L'appartement à côté de toutes les commodités est idéal pour un séjour agréable à Rabat. Les grandes surfaces, la Médina, la gare de train et beaucoup de restaurants sont à proximité.

La possibilità del parcheggio, difficile altrimenti da trovare in zona. L'appartamento è ben arredato e moderno, con due bagni e pulito.

L'aria condizionata è presente solo nella camera da letto e, essendo in 4, sarebbe stata utile anche nel soggiorno. Alcune delle sedie del soggiorno erano un po' ballerine. Il divano letto non è apribile, ma semplicemente si mettono le lenzuola sul divano.

La propreté, arrivée et départ fluide, emplacement très proche de bab El had.

Le quartier un peu limite, sentiment d’insécurité. Immeuble juste à côté d’un bar où beaucoup de jeunes qui ne semblent pas très clairs (odeurs forte de cannabis et d’alcool au passage) sont souvent rassemblés. Le quartier n’est pas très calme, sur deux nuits il y a eut 2 bagarres la première nuit et 3 la seconde et on entend tous les noms d’oiseaux possibles, pas super pour une famille avec enfants. Climatisation uniquement dans la chambre et rien dans le salon. Il était noté dans l’annonce qu’il y avait un canapé lit mais il s’agissait d’un simple canapé d’angle pouvant effectivement accueillir 2 personnes mais dans la mesure où nous n’avons trouvé qu’un drap dans la chambre que nous avons utilisé pour dormir dessus sans pouvoir tout couvrir la surface, je trouve que ça n’est pas très hygiénique dans le sens où d’autres personnes dorment sans doute dessus à tour de rôle et vu l’équipement inexistant avec laquelle la femme de ménage arrive il est impossible qu’il soit nettoyé entre deux réservations…

There was nothing good about property.

We had booked for 4 people. The description clearly stated sofa bed in living room and AC ‘apartment’. However there was no sofa bed just sofa which could not be converted into a sofa bed. There is no AC in living room, just one small AC in bedroom. The apartment for boiling hot when we visited. No fan or cooler either. My father and brother had to sleep on the floor. On complaining the owner initially promised to refund 20% of the stay and city tax. Then refused to refund city tax. Also did not refund 20% of the stay. I have been messaging him and there is no response. I will attach a screenshot as proof. Booking.com has refused too intervene and take any responsibility and basically have told me the owner can do whatever he wants. If he fails to deliver its not their responsibility.

first of all the first apartment that they provided was beyond horrible , the view wasn't what they advertised , construction noises and dust coming from the window , in addition the apartment that we we're given was right next to the door that leads to the rooftop where people smoke since it's not allowed indoors , and because of that smoke was coming from right under our door , so all we were smelling and inhaling was smoke and dust for hours , my mother who's got asthma, suffered an asthma attack due to that , when we called and asked for a refund because none of this was what we were expecting , and keep in mind we suggested to pay for the day we arrived and for the day after , but the answer was still no , the host instead suggested to give us a different apartment , and he did , but it also had a lot of issues to it , it was unclean and the couches smelled unpleasant , they provided us one singular towel for our stay , on top of that we had to call multiple times for the wifi because it wasn't working for both the apartments we we're in , the host itself isn't someone u can communicate with easily no calls picked up in time , and the apartment was located in front of a smokery all you can hear is loud talking and yelling and not very polite words , however the guy that worked for the host was really sweet and actually helped us more than the host has ever did very polite and cooperative , and to finish it off the floor were sticky and everything was dirty , and for the kitchen whenever u open the cabinet of the gas bottle , it reeked , like it was leaking or something , and to top it off the sole reason why i came to rabat was to pass my exams for universities i applied to , and because all of this , i had to pass these exams with horrible sleep and just frustration and it led to us leaving early , we booked Tuesday to next week's Wednesday , we left Saturday , I left behind 2 more exams because it was that bad.

The location is perfect. A short walk to Medina and tram stop. Restaurants nearby and a Carrefour around the block. Private parking is also available

I fact the property has 1 bathroom & 1 shower bathroom, I do not understand why the property has fixed a bidet in the shower bathroom, although it's already installed in the bathroom. Furthermore, require electric maintenance to change the burning light. The unit seems renovated.

Absoluut niets! Was hier 2 jaren geleden ook maar een groot verschil met nu. Absoluut niet de prijs waard. Het is een gebouw dat continu verhuurd word door meerdere eigenaren van de appartementen. In de weekenden word het gehuurd door Marokkanen die tot laat in de nacht feestjes houden met drank en muziek. Erg rumoerig. Vieze sanitair en meubels. Reactie van accommodatie is een en al een leugen. Kijk naar de foto's aub en reageer daarop. Zoals ik al eerder zei wist ik dat zij geen twee kamer appartement verhuren. Ik was hier namelijk ook 2 jaren geleden, maar een groot verschil met nu. De schoonmaaksters allemaal bevestigden het lawaai en allen zeiden dat het altijd zo gaat in het weekend met feestjes. Neem je verantwoordelijkheid als verhuurder en biedt een tegemoetkoming aan. Nogmaals kijk naar de foto's. Wezenlijk verschil met de foto's waarmee jullie adverteren.

This one bedroom unit is located in a fabulous location central to all you need… Loved walking around the sites from this unit.

There was rising damp throughout the unit and when we first entered it had a damp smell although we aired it and it cleared over time. The furniture outside is ordinary and it’s a bit untidy. While we were staying there the lounge window would not lock leaving the property unsecured. Kitchen equipment is a bit lacking; eg 1 spoon. Check in was further complicated by having to deal with a third party after the booking was confirmed.

The host is amazing & kind enough to accommodate for our requests. It is an amazing property and very well maintained. Must recommended for family stays.

Bathroom didnt have soaps, shampoo, but its a very minor point considering how comfortable our stay was !

- Il est noté sur Booking que l'appartement contient 2 canapés convertibles et qu'il y a un chauffage (confirmé par l'hôte) alors qu'ils ne sont pas convertibles du tout et que le chauffage est en réalité une clim qui se trouve dans la chambre. Le salon n'est donc pas chauffé, et l'hôte a refusé de nous trouver une solution alors qu'il faisait très froid en plein hiver. - La taxe de séjour réclamée par l'hôte est bien supérieure à celle indiquée sur LE SITE OFFICIEL DE LA MARIE DE RABAT (4€/personne réclamés contre 30dh/personne soit 2,78€ selon les autorités) - UNE FENETRE ETAIT MANQUANTE !!! Il faisait 5°C dans la salle de bain car il y avait une fenêtre sans vitre, l'air extérieur rentrait directement dans l'appartement (voir photos). - Les équipements de la douche étaient très vetustes et même ROUILLÉS / PRÉSENTENT DES RISQUES POUR LA SANTÉ DES OCCUPANTS. - De l'eau fuyait dans la salle de bain qui s'est retrouvée inondée. Après avoir fait remonter toutes ces informations à Booking, ils ont tenté à plusieurs reprises de contacter l'hôte mais il n'a jamais répondu à leurs requêtes ! J'ai dû moi même le contacter car il refusait de répondre à Booking. Il a initialement accepté à me rembourser partiellement, mais n'a jamais procédé à ce remboursement après plusieurs relances ET A FINI PAR ME BLOQUER.

- It was quite clean. - The location was convenient for getting around the city. - The water in the shower heated up quickly.

- The mattress was worn out. You could feel individual springs pressing through in different places, and a dip had formed in the middle. We had to sleep on the sofa because the mattress was basically unusable. - The host did not respond and simply ignored the issue. Our messages were not answered. - After the initial message on Booking, we were asked to contact a phone number for everything else. That number redirected us to another number, and there we received yet another number for the person who would give us the keys. This was a very inconvenient process. - The refrigerator is very loud. You can hear it throughout the entire apartment. - The building has very poor sound insulation. You constantly hear noises from the surrounding floors and rooms.

The lights in the house were bright and far from cozy. It said there were two sofa beds in the living room, but it’s just a comfortable couch where you can sleep on. Not a pull out. There was only one duvet available.

Appartement war groß und hatte eine gute Lage.

Kommunikation auf drei Wegen. Zu viel. Konkrete Wünsche in Bezug auf Handtücher, Föhn und TV-Programm wurden praktisch nicht beantwortet. Es gab für zwei Erwachsene nur zwei kleine Handtücher. Heizung wurde nicht erklärt. Wünsche nach dem Unterbringen der Koffer nicht beantwortet. Check-In ging nicht früher.

Nothing likeable about this property. The property was dirty. Significant smelly mold on the ceiling above shower. Fiber shedding towels which was not washed after purchase. Booked for 4 person but provided sleeping and bedding/ towels for to persons. No sleeping sofa. They have modular sofas which are uncomfortable for sleeping. Unhygienic. Ignorant staff who didn’t help much during our stay. We complained to the property and booking.com 1 month ago. Still waiting for compensation or refund.

Location was good. Bed comfy. Kitchen was handy. Large sofa was good and comfortable as a bed. Really good size apartment, and had concierge so felt safe.

Shower wasn’t clean. No towels. We didn’t know what to do with the rubbish and despite contacting the host had no reply so bins was overflowing by the end of the stay. Water heater broke so flooded the kitchen and we had to make arrangements for someone to fix it.

L’emplacement est proche centre ville.

La propreté est à revoir sur l’ensemble de l’appartement, il y a un manque d’équipement au sein de la cuisine. Le parking est très petit.

Beaucoup de bruit la nuit on arrive pas à dormir, les voisins zéro ils ne respectent personne les disputes à haute voix toute la nuit

L’attente 30 min pour que le gardien viens et en plus de ça il nous a dit que y’a la wifi alors pk est retrouver sans wifi !

Buona posizione.

Ho soggiornato qui con tre amici e purtroppo non ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento è in una zona molto comoda. Il problema è che è piccolo, soprattutto per 4. C’è solo un bagno con doccia, la doccia era pure rotta e la pressione dell’acqua molto bassa. L’aria condizionata c’è solo in camera da letto. Il wifi è molto lento. L’appartamento è isolato male, si sente tutto intorno e purtroppo c’è stato casino tutta la notte. Ogni tanto c’erano anche dei rumori molto forti di persone che sbattevano porte o spostavano mobili. In generale quindi non è proprio il massimo, mi aspettavo di più da questo appartamento.

Les photos ne correspondaient pas avec l’appartement. 4 serviettes seulement pour 4 personnes pendant 1 semaine… le canapé inconfortable, la douche bouchée , la télé ne fonctionnait pas , l’immeuble très bruyant.

Grand salon, grande cuisine équipée, chambre correcte. Bonne communication pour remise des clés et explications du logement.

Salle de douche minuscule et vetustes. Joins moisis. Pas de prise de courant dans la salle de bain. Draps du lit très propres et frais mais matelas douteux. A 15 min à pied de la gare Rabat Ville mais au milieu de nulle part dans petit quartier périphérique. Uniquement commerces de proximité et peu de services.

Directly after my arrival the team cared about me and I could enter my apartment earlier than scheduled. It is very comfortable and clean and I enjoyed my stay. There are shops nearby and the attractions of the city can be reached in walking distance. Whenever I will be back in Rabat I will stay in Cozy apartment.

Manque des crochets pour serviettes, et pas de prises dans la salle de bain. (Bien sûr c'est des détails...) Sinon le reste nickel.

La deco

Je viens tout juste de quitter l’appartement, et c’est une véritable catastrophe. Logement sale, avec des cafards et de la moisissure. Il n’y avait ni couette ni oreiller pour ma fille, alors que j’avais bien précisé que nous étions deux enfants. L’annonce mentionne un sèche-linge, mais il n’y en a pas — seulement un étendoir commun pour toute la résidence. Nous n’avions que deux serviettes pour quatre personnes, presque pas d’eau chaude, et le logement est très bruyant. Le parking souterrain est inutilisable, impossible d’y garer une voiture. Le propriétaire est injoignable, et quand il répond, il se moque clairement des locataires. Aucun accès Internet, alors que c’est indiqué dans l’annonce (box débranchée). Et pour couronner le tout, on nous a demandé des frais supplémentaires à 3h du matin ! C’est inadmissible, trompeur et non conforme à la description. Je déconseille fortement ce logement.
