Great breakfast, quaint small room ( reminded me of Paris) but with on suite shower, bed was comfortable and I slept well. Location 5 minutes walk to Plymouth Hoe and 10 minutes to Barbican. Geoff and Judy friendly and helpful. For someone elderly traveling alone, very much appreciated. And such good value

Breakfast was good perfectly cooked egg. Location great PTR just round the corner. Room was very small but had everything we need for an overnight stay. Was lovely and clean.

Fantastic location for the city centre and the Hoe. Easy to find, spotless room with everything I needed.

The mattress was very soft for my liking but at such exceptionally good value I don't consider this an issue.

The hosts were so kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and nicely presented.

Judy and Jeff made us very well with their long established and beautiful B&B. The B&B is in a great location for the Hoe and Barbican areas . We arrived on Bikes and there is a secure area for overnight storage - I highly recommend a stay.

Met by Jeff, a warm, friendly greeting. Jeff also accommodated me with my tricky check-out/storing luggage and logistics, which i highly appreciated.

The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. The freshly cooked breakfast was really nice (especially the bacon). The staff also made accommodations to assist with my late arrival (due to train delays) and held my luggage whilst I was out post check out. Also the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The room (single room) was very small and cramped. Although I appreciate how good it is to have included a private bathroom, there was barely space to put my things down.

Jeff&judy were great hosts,the guest house is lovely also they sorted out tickets for car parking during my stay.breakfast was excellent,would highly recommend the guest house to anyone.

Th property is run by a lovely family. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are great.

Outstandingly clean and tidy, appearing fresh and well cared for. The breakfast room was sparkling and breakfast very good! Staff were very welcoming and efficient.

Only the parking! If arriving late in the day there is none to be had nearby. The offer of a parking voucher would have been good value if I’d needed to use it.

The breakfast was great just what you need to start the day.

The place was within walking distance to clubs, casinos and bus stops, the beds were so comfortable and the whole place felt safe. The hosts were lovely, breakfast was a nice little addition. Overall just a lovely experience, I don’t really have anything negative to say!

Literally only downside was that there was no safe in the bedroom but there were some concealed places to stash things anyway.

I loved the central location, the warm welcome, the snug, very clean and comfortable room and the breakfast (full English vegetarian version). The owners and staff are so lovely and the hotel is very well maintained.

The parking is on the road, so make sure you park in marked, non-resident only bays. The hotel can give you a discounted pass so don't pay full price at the meter. I managed to park close to the hotel, so it was a minor inconvenience.

Perfect location, my son and I were attending a show at the Plymouth Pavillions, it was a short walk from there, so just perfect. A lovely breakfast, and the beds were really comfy. No complaints at all.

The welcome I received was lovely and friendly and the information about my stay was first class. The areas were modern and very clean. My room was good and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with massive choice and served in a lovely dining room. All in all a great stay at the Cassandra.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und gute Kommunikation auch im Vorfeld. Kleines aber zweckmäßiges und komfortables Zimmer und ebensolches Bad. Tolle Lage ganz nah zu Hoe/Lido und Innenstadt. Große Balkontüren/-fenster mit kleinem Balkon.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die mich für einen längeren Aufenthalt eventuell stören würden: Kein Nachttisch/ wenig Platz für Gepäck bzw zum Auspacken/ Lagern. Sehr kleines Waschbecken.

Geoff, especially, was lovely, as was Judie. Geoff couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast was lovely, and the shower was brilliant.

The cooked breakfast wasn't the best, but it filled a hole and with the price I don't feel I cant complain too much.

I had a single room which was very clean with a good bathroom.

We had such a lovely one night stay, the hosts were so helpful and thoughtful, especially as we were arriving late on a Saturday evening. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was lovely, absolutely spotless and very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone for any length of stay. Lovely breakfast too

Great power shower but when on full power the drain didn’t drain all the water fast enough so started to flood and had to turn it down.

Great location. The room was perfect. The owners are really friendly. Beds and bedding were really good quality. Apart from the seagulls it was really quiet. We'll go back and we would definitely recommend it.

Able to check in at 12 midday which was great. Lovely owners, everywhere was spotlessly clean and a fabulous breakfast. Only 5 minutes from the Hoe in a very quiet part of town, but only 10 minutes walk from the centre. Would definitely recommend it.
