the room and Inn areas were very clean! the room size and a/c were good. they offered a filling breakfast at a good price. the coffee was basic, but available 24/7. the staff was very friendly and available.

because of the location, i thought the hotel would offer a bit more to compensate. there was no hot water and farm animal noise constantly. the wifi was terrible for computer connections.

Die Managerin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein Tag flugbedingt später gekommen, dafür 1 Tag länger geblieben. Das ganze ohne große Diskussionen und ohne Mehrkosten (super). Ansonsten war das Zimmer im Hinblick auf das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung und es war alles notwendige einfach, aber vorhanden.

Die Dusche hat nur kaltes Wasser geliefert, war aber bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur kein Problem.

Room was clean. Shower drained properly and was brightly lit. Shared area to prepare a cup of tea or coffee.

No warm water in the shower. No light or switch at the bedside. Bedsheets were clean but clearly showed signs of wearing out. Internet connection in the room was poor.

Nur kaltes Wasser in der Dusche und durchaus spärliche Versorgung mit Seife etc, aber durchaus aushaltbar im Vergleich zu Folgendem: Das "Fenster" im Zimmer ist eigentlich ein Loch in der Wand, in welches ein Mosquitonetz eingespannt wurde. Dementsprechend hört man nahezu alles was draußen abgeht. Das macht den Aufenthalt nahezu unerträglich, da der dämliche Gockel des Nachbargrundstücks scheinbar nicht zu wissen vermag, wann er zu krähen hat und jede Nacht pausenlos Lärm gemacht hat. Infolgedessen hat sich sämtliches Geflügel im Umkreis von einem Kilometer seinem Soloauftritt angeschlossen und von früh bis spät ein unerwünschtes Konzert gegeben. Als dann letztendlich besagtes Konzert noch von einem orchesterartigen Hundebellen begleitet wurde, kann man eigentlich jeglichen weiteren Einschlafversuch unterlassen. Sofern die liebe Gastgeberin also kein wirkliches Fenster einbaut oder dem dummen Hahn ohne biologische Uhr mal ordentlich den Kamm wäscht, empfehle ich diese Unterkunft nur bei einem wirklich festen Schlaf oder nach exzessivem Alkohlkonsum. Nichtsdestotrotz gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis auf Kosten nächtlicher Erholungszeit.

The “feel of home and family!”

The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything you need. The ladies at Reception are always smiling, genuinely helpful, caring, and incredibly accommodating. It truly feels like staying with family. Although our checkout time was 12:00, our flight wasn’t until 5 PM, so I asked if we could stay longer and inquired about any additional charges. Without hesitation, she kindly let us stay until 4 PM at no extra cost. Later, when I returned the key, she even asked how I was feeling since I hadn’t been well. Such a thoughtful and sweet gesture! Will definitely book this place again when I'm back in Puerto Princesa

Lovely staff, super clean, really good location for accessing puerto princesa airport and tour pick ups. Only thing is the WiFi wasn’t good and data didn’t really work either in the room

Breakfast was good and they were very friendly. Room was as expected.

Nice hotel, in an old building, with a nice garden in front and loads of flowers. very clean, basic amenities, the lady owner and the staff were very nice and helpful with booking transport and trnsfer to the airport. There is also a sitting area where you can have coffee in the morning.

All was great.

Bed was really hard.

I stayed a lot of places in puerto princesa and this is my fav. Good location- walking distance to the main night life area, and an even shorter walk to a couple of stores, eateries, barber, and laundry, even a good dentist, and not over-far from airport. Real matresses- nice and firm, and thats pretty rare in palawan. Mini fridge in the room is a bonus and the owner is in process of replacing the aircon units that some reviews mentioned, so thats good. In addition, Wifi is now okay in the rooms too, and superfast in lobby area. Theres not really public access to the kitchen as one review mentions, but there is a toaster and microwave you can use in the breakfast room, and a hot water dispenser. The host is very nice and can help you book any trip, and often helped me with other advice like finding a dentist or doctor. Oh, and not much problem with cockerals in the morning, slight only, but you are in the Philippines now...

As of now, no hot water (there used to be in the old days). However, of the hotels in pp that do have hot showers, i have yet to find one that works!

We just had one night here for transfer.

We would not stay here if we were on holiday in Puerto Princessa. It was fine for one night but the AC was pretty loud. Everything in the room seems a little bit older.

Don't expect much for breakfast, bed is just ok, no hot water for the shower.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room met all my expectations; it was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during my stay. Additionally, the price-quality ratio was excellent. Location was good for the airport and Staff are very nice and helpful arranging transport to airport.

Unfortunately got very little sleep due to a hard uncomfortable mattress, loud air con and there is no hot (or even warm) water for a shower.

This is a great cheap stay. Really very helpful and friendly staff. They were happy to check us in early and helpful with everything. The breakfast was good, free tea and coffee and walking distance to some decent restaurants and bars. Such good value for money.

Totally understandable with the price but the shower was cold and didn’t heat up.

Spotlessly clean with really good staff. Back off the highway and quiet. Coffee, tea and use of kitchen.

Place is super old and ofcourse it is worth of money you spend. Location is like 15min walk away from the main road with food places and bit longer for the seaside area. Staff was super nice, they helpt us to organise transfer to El Nido.

Super noisy air-conditioner and we have been staying in cheap hotels before, trust me, it is noisy.

Nice room for the price! Quite but central area

The AC is really loud and the window next to it was one which you can not fully close So you had the noice from outside and the AC which made it not easy to get a good night sleep !

The place was absolutely perfect for our one night stay between flights! It has an amazing and convenient location (right by the most delicious restaurant at Guni Guni Hostel) and the mattress was insanely comfy! Great air con and bathroom.

The bedroom is clean with a balcony. The location is pretty good, it’s quiet and close to the center city. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is cheap.

Excellent location! Extremely close to the beach and El Nido centre! Lovely hosts! Very helpful booking with tour bookings and always available to be contacted! Highly recommend!

The AC worked lovely which was a blessing as it was so hot otherwise! The bed was comfy - a small double! Free water, coffee and tea! and use of the kitchen too!

There was an extra door leading to outside which didn’t feel very secure at all. We asked the host about bike hire, 500PHP but then she didn’t tell us about the 50PHP drop off fee and then another 50PHP for pick up. The rental shop was a half an hour walk away which quite annoyed us, being put on the spot. Would have been cheaper to get it ourselves!
