Molt ben situat i molt tranquil. Habitació de mida correcte, neta, llit comode. Lavabo en bon estat, dutxa amb aigua calenta que sortia a bona pressió. Aire acondicionat que funcionava bé.

Actitud desganada de la noia de recepció. Només es va interessar en intentar-nos vendre una excursió quan vam arribar. Hi va haver un tall de llum a la ciutat en una de les nits. Aquesta part no és culpa de l'hotel, però no hi havia manera de contactar amb ningú del personal i van tardar mes de 2h en obrir el generador. Durant tota aquesta estona feia moltissima calor a l'habitació i no vam poder dormir gens. Pel mati van negar que hi hagués hagut cap tall de llum. Si tornem a puerto princesa, no repetirem.

El personal súper amable, nos reservaron la van a port barton, nos dieron el desayuno a la hora que les pedimos y estuvieron con nosotros hablando todo el rato de la espera a la van, además tardo en llegar y llamaron y todo.

Already staied here 2 nights and didn’t feel to go back other 2, owner was not polity with us, keep attacking becase we didn’t get the airport transfer with her, the water from water tank stink as fucked so buought water outside and she attacked us because we didn’t buy from her, than our room while out got flooded so they changed our room at 11pm and they started to make maintence work at that time, so noising, than on the new room there was ants on the bed, beds were so unconfortable that we all wake up with backache

Great room and bathroom. Very clean. Good air-conditioning. Handy location.

Poor service from all staff other than manager. Nobody on reception and can wait for a long time to have queries answered. We tried to cancel in advance the first of our two night stay. We messaged the property but got no response so sent a message to the phone number instead. Requested a part refund for this night that we had paid for. Manager asked that we discuss on arrival. Manager advised that they don't make a lot of money once Booking.com and Zuzu take their cut. She offered a later checkout (2pm) and 'double breakfast' the following morning to compensate for the breakfast we hadn't eaten the first morning, and which we'd paid for. She also offered us a free transfer to the airport on checking out. We accepted this in compensation. However, the following morning, the double breakfast did not materialise. In fact, we were not even given a choice of one breakfast from the menu. We all received the same, with the egg missing (should come as standard). Asked for the egg and asked for fried. Omelettes then arrived for the 3 of us. Only 1 banana between 3 of us. When I asked for more fruit, I was advised they didn't have any. No drinks offered. When I asked if they had tea or coffee, I was told to help myself from a water machine in the corridor. This was all very disappointing. To summarise, room and location great. Breakfast and service very poor.

Very clean room, with a good air conditioning.

Employee was not attentive to the requests. We had to request many times for everything. Breakfast was very simple, no variety at all and it says that it includes fruits, but fruit was simply not provided.

Non è presente l’asciugacapelli. Non ci è stata data nessuna informazione sulla camera, abbiamo dovuto aspettare l’orario preciso del check in senza possibilità di anticiparlo, dato che eravamo arrivati in anticipo a causa dello spostamento dell’orario di partenza del volo. Abbiamo aspettato un’ora per ritirare il motorino che doveva essere pronto in 15 minuti. Colazione non ottimale. Durante un forte temporale abbiamo notato una perdita dal soffitto

No hair dryer. Transfer booked in wrong time. 3 hours delay and terrible transportation. Massage booked but no service provided. Breakfast is terrible. No towel hanging in the bathroom. Only one toilet paper.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, można pieszo dojść z lotniska i przejść się do centrum miasta. Kilka dobrych restauracji w pobliżu. Śniadanie smaczne. Pokój czysty, łóżko wygodne. Możliwość przechowania bagażu przed i po.

Trochę trudno nam się było dogadać z obsługą, angielski niestety średni. Jeżeli lubisz zupełną ciszę w nocy to nastaw się, że tutaj kogut pieje już od 4 rano. :)

J'ai apprécié humainement les propriétaires.

Déjà on est arrivé très tard dans la nuit donc dans un état de fatigue extrême avec le long courrier. Je vais pour me coucher et la un énorme cafard ou autre sur le mur... Bref ça résume bien la qualité. De plus le coq etc le matin (impossible de dormir). Aucun intérêt à rester sur place, c'est une zone pavillonnaire. C'est pas du luxe mais c'est passable pour 1 nuit seulement. Je suis réaliste sur l'environnement. Si je dois revenir dans le secteur ce ne sera surement pas dans ce dans cet établissement malheureusement.

Hotel bien placé dans une petite rue mais proche des restaurants et de l’animation de la ville. Hôtel très propre. Chambre bien agencée.

Juste l’organisation pour l’excursion à la rivière souterraine, on s’est mal compris avec notre hôte et l’activité a été déplacée au lendemain. Mais elle s’est pliée en 4 pour trouver une alternative.

Είχαμε συνεννοηθεί στις 4:45 να κάνουμε check out και να μας περιμένει μεταφορικό μέσο για να πάμε στο αεροδρόμιο, καθώς είχαμε πτήση στις 6:15 το πρωί. Μέχρι τις 4:55 δεν είχε εμφανιστεί κανένας και η εξώπορτα ήταν κλειδωμένη. Αναγκαστήκαμε μέσα στη νύχτα να σκαρφαλώσουμε τα κάγκελα με τις βαλίτσες και να ψάξουμε για μεταφορικό μέσο περπατώντας στον κεντρικό δρόμο.

Nos gusto la ubicación, aunque necesitas moto peque puerto princesa al ser ciudad está todo a más distancia, la señora del hotel tuvo el detalle de llevarnos en su furgoneta hasta el sitio de alquiler.Las habitaciones muy modernas y pudimos disfrutar de un baño caliente.

En la recepción nunca hay nadie, te ponen un timbre y ahí debes esperar, el aire de la habitación se rompió debido a que no limpian los filtros y las habitaciones no las hacen. Otra cosa que nos pasó es que alquilamos una doble y venía con dos camas de matrimonio, una de ellas sin hacer, les pedimos que la hiciera o nos dieran sábanas y nos dijeron que no, que era doble y que aunque hubieran dos camas de matrimonio solo se podía utilizar una, nos pareció una auténtica ridiculez.

Heel lang bij de check-in balie gestaan. Niemand kwam terwijl we al meerdere keren op de bel hadden gedrukt. Uiteindelijk 30m gestaan. Bij het verlaten van de accomodaties zat het hek op slot. Konden niet van het terrein af. Geeft geen fijn gevoel.

Everything was perfect! The room was extra spacious, with all comforts! Bathroom had everything you need, including shampoo and body wash. The owner is a sweet lady with lots of information! You can ask her anything and she will help you! Absolutely satisfied from start to finish!

Le fait qu’on soit arrivé à la réception et que nous avions dû sonner et attendre plus de 35 min pour que qqun viennent nous accueillir parcque elle était sous la douche Puis ensuite quand on donne nos passeport pour l’enregistrement on nous dis que booking.com n’est pas fiable et qu’ils n’ont pas notre réservation de note et qu’on aura pas de chambre on a du attendre 30 min pour qu’il se rende compte que si nous avions bien une chambre

It was very close to the airport and they even brought us to the airport at 05:30 am. Also just clean, spacious, and not too expensive!

Not everyone speaks English so communication was hard sometimes. However, later there was a lady that spoke English fine and helped us with getting to the airport early in the morning.

공항 근처 저렴한 숙소입니다. 조그마한 Inn이지만 아주 청결하게 청소되어 있습니다. 주인 아주머니와 직원들이 아주 친절합니다. 우리는 지하강 투어를 위해 짐을 맡길 수 있었으며, 다녀와서 방을 잠시 이용할 수 있도록 해 주었습니다. 화려한 호텔은 아니지만 저렴한 비용으로 아주 편안하게 이용하였습니다.
