Lack of hungers in bathroom area, armchair in room could be…. Bad too soft , but it’s my preference

Great little place, staff, rooms, facilities were great, nice walk to town. Only issue was you had to preorder the breakfast to timed sitting - didn’t really know what we were ordering and my teens are slow on holiday

A lovely, quaint hotel in a great location in Argostoli, close to everything. The front desk staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful, giving us some great local recommendations for places to eat and find good coffee. Breakfast was also very good. We had originally booked for two nights but our villa became available earlier than expected, so we left after just one night. We actually commented that we would happily have stayed longer.

The only thing worth noting is the pool. It is great to have, especially in the middle of summer when it is very hot, but it is more of a plunge pool and there isn’t really anywhere to sit or lie beside it, as the surrounding area also doubles as the breakfast seating area.

Very nice place, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this hotel for everybody. If I will come back to Kefalonia, for sure I will stay here again.

Everything about Argostoli Essence was outstanding.The hotel is beautiful in every way and a special mention for Dimitris who gave us such a warm and informative welcome. As a whole, the staff were excellent.

The bed was advertised as extra large this was actually only a queen size bed which was small fir us, no kettle in the room or tissues small things but when you pay a lot p/ n I expect these things. Breakfast was cold as all pre done I would have liked more fresh fruit, some healthier options.

Our room was a little small for the price

Excellent location, very close to the town center but away from its noise. Beautiful rooms, high aesthetics, comfortable beds and perfect amenities. Very good breakfast, tasty and well prepared. Very polite staff, ready to find solutions for everything. We stayed there while we were tackling a personal issue and they really helped us with everything we needed.

Tutto, ogni minuto, ogni particolare. Pulitissimo, camera con ogni comfort e prodotti per la cura della persona ai livelli di profumeria. Colazione dí altissima qualità, dalle uova allo yogurt con frutta fresca sempre diversa, olio extravergine d’oliva e miele dí eccellente produzione locale. Tutto lo staff estremamente preparato e gentile; un particolare ringraziamento a Dimitris che ci ha assistito dalla prenotazione fino al check out; a Katerina dolce e paziente ed anche alla giovanissima ragazza alle colazioni. La graziosa piscina è quasi un ninfeo: pulitissima e nuova, un tocco di classe. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare. Grazie a tutti

אהבנו את כל מה שהמלון יודע להציע והוא יודע לבצע המון !! ראשית כל המלון נמצא במיקום מושלם ליציאה מהעיר או הליכה למרכז העיר ולמדרחוב הידוע . הצוות בקבלה קטרינה ודימיטריס היו פשוט מקסימים , אדיבים , שירותיים תמיד , עם חיוך כל הזמן . החדרים היו מושלמים , ברמה גבוהה מאוד , הניקיון כל בוקר , החלפת המגבות כל בוקר , מיני בר הכולל מטעמים כולל שתייה בחינם , ארוחת הבוקר שיש להזמין ערב לפני לפי תפריט שמוגש הייתה מושלמת !! ארוחת בוקר שלא מקבלים אפילו במסעדות .

המלון מקסים, תשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים ביותר ידידותי לסביבה ומפנק ..מארחים מקסימים ומסבירי פנים. המיקום מעולה קרוב להכל למרינה ולרחוב המרכזי. מומלץ ביותר

Modern first class hotel, loved everything from the warmest greeting with Dimitri, personalised service, complimentary items, superb breakfast, 2 min walk to city centre and so much more!!!

Se potessi darei 10 stelle! L'attenzione per i dettagli e la cura per il cliente qui sono la regola, dalla colazione all'arredamento della camera. Servizio super attento e disponibile, tutto perfetto e confortevole sopra qualunque nostra aspettativa. Un ringraziamento speciale a Dimitris alla reception che non perde occasione per dare informazioni preziose utilissime durante il soggiorno. Forniscono asciugamani e una comoda borsa in tela per andare in spiaggia. Colazione superlativa alla carta, tutto delizioso! Grazie é stato come dormire su una nuvola!

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were exceptional - incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Breakfast each morning was huge, fresh and delicious, with plenty of choice. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Argostoli and within easy walking distance of everything. Our room also had an amazing balcony with beautiful views over the ocean, which was a real highlight. It was also very easy to arrange an airport transfer through the hotel. Fantastic location, wonderful staff and a beautiful setting - we couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Kefalonia.

The room is quite small, so there isn’t a lot of space, although it is very nice, modern and well maintained.

Uno degli hotel più belli in cui io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato: cii siamo sentiti coccolati dal primo momento dallo staff che è a dir poco gentilissimo e disponibile (avendo saputo del nostro anniversario, ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino e della frutta in camera e il giorno della partenza ci hanno preparato la colazione al sacco); la colazione è troppo buona e varia; la struttura è pulitissima; il parcheggio è sempre disponibile gratuitamente davanti all'ingresso; posizione strategica (basta attraversare la stradina di fronte e andare sempre dritto per trovare la via principale dei negozi e dopo il lungomare quindi il porto turistico); il letto è comodissimo.

Stunning hotel with the most attentive staff. Small pool but perfect for a cold dip in summer. The bedrooms are spacious, beautifully designed and all the amenities. Would highly recommend for a few days in Argostoli!

Everything! The hotel was so clean and modern, the staff were all accommodating and friendly, and I loved the personalised breakfast. Staff really went above and beyond to cater for my dietary requirements (gluten free). Further, the inclusive mini bar, and fruit plate upon arrival was a bonus!

Needed a little more AC on the hot days

Most of the positive points go to the staff and the breakfast. The reception staff in particular were all very friendly, professional, proactive, and helpful.

Det var utrolig god service og veldig hyggelig personalet 👍 Rommet var stort og fint. Frokosten var utrolig. Veldig god beliggenhet og i nærheten til sentrum.

Det som trakk det ørlite grann ned var at det var dårlig sted å sitte ute når man hadde rom i 1. etg. Kun en liten lufteveranda som lå under bakken. Kun en stol og lite bord.

Absolutely everything from arrival to departure everything was perfect. Wonderful welcome by very friendly staff. Beautiful building and stunning rooms. Nice unexpected additions, complementary souvenir beach bag, mini bar, fruit and sweets. Lots or charging ports and a set of wires to charge everything, Marshall speaker, Molten Brown Toiletries. Breakfast outside by the pool was lovely. Pre order the day before from an extensive menu, choose time to eat and its prepared freshly for you. The hotel organised a private transfer for us to our next destination. Our driver was so knowledgeable and helpful with ideas to enjoy the rest of our stay on kefalonia. He stopped off at a viewing point for us to take photos. He was a lovely guy. Argostoli was a gorgeous bustling place with a huge array of bars and restaurants. We hope to return sometime and will definitely stay in this hotel again.

We really enjoyed the location of the property. It was nestled at the top of the town away from noise but close proximity to it by foot. We had a gorgeous view of the port with beautiful scenery. The rooms were exceptionally furnished and the hotel provided us with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was first class which included top quality gourmet food of the local cuisine. Fine cheeses, Greek yogurts and sourdough breads to say the least.

Ubytování Argostoli Essence Suites jsme zvolili, protože dle fotek vypadá krásně, má báječnou polohu i recenze. Ve skutečnosti je ubytování ještě hezčí a recenze rozhodně nelžou. Čekali jsme tedy příjemný pobyt a dostali ho plnými doušky. Kouzlo je však v detailu: pan Dimitris pro vás udělá vše / při příjezdu na vás čekají milé sladkosti a výborný nealko welcome drink / pokoj je prostorný, čistý a minimalisticky půvabný / ručníky voní / bohatá snídaně baví i chutná (každý den si vybíráte 3 jídla a 2 nápoje, výběr je z kontinentálních i řeckých jídel) / do přístavu to je 5 minut, na pláž 20 (obě cesty jsou příjemné, samozřejmě se však musí počítat - jako jinde na řeckých ostrovech - s kopci) / ostrov je krásný / pláže úžasné / internet funguje dostatečně rychle, atd. atd. Velmi se nám líbilo, kolektivu pana Dimitrise děkujeme za příjemnou dovolenou.

Přemýšlím, přemýšlím ... snad jen sušák na prádlo by se hodil, jinak vše bylo výborné až dokonalé. Děkujeme :)

Dimitris was an outstanding greeter and checked us into our beautiful room and was so helpful with everything. I cannot believe the facilities, all the complimentary additions making our stay wonderful. The location was excellent, breakfast so delicious and value for money.

We recently stayed at this hotel while celebrating my friend’s birthday, and I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. Before our trip, I contacted the hotel to ask if they could decorate the room for the birthday celebration, and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When we arrived, everything had been prepared beautifully and was exactly to my standards. It made the celebration even more memorable. A special thank you to Dimitri, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. He was so friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. His recommendations for places to visit and things to do made our trip even more enjoyable. I would also like to give a huge thank you to Katerina. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, and her warm and welcoming nature made every day start perfectly. The level of hospitality we received was exceptional, and the staff truly made us feel at home. Thank you all for making our stay so special we can’t wait to return!

Beautiful small hotel. Feels like you are walking into a spa when you arrive. Good sized room, big bathroom with double rain shower. Small balcony with table and 2 chairs. Coffee machine and mini fridge. Robes, slippers. Linen and towels good quality. Daily maid service. Very clean. Small pool is great for cooling off. Food and staff excellent. 10 minute downhill stroll into town, uphill return, obviously! Very nice.

The only very minor issue we had was the TV. We wanted to watch the World Cup, but the Internet connection didn't seem to support the feed in the evenings. Which was odd, as we could watch it on the Ert app using our tablet and the hotel Internet. Only minor, wouldn't normally be watching TV on holiday!

This is a beautiful place to stay. Elegant design and decor. Beautifully finished bathroom and very comfortable bed. The welcome gifts are very generous as is the made to order breakfast (which was delicious) and great location. however the best part was the excellent service and great care taken by the staff. A special thank you to Dimitris for all his assistance when we needed health care and the fabulous restaurant recommendations. We will be back!

Following a personal reception we found the hotel to be excellent. The decor was elegant and staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean with great views. Hotel breakfast was superb with a choice of individually prepared traditional dishes served in the courtyard. Would highly recommend

The only disappointment was the pool, we were unable to access when we wanted to after 5pm on the Saturday.

L’hotel è una piccola ma deliziosa struttura nel centro di argostoli. Le camere( in totale 8 mini suites) sono molto spaziose, il bagno è grande e confortevole. La struttura è nuovissima, ha aperto solo 2 anni fa. Siamo state piacevolmente colpite da dimitri e vivienne che oltre a parlare un ottimo inglese ci hanno accolte con gentilezza e professionalità. La prima colazione è superba e a là carte! Assolutamente consigliato
