site is fantastic. I love your homestay! The check-in and check-out process is incredibly easy.

1. The pool rules are acceptable, but the staff are rude. My baby wore a surf suit, which he did not allow, even though the rules board listed it as an allowed suit. 2. The parking lot is flooded due to the rain. I wonder if my car will sink if it rains all night. 3. It is hard to get reserved parking for our second car. My brother took an hour to wait for available parking outside. 4. Access cards are only provided as a single piece, which makes our movement somewhat difficult.

3 days 2 night so much fun. All is good and surely will come here for the next school holiday ☺️
