Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le lieu est magnifique, très calme et parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et d'une propreté irréprochable. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c'est le personnel. Une équipe d'une gentillesse rare, toujours souriante, attentionnée, disponible et discrète à la fois. Nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur et une hospitalité remarquables du début à la fin du séjour. Cela fait vraiment du bien de rencontrer des personnes aussi bienveillantes et professionnelles. Chaque détail semble pensé pour que les clients se sentent bien. Le petit-déjeuner est très qualitatif. Une mention spéciale également pour le hammam et le massage, qui ont été un véritable coup de cœur durant notre séjour. Nous avons aussi été particulièrement touchés par les délicates attentions de l'équipe. Ce sont souvent les détails que l'on n'attend pas qui laissent de très beaux souvenirs et rendent une expérience mémorable. Un grand merci, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Aucun point négatif durant notre séjour. L'établissement est légèrement à l'écart du centre-ville mais nous le savions en réservant. Cela permet de profiter d'un calme très appréciable. L'équipe facilite d'ailleurs les déplacements en organisant des taxis si besoin

L'établissement est situé à l'extérieur de Marrakech dans un endroit calme et entouré d'un magnifique jardin plein d'orangers et d'oliviers. Nous avons adoré ce havre de paix avec une belle piscine très agréable pour se reposer après la journée de visites. La chambre était immense et était dotée d'une belle terrasse. Les petits déjeuners et les repas proposés par le restaurant situé près de la piscine sont délicieux. Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné, toujours prêt à vous renseigner et à vous aider dans vos démarches et dans l'organisation de votre séjour et de vos visites. Ils sont aussi très arrangeants, lorsque l'occupation des chambres le permet, pour décaler l'heure du check-out (notre vol de retour a été décalé) ou pour vous commander un taxi. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, on s'y sent comme à la maison.

A beautiful hotel that quickly became our 'home from home' in Morocco. We had quite a difficult journey with flight delays etc, but all our travel stress vanished the moment we arrived! All the staff and owners are exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful and often went the extra mile to help us enjoy our stay. The building and grounds are being lovingly restored and it was a real privilege to spend time just relaxing in such a peaceful environment. Nomadz is located a little outside the city but easy to use local taxi services to get where you want and the team will always help when needed.

Really nothing we didn't like - just wish we could have stayed longer!

Il est très décevant les photos de Booking versus la réalité il y a un gros gap… on a eu l’impression d’arriver dans un lieu inhabité et abandonné. Tout est vieux, tout est vétuste et désuet et nous essayons d’être objectifs dans nos propos…

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Nomadz Palace. Un décor idyllique dans un palace marocain où nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le personnel était au petit soin pour nous faire passer un excellent séjour qui fut clairement le cas !! Nous avons séjourné dans une immense chambre vue sur la superbe piscine. Chaque matin nous avons eu droit à un excellent petit déjeuner. Clairement l’endroit idéal pour passer un séjour à Marrakech !!

Notre séjour a été magnifique. L’accueil par l’équipe de l’hôtel nous a directement plu. Tous les membres de l’hôtel sont là pour votre plaisir et votre bien être. Il ne s’agit plus d’un mélange entre petit hôtel et chambre d’hôte où vous avez tout à disposition (piscine, restaurant, petit-déjeuner…). Franchement je recommande à 100% et reviendrai sûrement tellement c’était agréable

The staff were amazing, super friendly, especially Ibrahim was very helpful and suggested many good things for us. The room was huge, quite literally like a palace suite. The pool was great size and they must use a different chemical as it was very clean but no chlorine smell on your skin. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious. Chocco 'the guard dog' also gets a 10 out of 10 for friendliness!

La piscine, le jardin et l’ensemble du domaine sont superbes. Un immense merci aux responsables et à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité : le service est irréprochable, toujours aux petits soins. Nous avons même été surclassés, une attention qui en dit long sur leur sens de l’accueil. La chambre était splendide et le dîner absolument délicieux, avec des plats marocains et internationaux de grande qualité. Rien à redire, tout était parfait. Nous recommandons vivement !

Un peu à l'écart de Marrakech via une route droite bien desservie. Parfait pour visiter la médina tout en respirant.. Palace MAGNIFIQUE, parc exceptionnel vraiment..gros travail dans ce sens des repreneurs qui lancent une belle aventure. La vue est dingue..la quiétude suit. Equipe également fidèle aux autres commentaires.

Tout le reste. Établissement vétuste. Clairement pas 5 étoiles. Ne s’apparente pas vraiment à un hôtel, plutôt à une maison d’hôtes. Quant à la dénomination de palace…

Notre séjour au Nomadz Palace a été, sans aucune hésitation, le moment le plus marquant et le plus exceptionnel de tout notre voyage en famille au Maroc. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été littéralement émerveillés par la beauté du lieu. Le riad est tout simplement somptueux : une décoration raffinée, une atmosphère paisible, des chambres sublimes, une vue incroyable sur l’Atlas. On s’y sent immédiatement ailleurs… et merveilleusement bien. L’emplacement est également parfait : aux portes de Marrakech tout en étant sur la route de l’Ourika, offrant un accès idéal à des sites magnifiques comme le jardin Anima ou les cascades de la vallée de l’Ourika. Mais ce qui fait du Nomadz Palace un lieu véritablement unique, c’est l’âme qui s’en dégage. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse rare, toujours souriant, attentionné, et sincèrement investi dans votre bien-être. Et puis… il y a Zineb 😊 Plus qu’une hôte, elle est le cœur de ce lieu. Son accueil est d’une chaleur exceptionnelle, authentique, profondément humain. Elle et ses proches vous reçoivent comme si vous faisiez partie de leur famille, avec une générosité et une bienveillance qui marquent durablement. C’est sans aucun doute ce qui a fait de ce séjour le point d’orgue de notre voyage. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs précieux, et le sentiment d’avoir vécu bien plus qu’un simple séjour : une véritable expérience humaine. Nous recommandons ce lieu les yeux fermés, bien au-delà d’un simple 10/10. Une adresse absolument exceptionnelle.

Hôtel à l’architecture Mauresque, magnifique. Le personnel est aux petits soins, les chambres sont bien spacieuses et les lits très confortables. J’ai également été agréablement surpris mais l’immense jardin et la piscine de très bonne taille. Quant au repas ils sont bon et copieux. Je recommande fortement, je voyage beaucoup et il est rare que je sois aussi satisfait d’un séjour. Je n’ai absolument rien à reprocher. Cet hôtel est clairement sous côté!

We had an amazing stay! The location is very good, with parking and the hotel area spacious with all the amenities we needed. The room was big and comfortable with a nice patio and the personnel great! We really recommend it!

Les chambres n’étaient pas très propre, j’ai retrouvé un pansement d’un autre client sur le fauteuil, dans la baignoire il y avait encore des traces de la saleté d’ancien client et le sol pas très propre..

The Garden is beautiful

I stayed at this property recently and unfortunately had a rather disappointing experience. Upon arrival late at night, there was no staff available at reception, and I had to spend quite some time looking for someone. I eventually found the baker and the cook, who kindly helped to call a member of staff. I also felt uncomfortable regarding security. The main door remained open, and the keys were easily accessible to anyone, which did not give me a sense of safety. At the end of my stay, I was unexpectedly told that I had not paid yet and was informed that I would not be allowed to leave the hotel without payment. This situation was very stressful and almost caused me to miss my flight. Additionally, my room had a terrace where other guests were having breakfast. Whenever I opened the doors, dogs entered my room, which was quite disturbing and inappropriate. Overall, I believe there is significant room for improvement, especially regarding organization, communication, and guest safety.

Alles. Fantastisch mooi Marokkaans paleis, groot, authentiek, indrukwekkend en echt een prachtige sfeervolle tuin om in te ontspannen! Als je van rust houdt (als tegenhanger van de hectiek van de medina), dan moet je hier zijn! Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt op het terras. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben genoten!

Het paleis is wat verouderd. Maar ik zou het zo weer boeken! Wat een sfeer en charme. Helaas was het zwembad deze week buiten gebruik, maar daar werd hard aan gewerkt.

Slecht onderhoud in het algemeen, nauwelijks volk ondanks dat het bij Booking de laatste kamer was. Ongezellig donker restaurant, bizar complex waar we gelukkig niet veel voor betaalden

Le palais a récemment été repris par les propriétaires d’une grande gentillesse, d’une réelle bienveillance et animés d’un véritable désir de bien faire. Nous avons été accueillis avec une hospitalité remarquable. Le bien-être des clients et le souci du confort sont clairement au cœur de leurs priorités au quotidien. Chaque demande est écoutée avec attention et tout est pensé dans les moindres détails. Le lieu est magnifique et l’on sent une vraie volonté de rénovation et d’amélioration continue. Le personnel a été absolument exceptionnel et tout particulièrement Ibrahim, toujours aux petits soins, d’une grande gentillesse, d’une générosité rare et d’un dynamisme très appréciable. Un véritable plaisir. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et avons eu la chance de passer un Nouvel An formidable, avec une soirée tout simplement extraordinaire et mémorable. Un immense merci à Zayneb pour ce moment exceptionnel. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et ne pouvons que recommander ce lieu.

The room is so big. The whole palace reflects the beauty of Moroccan design. The place was so quiet. The most impressive is the staff’s ability to make us feel comfortable. They go beyond our expectation- especially Oussama and the two kitchen staff who brought to our room a dessert with a candle for my husband’s birthday. They sang a birthday song too. Thank you.

It was a truly authentic experience, and I did not regret for a single moment choosing to stay in this historic palace. The experience was exceptional and started even before my arrival. As this stay coincided with my wedding anniversary, the owner of the palace personally contacted me to check whether I needed transportation and to confirm my exact arrival time. Upon arrival, the reception staff was waiting for me at the entrance, welcoming me warmly and making me feel as if I were at home. The check-in process was fast, smooth, and effortless. I was then pleasantly surprised to be welcomed into a suite thoughtfully prepared for my wedding anniversary, with great generosity, care, and attention to detail. Every corner, wall, and space in the palace tells a story of deep history, complemented by beautiful décor and a lush garden filled with trees, birds, seating areas, and a swimming pool. I will certainly repeat this experience again.

Très basique. rien de correspondent a un hotel 5 étoiles : pas de buffet, restauration décevant et surtout aucun chauffage ni dans les parties communes ni dans la chambre. À 100 euro la nuit, passer une nuit glaciale à Marrakech est inacceptable. Très grande déception.

(This review is long but you'll want to read it in full. You can read other locations reviews if you want, but I doubt they'll win you over as well as this one) As someone who's done a ton of traveling in their life (for an American, especially) I'm going to be blunt: This was one of the best stays I've ever had in my life. I'm going to immediately call out the manager Ayub for being so supportive and helpful through my stay. From the moment I landed, I was checked up upon by staff and when I was having trouble figuring out the tricky barter system for calling a cab, they personally called me a driver to pick up my wife and I from the airport. Speaking of, we were here to celebrate our honeymoon and couldn't have picked a better place. Ayub and the staff prepared a super special entrance adorned with rose petals and towel decorations and my wife loved it. The room itself was incredible with a large bathroom with tub sized for two, a large living room and bedroom plus great views into the garden that's open for use 24/7 for all guests. Breakfast was included and we were fed a feast, it was a tremendous welcome to Morocco. Ultimately my wife and I even traded the busy city life of Marrakesh for extra lounge time at the resort because we just felt so damn comfortable and at ease there. During downtime we had fun just sitting by the pool, playing foosball and table tennis and of course introducing ourselves to the resident mascot cat who roamed the outdoors. Again, I need to shout out what truly made the stay so special was the staff. Manager Ayub and the owners were so kind and supportive, it gave us an unbelievably incredible start to our trip and I cannot recommend them enough. Even when we had trouble navigating the Medina, or planning other parts of our Morocco trip, we were guided and offered tremendous advice that we followed throughout the rest of our stay.

Le calme de cette établissement est très ressource un vrai petit coin de paradis. Vraiment très agréable après une journée au souk de Marrakech d’apprécier un bon thé autour de la piscine de l’hôtel.

The room was a wonderful size with a great view of the pool. The breakfast was pretty good with a good range, although it was assumed we would likes scrambled eggs each day. The staff at the desk were very helpful.

Unfortunately the AC did not work well and the staff kept turning this off. We were there in a 44 degree heatwave, so it was already challenging to sleep. The shower did not work and was broken. We asked to get this fixed but it was not. Before we arrived I liaised with the hotel about two beds as I was travelling with my daughter They suggested putting an extra bed in the room via email, but this did not happen. Although only 8km outside the centre, lots of taxi drivers did not know where to go. It meant 150 - 200 Dirham each way that we did not factor in, so please be aware of this extra cost to get into the Medina.

L'emplacement idéal pour être au calme. Belle piscine. Suite très grande. Le personnel très aimable.

Très beau palace mais malheureusement vétuste et peu entretenu. Transats au bord de la piscine très usé. Nous avions la suite n° 7. Dans cette suite les robinetteries et douches dans la salle de bain sont à changer. La climatisation était un énorme problème car elle n'arrivait pas à rafraîchir la suite, ni même la chambre à coucher où elle se situait. Nous avons réglé la climatisation au maximum consenti (16 degrés) et pendant 5 jours non stop 24h/24h mais la température de la chambre ne descendait pas en-dessous des 29 degrés! Soit le refroidisseur ne fonctionnait pas ou alors l'appareil n'était pas adapté à la grandeur de la suite. Gros point à revoir selon nous. Et pour finir, nous avons été déçu du restaurant. Le dernier jour nous avons commandé une salade de tomates/mozzarella et un cordon bleu/frites. 2h30 d'attente pour être servi. Ce beau bâtiment mériterait une rénovation
