I enjoyed how welcoming it was for dogs, bowls of water and treats were great plus there was a dog food menu available if wanted. Then in the room, a cute dog bed.

Didn’t have any meals at the hotel. The hotel was located near where I was working and near to the Hoe, a really beautiful area with great sea views. The room was very clean and other areas in the hotel were well looked after. Staff friendly.

Once again I couldn’t access BBC4 on the TV.

The modern hotel was clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly. The bedroom and shower fittings were installed by tall men!

The parking is a nightmare with insufficient places for the hotel, and in the proximity. Arriving from France, we expected a reserved place as requested. Being older folk, we do not have parking apps or understand them. We finally double parked in the parking next to the Hotel and were still charged £10 for the privilege. The hotel is otherwise ideally placed for ferry port..

I liked it all. It took a bit to get food order in so perhaps someone else helping out on the bar.

Not much storage space in room but fine for one night

Location is a bit of a building sit at the moment. The room, although clean, was very small. Beds were comfortable enough. I had the spring rolls and some fries one evening as you had a very limited vegan or gluten free menu. The food was horrible! And the ‘free cocktail’ was a bit of a joke! Sorry - all this should be in the box below!

The breakfast was good and the other people staying there were very friendly and talkative.The location of the hotel was good also,it was a 5-10 min walk to the city centre and a 10 min walk to the sea side.

The staff were not great they were okay but not the best.No please or thank yous were said at reception.The room service people were way way nicer than the reception team.I also didnt like how the staff didnt ask anything about our stay when checking out.

Rooms were of a reasonable size and beds very comfortably. Breakfast very good selection and of good quality. Staff friendly

They refuse to take cash at the bar - Card only, which means I am unlikely to stay again. (Doesn't help when their card machine keeps crashing) but also brings into question the way they force a cashless society on you - Not a good sign. Bar food very over priced for the portion size.

I paid for parking but wasn't registered properly at reception so I got fined by the parking company until I was able to prove I made payment.

Modern and well thought out. The rooms were clean/well presented and the bed was comfy. The bar had a great variety of drinks and the staff were welcoming.

reception/lounge area and bar were lively and fun - felt like a lounge bar. Rooms were nice whole place felt modern. Perfect for the price.

Car parking is OK, lots of promotion about being green etc but the butter was a New Zealand brand - dont tell the Cornish or Devon farmers!

Location, the decor was trendy & modern. The rooms were well equipped. Dog friendly staff, which is very important to us. The ironing room was a great facility too👍🏽

Modern, well designed and QUIET bedroom with nice bedding. Funky common area combining reception, bar and dining and lounge areas. Pleasant, helpful staff. Great array of breakfast choices. Perfect location for the Roscoff ferry .

Car parking was a bit of a stress in the car park next door , a bit hit and miss whether you could find a space and expensive.

I loke this hotel, the staff are great, the hotle modern and clean and a great central location. Great breakfast too, lovely crispy bacon. Nice sized rooms comfy beds with nice pillows.

Distance from city centre but then the hotel is between city centre and Hoe, which is actually pretty useful if visiting both.

Car park adjacent hotel - my car was broken into. High crime area and car parks frequented by drug addicts. Would not recommend. Apparently, the issue with crime in this area is well known.

Its a fantastic hotel. The room was a great size and very clean with everything you need in it. The bed was very comfy and even though its on a main road I didnt hear any traffic. The bar and gym were also very clean. I loved the gym it had everything you need. The staff were very friendly and welcoming

Relaxed atmosphere, decor, friendly staff.

Road noise at night . Cars popping and racing from 7 am until early hours. Our room was roadside so maybe we experienced the noise more.

Modern hotel in a modern building. Rooms are on the small side but well-appointed, with even a European socket next to multiple UK ones and USB charging sockets. Buffet breakfast is good, not extraordinary. Payable car Park next door.

Parkplatz kostet extra; der Bereich um das Hotel ist nicht all zu schön, man könnte auch etwas auf Müll achten der auf der Strasse vor dem Hotel liegt. Bad ist klein aber sauber.

Laid back, relaxed vibe with friendly staff. Facilities were good, rooms we had were compact but provided comfortable accommodation & everything needed, maybe apart from a mini fridge. Buffet breakfasts provided good limitless choice. Check in & out times are generous and much appreciated. Overall provided a great base for a long weekend.

Close location to where I needed. Good breakfast. Nice atmosphere and decor on the ground floor. Good room (though a little sterile in decor), excellent shower.

Wasn’t aware at the time of booking that parking cost extra. Had I realised, I probably wouldn’t have booked Moxy. That said, the quality of the room was probably better than I would have booked.

The location is ideal, a few minutes walk from Plymouth City Centre. The lobby/bar has great vibes with lots of games and activities to do. On-site parking. The rooms are so clean, nicely decorated, good amenities and very quiet! Easy to get a great nights sleep and be undisturbed.

The room was large, clean and very quiet. The hotel is 10 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from the old town and a 25-minute walk to the port.

I liked the stylish deco throughout the hotel. The room was quirky and I liked this. There was a long black hair on tbe bed wheh I arrived. The windows were murky and difficult to see through them. Staff were fine however it wasn't a warm welcome. The breakfast wasn't great! The pastries were hard and inedible, I arrived to eat breakfast at 10am and sadly everything was left out and not covered. Surely because breakfast is served until 11am precautions would have been made to ensure items were kept fresh. The fruit salad - the raspberries and strawberries were thawed from frozen...I could taste the ice and the the fruit were slimey and definitely not fresh!! For the money I paid I only had a coffee and a banana. Very disappointing! Also the free cocktail offered as a welcome gesture wasn't good...unable to choose what I wanted, it was just given to me. I would have liked a choice.

The atmosphere was incredible, very modern and very classy. Great staff, had a game of giant jenga which was really fun. The bedroom was mordern and very cool, the decor was awesome. Bed was very comfy and facilities of the bathroom was brilliant, everything you need was there. Highly recommend, only downside I have is the view from our level 1 floor was a little disappointing, but this did not ruin the hotel stay and the atmosphere was still amazing! Lovely hotel, kind and helpful staff and just a great place i would definitely come again 😀
