GReat hotel, great staff, great pool!

The staff are all nice and friendly. They are all accomodating in every aspect and helped us with our luggages. Even there's no lift at the Hotel, the staff managed to carry our luggages from ground floor to the 1st floor. During our stay, I was surprised that on our 1st day of Island tour, the Hotel staff provided us beach towel without requesting them prior - I'd really like the gesture.

La navette est gratuite depuis l'aéroport mais payante depuis le port. La distance est à peu près équivalente.

Für unsere Bedürfnisse optimale Lage/Nähe zum Flughafen und Zentrum von Dumaguete City. Absolut freundliches und es hilfreiches Personal. Sehr schöner Bar- und Poolbereich. Zimmergrösse und -ausstattung. Rundum einen Top-Aufenthalt gehabt.

Nichts erwähnenswertes, ausser allenfalls die laute Lüftung/AC (?) der zu unserem Zimmer "benachbarten" Küche, die bei Betrieb relativ gut hörbar war im Zimmer. Hat uns aber nicht gestört, nur aufgefallen.

Internet was not consistent, the delivery of food could be faster

We stayed for two nights at the end of our trip. The hotel is very tidy, and the rooms have everything you need. The food is decent, though breakfast could use a few more options. It is located a bit outside the city center, which we loved because it was very quiet, and we easily used tuk-tuks to visit the sights. The staff was incredibly helpful, arranging a motorbike rental and an airport shuttle for us. We felt very well taken care of!

Very nice boutique hotel we only stayed one night as we wanted somewhere near the airport. Service was excellent great to have the free shuttle to the airport.

Wasnt a concern for us but the location could be an issue for people staying longer without their own transport didnt seem to be much around locally

The place was serene and relatively near to good tourist spots in the city. The personnel were accommodating and very helpful. Our appreciation to Noemi and Emery at the frontdesk for helping us plan with our tour plans; Lisa at the restaurant who attended to our group with warm smile during breakfast. Thanks also to the assistance of Sasmin, Jem, Rico (van driver) and Mark (van driver).

Staff were accommodating to people with needs in terms of storing medicines

Initially, I didnt feel my room's aircon was working and the room was properly cleaned. But it was cleaned and managed well after our request

The hotel is quite a ways from everything, but staff can arrange rides for you. The grounds are beautiful and very clean. The rooms are clean, uniquely decorated, and very spacious. Restaurant had good food and the breakfast buffet was very good.

There were no outlets close to either side of the bed. There was no place to plug in devices to charge and still have them close by.

Twas clean and comfy. Restaurant food was sumptuous. The children love the place. Wishing we stayed longer.

Unwind Hotel truly lives up to its name. We had a relaxing stay at this hotel. The ambiance was exceptional - peaceful, well-designed and perfect for unwinding from the busy city life. Every corner felt thoughtfully curated, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Great staff and good food were an added bonus.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The food was great, the employees were nice and polite. We opted for the modern room and it was more spacious than anticipated. It was absolutely worth it.

Room was spaciuos, nice ambiance, nice staff, food was good, spa massage was excellent

you could hear everything outside from the room, especially the dogs fighting all night

Hôtel boutique à la décoration très originale. Personnel très serviable. Très grande chambre, calme, bon lit, nous avons très bien dormi. Parties communes agréables, autour de la piscine et du bar. Bon petit déjeuner.

La salle de bains un peu ancienne, sombre, pourrait être refaite au goût du jour. Les alentours immédiats n'ont aucun intérêt et il faut prendre un tuktuk pour se rendre en ville.

I like that the room is very spacious and well curated. Shower and toilet are separated and there's even a separate space/room with a sink to do your makeup and other things. I also like that they have a airport transfer that is free. They also give a snack before going to bed. Some staff are very attentive and helpful like Ivene.

My experience staying here felt like I was in someone's house and not a boutique hotel. Because the restaurant and the swimming pool is always teeming with people. More like a family reunion. Not one moment I enjoyed relaxing by the pool because it seems that the restaurant was booked for family party or something. I suppose its because its holiday season. Maybe it will be different if in an ordinary days. I also had a bad experience when I booked a massage in their spa; I was bitten by mosquitoes so it was very unpleasant during my session that is supposed to be destressing 😂. The therapist also was kinda mediocre, definitely not as good as I am used to. Maybe she was tired or something. A s yeah its quite outside the city so , you always need to book a tricycle to go out.

Etwas ausserhalb der Stadt gelegen in einer grünen Anlage. Perfekt für unseren Stop, bevor wir nach Siquijor sind.

It’s very very well kept. Beds were comfortable and they provided great wifi and welcome gift. Great breakfast.

We liked the comfy large bed and cool vibe of the place. Staff, especially Shelton, were particularly helpful.

Unless you have a car/bike it is difficult to travel anywhere but Dumaguete city as Tuk tuks won't generally take you and taxis are unavailable (unless travelling to the port). Of course you could do a day trip at a price. Shelton managed to get a Tuk Tuk to take us to Valencia and back in the evening which was good. Breakfast is also cooked Filipino food and nothing western, apart from scrambled egg - nice but oily or stodgy.

Me and my family love the place, room nice and clean we stay to family room very comfortable stay the swimming pool clean staff are very friendly the food is good and it’s near to the airport highly recommended

I was in room 203 and I was surprised there were no sockets on either side of the bed plus and I may be wrong but the toilet I’m pretty sure was fitted on the wrong wall. Those guests that are tall you will see what I mean.

The staff of the property especially all of front desk led by Shelton and the other two beautiful women whom I forgot to get the names .Also their partnership with the tricycle driver who is also very kind.

Hmmm the van driver. He thought, I cannot speak or understand Bisaya. You know what I mean.

A great experience, should have spent more time in the hotel

So unique! Love the coconut room, we stayed in one just for one night. The hotel is really close to Dumaguete airport. The staff are friendly and the grounds are really nice. Very clean.

There were falling mangos around the pool so netting is needed to protect guests. The breakfast was okay.

Overall, I am happy with the place. I stayed in room 203. The king size bed was comfy. The room is so spacious but my only issue is the toilet. The space between the toilet bowl and the wall is so small that it would be a problem for tall people. Breakfast choices are ok. Staff in general are so nice and helpful. The location is ok but you will definitely need a car. We brought a car but am sure the hotel can arrange transportation.

Water pressure in shower was poor and hot water took a long time to warm up Poor wine list and most wines on the list were not available. I would suggest fewer options but having them in stock. Charges for taking your own drinks into the hotel even if consumed in your room is unusual.

The whole place is just such a great vibe. The huts to stay in are adorable. The bed was super comfortable. The pool and restaurant area are great as well and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We stayed just one night but it was super close to the airport, which was perfect for what we needed. The on-site restaurant was very convenient and breakfast was delicious. Would stay here again!

Large room with nice shower area. Bar area was a mixture of in and out with air conditioning units.

It was very noisy as we had a room by the entrance and a coach party left at 530am. Transfer to airport cost 500 pesos for a less than 5minute drive. Could and should have walked.

Delicious breakfast but we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it as we left for an early ferry. The location was perfect. Close to airport and port. Staff were excellent and very friendly.
