La vue est tout simplement exceptionnelle, avec une vue directe et magnifique sur le désert de Merzouga. L’hôtel dégage une véritable sensation de luxe, avec une ambiance élégante, agréable et très soignée. La piscine est également magnifique, avec un cadre exceptionnel face au désert. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable dans cette région. Enfin, le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et très attentionné. Une très belle expérience dans un cadre exceptionnel.

Le petit déjeuner est correct, mais il aurait pu être meilleur et davantage à la hauteur du standing et de l’image de l’hôtel.

Le paysage incroyable, établissement décoré avec goût alliant le traditionnel et le moderne. Chambre propre, personnel au top, agréable, souriant et au service du client. Je recommande !

Tout était parfait mais j’ajouterais juste des chaises hautes au restaurant pour les clients accompagnés d’enfants en bas âge et des frigo dans la chambre afin de pouvoir mettre nos propres bouteilles d’eaux.

Sehr schöner und ruhiger Aufenthalt im August. Vormittags war es angenehm ruhig, da die meisten Gäste erst nachmittags anreisen. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, nette Mitarbeiter und eine fantastische Buggytour. Die VIP-Zelte sind sehr komfortabel und etwa 400 m vom Haupthaus entfernt – der Transfer mit dem Geländewagen klappt problemlos. Die Wüste ist eine unglaubliche Erfahrung! Abends konnte man im anderen Camp noch live Berbermusik erleben, allerdings sind wir da bereits in unser Zelt gegangen. Die Musik war für einen ruhigen Abend im Zelt absolut nicht störend. Der Pool war als Abkühlung für zwischendurch fantastisch.

C’est un très bel hôtel, bien situé, avec une vue incroyable sur les dunes et une très belle piscine.

En revanche, nous avons trouvé le prix trop élevé par rapport aux prestations (on a payé une nuit 440 € pour 2 chambres standard). Le personnel ne parle pas français. Le service au restaurant n'était pas du tout professionnel et les plats en dessous de ce à quoi l’on pourrait s’attendre (cuisine assez médiocre le soir et clim ne fonctionnant pas bien dans la salle). Le petit-déjeuner, en revanche, était excellent et très varié.

Everything. The staff are incredible (Mohamed and Moufassa, especially), the location is out of this world, the facilities are luxurious and everything is better than the photos. We spent 2 nights here and felt so welcomed, cared for and experienced truly personalised attention. We spend part of our honeymoon here (we didn’t inform the staff until we checked out) and it still exceeded our expectation. This hotel is absolutely perfect - where else can you get sunrise over desert dunes from your bed?

The hotel is just beautiful. A real oasis. The staff were so helpful- they let us stay in our room until 6pm for free as we had a late flight. They organised all our activities. The view is incredible and the rooms so comfortable. The pool water was incredibly refreshing after spending hot days on the dunes!

Las vistas a las dunas increíbles.Hubo problemas en el vuelo y nos esperaron para hacer el Booking hasta las dos y media de la madrugada. Era nuestro trenta aniversario de bodas y nos dejaron una bonita nota de felicitación en la habitación. La cena del restaurante muy rica. La carne muy tierna y gustosa.

Si no tienes coche, estás perdido. Sólo dispones del coche del hotel y al precio que pone el hotel. En cada alojamiento, nos ofrecieron té, pastas y cacahuetes de bienvenida. Entiendo que el primer día no era posible dado que llegamos de madrugada, pero nos alojamos allí dos noches, al día siguiente podrían haber tenido el detalle de ofrecernos té en algún momento.

Le vue sur les dunes était splendide ! Le petit déjeuner à volonté était super ! Un terrain de padel vue dune également, non annoncé sur l’annonce, quelle belle surprise ! La qualité de la literie aussi au top !

The location could not have been better. Right behind the hotel started the dunes. From the (surprisingly refreshing) infinity pool you had a great view at the dunes. If you arrive, turn from the main road towards the dunes at the Shell gas station (sign: Dunes d'Or). Drive until you get to the next sign with Dunes d'Or, but this time don't follow it. Keep right instead.

A little more shaded parking lots would be appreciated. A fridge in the room would be nice. And the safe needs to be attached to the shelf.

Gostei de tudo. Foi uma estadia de luxo, uma beleza, um dos hoteis mais bonitos que já tive. As realidade é muito melhor que as fotografias sem duvida, a simpatia e o serviço de outro mundo e a vista do quarto... Não ha palavras. Pequeno-almolo muito bom. Gros coup de coeur pour cet hôtel au pieds des dunes. L hôtel est splendide, les chambres sont magnifiques et la vue est splendide. L expérience du tour en buggy dans les dunes est incroyable. Le buffet du soir et du petit déjeuner est très bon et très varié. On reviendra avec grand plaisir ♥️

- Le riad, vraiment magnifique et aux portes du Sahara. - Les chambres, spacieuses et confortables. - Le personnel, à l’écoute.

- La qualité de la nourriture : petits-déjeuners similaires chaque jour avec des produits de qualité moyenne, repas du soir moyens - Le fait que des groupes de jeunes extérieurs à l’hotel soient acceptés pour profiter de la piscine dans l’aprés-midi. De ce fait, les clients de l’hotel sont dérangés par ces gens qui font des shooting photos pendant des heures et demandent aux clients présents de se décaler etc. C’est plus qie regrettable et nuit à la qualité de l’hotel

The aesthetic of the pool is undoubtedly gorgeous and lives up to the photos. The rooms were clean and we really enjoyed one of the staff members - it was a skinnier guy with the curly hair. He was very friendly with a great vibe and even let me buy a pair of swimming shorts when I forgot mine. Always asked how our experiences were and went the extra mile.

As others have mentioned, the restaurant is not 4 star quality. The dinner buffet is average, but it is clean. The breakfast and lunch options are both very sub par and the restaurant has way too many flies during the day, making the experience very uncomfortable and the food unappealing. The heavier set gentlemen who checked us in was extremely rude and unprofessional. Every interaction we had with him after that he continued to be defensive and generally was unpleasant to be around. Even when we were checking out… we had to pay some extra charges, which is totally fine, but he was very aggressive and even started yelling at me when I just wanted to doublecheck a few of the charges. The hotel room has no body wash (fine). We asked the front desk 2 times to replace and it was never replaced.

Les chambres étaient très propres et offraient une vue exceptionnelle. Salle de bain impeccable avec un bon débit d’eau (étonnant pour un hotel dans le désert). Accès direct au désert. Aménagement de l’hôtel impeccable avec des décorations de haute qualité. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le personnel était très accueillant et à l’écoute.

Les activités dans l’hôtel (chameau, quad, buggy) sont un peu chers à mon avis.

Nous avons eu l'immense surprise d'être upgradés pour une chambre donnant sur les dunes ... c'est juste magique :-) La chambre est superbement aménagée et très confortable. Comme indiqué, même en étant au rez de chaussée, profiter de la vue sur le désert depuis la chambre ou le "balcon", c'est quand même cool. Il faut aussi prendre le temps d'aller sur la terrasse du batiment pour profiter de la vue à 360°. Lors de notre séjour, seule une aile du batiment était occupée, l'autre étant encore en travaux, donc il n'y avait pas non plus plein de monde. Nous avons apprécié diner sur place (surtout le buffet!! ) et le petit déjeuner. Le fait de pouvoir partir directement dans les dunes, depuis l'hotel, à pied ...c'est tout simplement génial.

I treated myself for once with something more expensive because the Sahara was a dream of mine. From a pricey hotel I expect the decoration to be working, toiletpaper filled…. cutlery and plates were old and all of them broken. Plants are dying and plant pots are falling apart. we missed the „love for the details“ during the day they accept instagramers who occupy the pool area with the lovely view. as a paying guest you don‘t really have the chsnce to enjoy the view.

Zunächst das Positive: Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und grenzt direkt an die Wüste. Besonders abends entsteht durch die Beleuchtung eine angenehme und stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre. Hervorzuheben ist der direkte Blick auf die Wüste, den vor allem die Deluxe-Zimmer mit Balkon bieten. Trotzdem konnten auch diese Zimmer in unserem Fall nicht vollständig überzeugen. Es gab einige baulich Mängel, dazu zählten unter anderem nicht vollständig verputzte Stellen, Türen, die sich nur schwer schließen ließen, sowie lieblos übereinandergelegte Teppiche. In dieser Preiskategorie hätten wir einen deutlich besseren baulichen Zustand erwartet. Die Standardzimmer, insbesondere im Erdgeschoss, wirkten zudem dunkel und wenig einladend. Der Service entsprach ebenfalls nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Personal wirkte häufig desinteressiert und wenig aufmerksam; teilweise hatte man den Eindruck, dass Mitarbeitende mehr mit ihren Handys beschäftigt waren als mit den Gästen. Die vom Hotel angebotenen Wüstenausflüge (ATV-Fahren, Kamelreiten) sind grundsätzlich möglich, allerdings deutlich teurer als vergleichbare Angebote bei externen Anbietern in der Umgebung. Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch ohne besondere Highlights. Was besonders seltsam war, als wir das Personal auf die Kritikpunkte angesprochen haben, haben wir einen Tag später eine Mail vom Booking erhalten dass das Hotel angegeben hat das wir nicht angereist wären. Vermutlich damit wir auf booking keine Rezension hinterlassen können oder um Gebühren zu sparen. Unser größter Kritikpunkt bleibt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für den – gemessen an der Region – sehr hohen Preis hätten wir einen besseren Service, eine höhere Qualität der Zimmer und ein insgesamt stimmigeres Gesamtpaket erwartet, vor allem auch beim Service Personal. Auf unserer Rundreise haben wir andere Hotels erlebt, die zu einem deutlich günstigeren Preis ein deutlich besseres Gesamtangebot geboten haben.

El trato del personal ha sido excelente: amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Se nota que hay un gran equipo detrás, profesional y comprometido con hacer que la estancia sea perfecta. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, todo limpio y bien organizado. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, y sin duda repetiremos. Lo recomiendo totalmente a quienes busquen calidad, buen servicio y una atención de primera.

Food needs works. Buffet is ok not for the price but they do have an a la carte menu you can order from that they do not publicize.

After travelling 50+ countries and staying in hundreds of accommodations, I can confidently say this hotel is in my personal top 10. Here’s why: - Incredible location right in front of the dunes (better than most desert camps) - Impeccable service & friendly staff - Beautiful rooms with good aircon/heating in winter - Sunrise panorama from bed - Buffet breakfast was delicious and had many options, including many vegetarian ones Special shoutout to Ismail from the reception who did an incredible job.

- The vegetable tajine during dinner missed taste, generally I‘d recommend improvement of the à la carte menu, it wasn’t really exciting (good food quality though)

La posizione è incredibile, la stanza, molto bella affaccia direttamente sul deserto del Sahara. La colazione buona ma non eccezionale. Ma il valore aggiunto è la disponibilità dello staff. Alla reception un ragazzo bravissimo Ismail che ci ha fatto da guida in un tour di tre ore nel deserto. La visita ad un campo di nomadi è un'esperienza forte per noi europei, necessaria per comprendere le differenze. Il deserto del Sahara va visto almeno una volta nella vita e farlo con la guida giusta non ha prezzo.

Rifiniture delle camere non al top, i servizi offerti per visitare il deserto sono estremamente costosi rispetto ai prezzi che si possono trovare semplicemente uscendo dall’hotel e dirigendosi verso Merzouga. Consiglierei di rivedere le politiche, 3 ore di jeep 4x4 nel deserto sono state offerte a 150€ ogni 2 persone, lo stesso identico servizio pagato fuori 60€ x 4.
