Zeer mooi hotel, goed verzorgde kamer. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Veel parkeergelegenheden nabij het hotel. Zwembad op het dak van het hotel was zeer aangenaam.

Excellent hotel with great location though parking is limited at the hotel perimeter and first come first served though valet and front desk and security was very attentive and accommodating. The absence of bathtubs was made up by the rooftop L-shaped pool with scenic bay view. Adequate breakfast buffet more than made up by the ala carte breakfast menu choices.

We stayed at The Aurora Hotel Subic for 3 nights and 4 days. While the location was convenient, our overall experience was disappointing mainly because of the staff’s professionalism and customer service. From our very first visit to the hotel café, several staff members were loudly talking about their personal lives and using inappropriate language that could clearly be heard by guests. I was with my children, and even my father had to politely call their attention because the conversation and choice of words were uncomfortable in a family setting. Unfortunately, after that incident, my children no longer wanted to dine at the hotel’s cafe for the remainder of our stay. Throughout our stay, some staff members also appeared unfriendly and lacked basic professional greetings or hospitality toward guests. Simple gestures such as welcoming guests warmly or maintaining a professional atmosphere seemed missing. We understand that hospitality work can be stressful, but guests — especially families — expect professionalism, courtesy, and a respectful environment during their stay. We hope management can improve staff training and customer service standards so future guests can have a better experience.

I was not provided an invoice after asking in-person, and receiving making several phone calls. I cannot get reimbursed for my work travel. The hotel should be able to provide me a receipt without referring me to Booking.com's receipt; Booking.com cannot provide an official invoice. The hotel has to provide an official invoice.

The roof top pool was amazing.

The breakfast. The scrambled eggs were the only western style breakfast and they were not very good. The other breakfast foods were more like lunch or dinner foods.

The pool area is very nice and a very good length for swimming. It has a lovely view of the ocean and a pool bar. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well.

Breakfast could have been better but then I didn't want to eat Philippino food for breakfast so this is my fault and perhaps the Philippino options would have been good. The sound proofing on the rooms was not great and it was quite noisy from outside or other rooms when people were being noisy.

The staff were very helpful. The price was very good. .The café food was very good along with the staff service. I plan to return.

来苏比克潜水，住在这个酒店很方便，早饭比之前丰富了，环境也不错，这次没有看到蟑螂，房间也很安静，除了有一天凌晨被外面走廊大声说话的人吵醒。

浴室只有半扇玻璃隔门，干湿分离做的不足，洗澡冲淋时水特别容易溅到外面，导致厕所地板很湿。

櫃檯很棒會幫很多忙，住宿地點很不錯，離victory line蘇比克站下車店近，當然就等於離mall近，我們幾乎都在那解決晚餐，也離海邊近，有水上活動小孩可以玩沙。每天早餐都不一樣，很用心。

有些設備舊一點點，門縫很大，但不影響使用。小孩（一歲、四歲）都算人頭需要付費。

We really had a great time staying in this hotel. It was a great location and is near to the starting line of the race that I joined. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. The highlight of our stay is the connecting rooms that we had. I requested it upon booking and they granted it. Thank you so much and we will come back again soon!

All was perfect. Clean and spacious room, modern and slick design. Friendly and helpful staff. Lunch on the ground floor restaurant was tasty!

We ordered a ride going from Subic to Pangasinan, and confirmed a fixed price with the reception the day before departure. Unfortunately the staff at the reception bumped up the price +2500 PHP last minute, telling us "these are the day rates", despite our previous confirmation. Breakfast options were limited.

It would be nice if hotel offer local food specially during breakfast. Hotel Guest that comes to visit the place craves for such food. Thank you

Our best stay in the Philippines! The best and staff so far! Everyone was super professional, and the hotel was comfortable, secure, and clean.

The only detail we didn't like was that the breakfast provided only Filipino cuisine. It would be a good idea to also offer some Western dishes, as most Western tourists can't eat rice and sweet foods every day.

The toilet sink was clogged. The toilet was only 40% clean. The whole room itself was 60% clean. You can really see that the towels are old and stained, white towel that became darkwhite. Towels are probably not properly washed. There were also stains on the pillow cases. The swimming pool has no heater so it was really freezing cold, considering it is located on an open rooftop. Almost feels like they dont want you to use the pool. Also be aware that the hotel is not close to tourist spots. So its important that you have your own car the whole time. Falls 1.5 hour away. Inflatable 10min away by car. And the public transpo is not easy access.

The breakfast was poor. There's not much selection and also they stop topping up the breakfast after 9am. So it feels like they are so tight with it.

The breakfast. Also, the attendant went to move my back pack which contained 3 laptops in it when I had advised him that I would bring that myself due to valuables inside. Nevertheless, he tried to pick it up off the checked bag I had rested it on and dropped it, damaging 1 of the 3 computers. I It took me an hour and a half to have the manager construct an incident report that stated it was an accident and the hotel has no responsibility for the computer that was damaged although I showed them the damage and took pictures. So my advice would to be careful with any of the attendants handling your luggage or backpacks with anything valuable in them. I usually never remove my backpack, but unfortunately I did this one time to sign paperwork at the desk.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the mall, convenience stores, and restaurants. The room was also very comfortable. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Subic Bay.

I would like to clarify how the housekeeping service works. I requested a duvet change, but I believe there was a misunderstanding, the staff only took the trash and provided fresh towels and water. As a result, I’ve been using the same duvet for 5 nights. I didn’t want to bother them again, but I just wanted to bring this to your attention.

Location is great - close to everything. Staff are nice and polite. Room is spacious, can comfortably accommodate 4 adults.
