Hotel nuovissimo e pulitissimo, inaugurato nel 2023, curato nei particolari e arredato con gusto. E' dotato di angolo cottura attrezzato con tutto il necessario e di un ampio balcone che prospetta su un giardino pensile, anch'esso molto curato, dove è piacevole intrattenersi per qualche momento di relax, per uno spuntino o anche per cenare. Il proprietario lo gestisce con passione e attenzione, assicurando pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornaliero. E' stato veramente un piacere soggiornare in questa struttura

Lovely place in Argostoli with a beautiful view of the lagoon, about 10-15 minute walk from the centre. Very clean and comfortable modern apartment.

Only downside is the steep uphill walk on the way back from the centre.

Really enjoyed this place. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Host did not seem to know much about hospitality

The location was fantastic, perfect balance between the harbour and all the best beaches. It was great to wonder down to the harbour in the evening for dinner at nice restaurants and also be able to walk to the beaches in the morning.

The host was really lovely and easy to communicate with from start to finish. He sent us links to taxis, restaurants and much more which was really helpful. Room was clean and spacious with balcony overlooking the sea.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése ennek a kis hotelnek. Lesétálni a kikötőbe vagy egy beachre. A hangulatos Kalamia Beachre jártam.

We booked the superior suite with the sea view. It was spacious, clean and the views were great. Nikos was very welcoming and allowed us to check in early. Only a short walk downhill to the harbour it was worth it for the views. Recommended.

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was super clean and excellently maintained. The location is perfectly central. For those who really want to explore the island, renting a car is definitely recommended. Parking is not a problem; extra spaces are provided right in front of the door, and otherwise there is always space on the street, and it is free. The owner is a particularly friendly man, helpful, and always reachable via WhatsApp. Furthermore, we received excellent tips for restaurants and nice places in the area. Thanks to the personal attention and the ideal location, we enjoyed our time in Argostoli to the fullest. Highly recommended and a well-deserved 10/10 for us! We would undoubtedly stay here again. Beautiful property, conveniently located within a 10 minute walk to downtown Argostoli. The apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped. A special thanks to Nikos who helped us out with any inquiries, airport transfers and finding a car rental office( was a last minute change).

Modern rooms, coffee, soap provided. Easy access to the building . Excellent communication from the hosts, made travelling much easier. Also plenty of tips on what to do in the area

The best place to stay in Argostoli! The owner, Nikos, was so attentive and accommodating - he knew who we were without us saying anything, and was already ready to show us our room. He upgraded our studio into a suite for free. It was spacious, immaculate, and very comfortable, with two balconies to enjoy. Every little detail had been thought of, and we had everything we could possibly need. The laundry service was inexpensive and saved us a lot of trouble. The parking spaces at the front of the property were very useful too, as Argostoli can be a bit chaotic on the road. To get luggage to your room, there is a high-quality, spacious lift to make everything easy. Just a short walk away at the harbour of Argostoli, you can see some beautiful loggerhead sea turtles. I highly recommend Anthemis Living!

Excellent choice for stay

I had such a wonderful stay and the property truly exceeded my expectations. The room was beautifully spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and offered a lovely sea view that made it feel even more special. It’s perfectly located in a quieter part of town—away from the busy tourist spots—yet still within easy walking distance of everything you might need. Everything was spotlessly clean and brand new, which made the stay even more comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and having parking right outside was a big plus.The kitchen was well-equipped with essentials for coffee and a light breakfast, and the bathroom included thoughtful toiletries. I also really appreciated the flexibility of accessing the property both via key card and code—it made everything seamless. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Anthemis Living to anyone visiting the area.

It is almost 1 km uphill and to the north of the city centre.

Nikos very kindly upgraded us to a suite and also allowed us the option for a late check out which was very convenient. I would definitely return to stay at Anthemis, the location is perfect, close enough to walk to the centre of Argostoli but removed from the chaos and traffic.

A beautiful, modern studio apartment, with everything needed and stunning views. Nikos is an exceptional host, at hand to answer questions, make recommendations and help when needed. An immaculately kept small hotel, lovely rooms with a balcony with views over the water, and parking outside the entrance. Room fittings and furniture were al excellent, as was the nicely designed bathroom. Reception on arrival was extremely helpful and friendly.

Room was great, bed a little smaller than we were used to. Hike back uphill from town is a good hike if your on foot, if your not fit or have mobility issues I would take a taxi. Parking was easy and view across the port was nice form either balcony. Kitchen and facilities were clean and well equipped.

Very nicely presented. Clean and modern with excellent facilities.

We loved our room and all the amenities that were available. We cooked our own breakfast in the morning and enjoyed our time out on the terrace in the breezy evenings. The location is wonderful, within walking distance to a supermarket and close to lots of shops and taverns not far down the hill. We would absolutely stay here again. The hotel is beautifully kept and decorated. We highly recommend Anthemis Living!

The property has laundry facilities available, but other than this the accommodation is purely self-serviced apartment with room cleaning.

Great place to stay in Kefalonia. Rooms are very big, clean and modern. Nikos was great, friendly and helpful and was able to help us whenever we needed something. Easy car parking out the front and a short walk down to the main part of Argostoli. Highly recommend Anthemis Living.
