Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The room was beautiful. Loved the deco that it all came from Ikea. Loved the facilities like the pool and playground. Kids enjoyed it too much..Housekeeping staffs were very friendly and nice.
No hotel buffet breakfast. They should have informed earlier that there's no buffet Breakfast. Breakfast for kids was a bit hard as I thought there would be cereals, bread and milk for them. I end up buying for my kids breakfast . Reception staff told me there's no making up of the room unless we request .I told them isn't it auto that someone has to come in and make up the room everyday..

Staff has been very kind and friendly, always ready to help us as per our request. If we will back again to Langkawi, we will stay again in Hangouts Urban+ Eco, definitely. Recommended!!

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Spacious condo with 2 rooms 2 baths sleeps 8. Very clean and well furnished. Comfortable beds. The pool was clean and close to the unit. Car parking at the door. I recommend it.
Breakfast was very basic served to the room. They said that is becouse the place is new and little occupied in the future they will serve a buffet.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Très bel hôtel. Piscines superbes en face de notre logement. Salle de gym parfaite. Le petit déjeuner est très bien également mais de préférence défaire livrer via WhatsApp. L'emplacement est parfait !
Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours, ce qui pose problème, ce sont les poubelles. Il faut le demander mais ce n'est pas mentionné à notre arrivée.

- die bettwäsche musste zweimal gewechselt werden, 1 mal wegen haaren und 1 mal wegen flecken… danach war es gut - frühstück wird angeboten, man kann zwischen asian und western wählen, western war wirklich schrecklich… und asian, war mal gut und mal nicht… sehr schade! - fürs auschecken haben wir gefragt, ob sie uns helfen können, vor allem mit dem gepäck (da wir beim einchecken auch gebracht wurden), sie haben zugesagt, effektiv kam niemand und wie mussten bei mittagssonne alles selbst hoch zur rezeption laufen..

Nous sommes arrivés à 13h20 à l'accueil on nous dit chambres pas prêtes, mais si vous payez 50 Myr on vous attribue une chambre dont la chaleur avoisinait les 40 degrés , refus de nous laisser une deuxième carte (la clim s'arrête quand vous fermez la porte). Le petit déjeuner le pire jamais observé était programmé à 8 h ,nous avions prévenu l'accueil d'une sortie prévue à 8h 30 mais à 8h 15 toujours rien ( le distributeur est en route nous a t on dit ) avant de sortir nous avons vu les boites ( je pense qu'en prison le petit déjeuner est de meilleure qualité. Les autres hôtels en malaisie étaient bien plus appréciables et plus accueillants .

The single bed when tried double bed it fall down! The bed base was too weak! I almost got to get injured after fall down. The distance between city centre & resort are too far. The resort should have facility to support car rent, tourist package rent what was missing! Also there was No restaurant at thos resort & no continental breakfast or food for foreigners. It seems like made Only for locals

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026部屋は広く清潔感があり、家具もおしゃれで統一されていて、とても居心地のよい空間でした。必要な設備も一通りそろっており、部屋で過ごす時間を快適に楽しむことができました。 また、プールもきれいに整備されており、非常に印象が良かったです。部屋のすぐ目の前に位置しているためアクセスも良く、気軽に利用できる点も魅力的でした。
いくつか気になる点もありました。まず、エアコンや部屋の鍵に不具合があり、スタッフに何度か対応をお願いしましたが、なかなか改善されず、進捗の説明もありませんでした。特にエアコンについては5～6回対応を依頼したものの、実際にテクニシャンが来たのは1回のみで、結局チェックアウトまで修理されないままでした。 また、部屋のクリーニングについてもスムーズとは言えず、毎日2～3回依頼してようやく対応してもらえるという状況でした。サービス面ではやや改善の余地があると感じます。 さらに個人的な好みにはなりますが、朝食が毎日お弁当形式で、ビュッフェではなかった点も少し残念でした。加えて、ホテルの立地が中心部から離れているため、配車アプリ（Grab）もつかまりにくく、移動にはやや不便さを感じました。 また、予約時にプールへ直接アクセスできる点に魅力を感じていましたが、実際にはそれが可能なのはstudioタイプの部屋のみで、今回宿泊したファミリールームからは直接アクセスできませんでした。この点については、予約時にもう少し分かりやすく説明があるとよかったと思います。

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026The facility is quite chic with a lot of modern touch. The unique pool gives a mix of privacy and open access to all the residents. The property is very small Kids friendly.
The location is in the center of langkawi but a little far from key spots such as Kuah, Cenang and Tanjung Rhu. If you are driving a car, it shouldn't be an issue. Also, the studio rooms can get a little cramped with sofa bed extended.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026L’hôtel est super bien situé, au milieu de l’île et donc à 15/20min de tout, au calme c’est génial avec des enfants! L’hôtel est super avec la piscine, la salle de jeu, la maison familiale est vraiment royale avec deux énormes chambres et un salon, nous y avons passé 10 jours et nous y étions très bien installés!
Le petit déjeuner est servi très tôt, une personne toque à votre porte en criant à 7h30 du matin… Il faut penser chaque jour à prévenir la réception de ne pas le faire afin de pouvoir l’avoir en chambre au moment de votre réveil, c’est un peu pénible… Le ménage n’est fait que si vous pensez à le demander aussi, et il est très approximatif! Nous sommes restés 10 jours et seulement après 3 demandes et 7 jours passés, le sol a enfin été nettoyé… C’est vraiment dommage car c’est le seul point négatif, un ménage quotidien où tous les deux jours à la limite devrait être fait sans avoir besoin de penser à le demander, et encore moins de devoir précisé de réellement nettoyer et non juste changer les serviettes et refaire le lit…

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Het zwembad voor de deur en de twee separate zwembaden. De locatie was rustig wat wij fijn vonden.
Toen Wim er waren was het heel rustig. Als het druk is heb je nauwelijks privacy op je terrasje. Het resort is aan het verouderen. Terras was kapot en aan hw afbladderen. Meubels waren vies. Het ontbijt kies je van tevoren en komen ze rond 08-00 brengen met een dwingende klop op de deur. Weinig westerse keuzes. Bij ons ontbijt At geen koffie, kwam pas tegen 12.00 maar we mochten wel een uur later uitchecken om deze reden.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026Die Grösse der Zimmer ist toll. Das Konzept ist auch ganz cool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es war abends schön ruhig zum Schlafen.
Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und der Anlage liessen zu wünschen übrig. Im Zimmer waren viele Ecken nicht gesäubert - erkennbar am Staub. Es gab auch einige Flecken auf diversen Flächen - Tische, Sofa, Küche. Im Pool waren sehr viele Mückenlarven, weshalb dieser nicht gerade zum Schwimmen eingeladen hat.
