Ubicación muy buena, dentro de la Medina, cerca de restaurantes y zocos. El personal muy amable y siempre disponible, el desayuno tenía muy buena pinta.

The host and the housekeeping lady were extremely helpful and nice. When we needed anything, they helped us right away. The house is located in the centre of medina, but the closest streets are peaceful.

Unfortunately, our room weren’t maintained well. It was really hot, hotter than in the outside. There was no AC, but Issa gave us a fan immediately when we asked for it. The bathroom smelled funky and the drain was located on the different side of the room than the shower, so when we washed ourselves, the whole bathroom was wet

Die Lage war ideal, da in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sauber. Es hatte ein Fenster zum nach oben hin offenen Hof, somit kam frische Luft rein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Am Eingang der Altstadt, nicht unweit, ist ein Parkplatz.

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, es wurde uns jedoch ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt. Das WC ist etwas eng am Eingang der Badtür positioniert.

La posizione e' sicura ed ottima per chi vuole visitare la Medina, la kasba, il souk, andare al mare ed in generale stare nel cuore della citta'.

In generali non ci si aspetta mai il lusso sfrenato in questi posti ma qui il confort e' inesistente nella stanza ed in generale in tutta la struttura. L'odore del bagno era terrificante, la pulizia lasciava a desiderare, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano vecchi, macchiati e molto usurati con buchi e lacerazioni ai margini.

La struttura è nel cuore della Medina. Lo staff era accogliente e disponibile in ogni momento, mi hanno perfino organizzato lo spostamento verso l’aeroporto di Casablanca. La stanza era accogliente e aveva tutto il necessario, inoltre era molto pulita.

L’ambiance typique marocaine donne tout son charme. La chambre familiale est spacieuse et confortable! L’emplacement en pleine médina est un vrai atout, proche de la gare Rabat-Ville et de restaurants. Personnel d’accueil très sympathique et attentif.

The location is excellent! Close to everything. The Riad is gorgeous, I love how they kept everything as it is ( old and authentic Moroccan architecture and furniture).

Nothing related to the room nor the staff but Some other guests were super noisy and kept talking loud all night long literally until dawn..so we had a very interrupted sleep.I believe putting an internal policy to help the guests remember that the Riad had thin walls and that respecting other guests is necessary would be a lovely idea.

Le persone che ci hanno accolto sono state molto gentili. La posizione è ottima per visitare la medina. Letti comodi, posizione perfetta, è in mezzo alla medina, ma se vuoi andare a riposare è completamente isolata dai rumori delle vie molto vive fino a tarda notte. Perfetto. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

This Riad is so central to the souks. Literally around the corner you have the fabulous markets, you are right in the old medina. If you want authentic and central as possible then this is the Riad for you. You literally turn the corner by the little creche and you are onto the markets /Souks. It's unbelievably close which was amazing for us. At first you are up an alley and see a little door in the wall and when opened you're into a paradise or haven. The young man Issa greeting guests was so friendly, he even communicates via WhatsApp if you want help with anything, the lady that cleans the riad was so lovely, she even ran to get us fresh towels and toilet roll, she was so lovely. The rooms are well cleaned. The riad may be old fashioned but that's the point. Authentic Moroccon Riads built in the old medina are old and historical. This Riad was super quiet when we stayed and the security cameras give a sense of safety the minute you enter it's doors. The bedding was clean, the toilets were clean, the towels were fresh. That's all we needed or wanted. If you're looking for a place to just lay your head down at night then this Riad will definitely suit you. We enjoyed the authenticity, the friendliness and the safety. What we enjoyed most about the Riad was waking up every morning and opening our windows out on to the beautiful courtyard of the Riad. It's a lovely place to stay and the photos are exactly like the ones advertised so don't be worried. It's a great little place to stay if you're on a budget and looking for authenticity. Clean and the lovely young man Issa will help you if you've any issues.

The only thing, and I'm sure it's not the Riad's fault is the smell of sewerage is super strong. It is prevalent in the old medina in Rabat. The Riad's use old plumbing systems that probably can't keep up with the modern flow of the city so the gases rise up. It's so strong so recommended that you keep toilet lid down and a towel in the sink at night to keep gasses from escaping. If you have mobility issues you will have to climb narrow steps to the upper bedrooms. There's no real complaints to be honest. It was a good experience and I'd stay again. Just be warned the sewerage gases are strong in Rabat but also down at the sea front it's bad too so I'd say it's a city wide problem.

La ubicación es perfecta para ir a Sale, a la torre Hasam y visitar la Médica, queda cerca para coger bus o tren vía. Las habitaciones son amplias y frescas y sobre todo el desayuno es espectacular, recomiendo pagarlo en el Riad, que buscar por fuera.

No había aire acondicionado pero a pesar de ser verano, la habitación es fresca y no se necesita aire acondicionado. La cama doble es super amplia y cómoda.

Dès l’arrivée, le malaise est immédiat. Derrière les promesses séduisantes de l’annonce se cache un lieu glauque, mal entretenu, insalubre. L’humidité imprègne les murs, une odeur de renfermé flotte en permanence et la moisissure semble avoir élu domicile dans chaque recoin. Dans la douche, de petits moucherons tournent continuellement autour des évacuations, ajoutant encore à cette sensation de saleté et d’abandon. La chambre attribuée ne correspond absolument pas à celle réservée : espace étroit, mobilier fatigué, propreté douteuse et sanitaires placés de façon aberrante, avec des toilettes collées à la porte d’entrée. Chaque détail donne l’impression d’un établissement laissé à l’abandon, où l’entretien est inexistant. L’ambiance générale est pesante. Les lieux sont presque vides, silencieux, et pourtant on ressent une tension permanente. Le quartier autour du riad n’arrange rien : sale, mal fréquenté, oppressant, avec des ruelles où l’on ne se sent jamais serein. Le plus révélateur reste sans doute les échanges entendus avec d’autres touristes sur le départ. Plusieurs quittaient les lieux visiblement écœurés par leur séjour, racontant leurs mauvaises expériences à voix basse avant de partir au plus vite. La scène devient encore plus gênante lorsque la gérante, ayant entendu leurs remarques, s’en prend à eux au lieu de reconnaître les problèmes. Une attitude agressive et méprisante qui confirme malheureusement l’impression générale laissée par cet établissement. Entre l’humidité, les insectes, la saleté, les chambres trompeuses et l’atmosphère inquiétante, ce séjour donne davantage l’impression d’être coincé dans un mauvais film que dans un hébergement touristique. FUYEZ MALHEUREUX.

The guy was sooo rude, and the room that i booked wasn't the same one i found, i stayed one night with my wife in a room not mine i left the next day, I don't recommend this riad at all to anyone, bad experience

Il n y a personne au riad, a part le 1er jour pour venir se faire payer les réservations, il n y a personne le jour où la nuit. Nous avons juste eu affaire a la personne qui faisait les petits déjeuner. A part Xavier pas d eau chaude dans la douche.

Everything was SO wonderful and peaceful despite being in the center of the medina. I felt like I had a luxury vacation at a fraction of the price. The staff were kind, professional and spoke English and French fluently. The facilities surpassed my expectations. The bed, seating areas and large and modern bathroom made me feel so comfortable. I would certainly stay here again and recommend this to friends and family. I truly appreciate everything that was done to ensure I was safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler in Morocco.

( voir les photos) • il y avait de la moisissure développée sur les murs, des tâches noires et vertes. • l'odeur du moisi dans toute la chambre. • ça a provoqué une allergie ( dermatite) chez moi. • les lits sales tachetés, et les draps troués. • pour les responsables du riad : merci de régler le problème, c'est dangereux, car une fois inhalées, les spores peuvent provoquer des problèmes respiratoires, des toux, des infections, et des réactions allergiques. • j'avais choisi ce riad car j'ai fait confiance au commentaire sur booking.

La ubicación es excelente. Al encontrarse en pleno centro de la medina, resulta tremendamente conveniente para moverse por la ciudad y visitar los principales atractivos turísticos de Rabat con facilidad.

La experiencia de llegada fue deficiente, ya que no había nadie en recepción para atendernos y tuvimos que esperar. Una vez en la habitación, comprobamos que el espacio era demasiado pequeño y la limpieza dejaba bastante que desear. Por otro lado, no pudimos descansar bien debido a que la cama era incómoda. Además, es importante que los futuros huéspedes tengan en cuenta que el sonido de la mezquita cercana se escucha fuertemente durante la noche y puede despertarles. En definitiva, por la falta de descanso y confort, no repetiría mi estancia.

La struttura è all'interno della medina di Rabat (molto semplice da girare) vicina anche ad altre attrazioni come la kasbah Oudaya, giardini andalusi, torre di Hassan e mausoleo di Mohammed V raggiungibili con una camminata di 20-25 minuti. Dista anche 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Rabat ville che è anche la fermata del bus dall'aeroporto.

La camera era spaziosa e pulita. La colazione, con un prezzo extra, era molto buona
