Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist sehr groß, super sauber und Youssef ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sich um alle wichtigen Infos kümmert, immer erreichbar ist und viele Tipps für die Umgebung liefert. Wenn wir wieder in Rabat sind, würden wir sofort wiederkommen!

Le nom de l’appartement résume bien : cozy ! Tout le nécessaire était là. L’appartement était clean et bien agencé. Le propriétaire a mis un lit bébé comme demandé c’était tout bien.

Tout était bien sauf l’ascenseur qui ne fonctionnait pas quand nous sommes venus mais le propriétaire n’y est pour rien ☺️

Appartamento moderno, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Vicinissimo al centro e dotato di parcheggio, indispensabile a Rabat! Il proprietario ci ha fatto posteggiare prima dell’orario di check in e lo abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo.

L’appartamento è per tre adulti e un bambino. Noi ci siamo adattati e siamo stati bene ma il 4 posto letto non è adatto ad un adulto

La situation de l’appartement est juste parfaite, à 5 minutes à pieds de la Kasbah des Oudayas, plusieurs cafés et restaurants sont à proximité, tout en étant au calme. L’appartement est propre et joliment décoré. Youssef est un hôte particulier attentif pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Nous avons eu tous les renseignements nécessaires pour accéder à l’appartement, ainsi que des lieux à ne pas rater (+des guides sur Rabat mis à notre disposition dans l’appartement). Un grand merci à Youssef et au gardien qui nous ont permis de vivre pleinement notre séjour à Rabat💕

La Clim est un peu capricieuse, mais vite réglé par Youssef et le gardien qui est charmant.

Le plus pertinent, c'est que le locataire n'a pas accès à la climatisation et c'est le gérant qui a la commande à distance., et vous ne pouvez pas l'allumer sans l'appeler au téléphone à chaque fois que vous voulez l'utiliser.

Se proprio devo fare un appunto, il fatto che si debba spegnere l'aria condizionata dalle 23 alle 8.

L’appartement est bien équipé, très bien placé et Youssef est très réactif et très disponible. Proche de toutes commodités notamment la médina et de nombreux commerces et restaurants.

We stayed here twice before. It’s our favourite place to stay. It has all the facilities you need, a great manager (Youssef), a great location and a balcony from which you can watch the sunrise. Great restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach.

Lovely apartment close to the medina and ocean and main sites. Really well equipped and furnished. The kitchen is great. Clean and modern with A/C. Lovely balcony that you can watch the sunrise from. Very safe neighbourhood. Youssef (the wonderful manager) was so helpful and arranged cars for us and suggested restaurants and sites. When we had a small problem with the washing machine he arranged for it to be fixed very quickly. He was very responsive. We had a short stay here last year and really wanted to come back for a longer stay. So glad we did. It was perfect! Will miss Rabat and this apartment a lot!

Perfectly located: the apartment is just outside the medina's main Bab, and a 20 minutes walk from the Kasbah, running along amazing Ocean's view points. Nearby there's also a convenient Carrefour express opened until late and restaurants/cafes. This apartment features a private underground parking, but we ended up parking on the street for free without problems. The apartment is nicely furnished, extremely cleaned and modern. It is well equipped with everything you might need, including a coffee machine. There are 2 bathrooms (one with shower) and 2 split for A/C in the bedroom and in the living room. The added value is the owner: he really cared about our comfort and making us enjoy Rabat by giving suggestions about where to eat and which route to explore the city. He quickly replies us back anytime we needed to ask him something, making our stay relaxed and nice

The property was located good. It was very clean. The self check in was easy. The owner was always available and easy to reach. For the price, very good stay.

L’appartement était impeccable, d’une propreté irréprochable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé. On s’y sent immédiatement à l’aise, comme à la maison. Mention spéciale pour le lit… INCROYABLE 😍 un confort exceptionnel, j’ai rarement aussi bien dormi ! Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour passer un séjour agréable, calme et reposant. Et que dire de Youssef le propriétaire… d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. Toujours disponible, attentionné et très réactif, il a vraiment contribué à rendre ce séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande les yeux fermés, et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter ! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very central located. A nice cafe just around the corner. Hammam and hairdresser within walking distance. The host was easily available on WhatsApp and quick to answer any questions. The apartment was very clean and cozy with a nice balcony. We love our stay I highly recommend this apartment

L’appartement est idéalement situé, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment pratique et agréable. Il est propre, bien entretenu et parfaitement fonctionnel, avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir à l’aise. The apartment was in a great location for the main tourist sites - especially the medina which you can see from the apartment. Close by is a tram stop and a supermarket. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. Communication with Youssef was efficient and helped us quickly rectify a couple of minor issues. I would absolutely recommend a stay here to explore the lovely city of Rabat!

No shampoo / conditioner so take those if you need to though the supermarket was convenient and well-priced

Ładne mieszkanie, dobra lokalizacja, dwie łazienki, co ułatwia pobyt, nie było problemu z miejscem parkingowym przed budynkiem, bardzo uprzejmy gospodarz. Wygodne łóżko w sypialni, w salonie rozkładana sofa szer około 120 cm. Winda w budynku.

Alors que l’immeuble est déjà truffé de caméras, le concierge surveille tous vos mouvements et les signale à la propriétaire. Le parking est resté introuvable, tout comme l’une des télécommandes de la climatisation, certainement pour éviter la consommation d’électricité.

Superb apartment which is beautifully furnished and supplied with everything any resonable guest could want. Air conditioned/ heated and quiet, though right on the doorsetp of the medina. Tram stop within 100 metres (line 2) and under 15 minutes walk to both Rabat Ville railway station and the Kasbah. Supermarket around the corner for supplies. Our host was superbly communicative and helpful at all times. This is as perfect as you'll get and at a very reasonable price. Totally recommended,

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like about the apartment.

Hôte très disponible et courtois tout au long du séjour. L’appartement est facile d’accès, situé dans un quartier sûr et agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité de l’hôte ainsi que la proximité du logement avec la médina, ce qui a rendu les déplacements très simples et le séjour encore plus agréable.

The location was perfect. Just outside the medina and within a couple of minutes of a Carrefour mini market and also the tram stop. Short walk to main train station. Apartment large and clean and quiet. The host was very responsive

Pretty much nothing, it was ideal for us and we would stay again. The only thing that was missing was the hairdryer and the host was sorting this.

My stay at the apartment in Rabat was absolutely delightful. From the moment we booked via Booking.com, the owner was incredibly helpful: he reached out via WhatsApp, walked us through exactly how to get into the building and the apartment, and made us feel completely at ease even before we arrived. Location: The location couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s right in the heart of Rabat, so you’re within walking distance of the city’s central attractions. Everywhere you want to go — historic sites, cafes, restaurants — is just a stroll away. There are so many restaurants around, including some well-known spots, which made dining out a real pleasure. Convenience: Everything felt very walkable. We didn’t need to rely on transport to explore much, which made our trip so relaxing. The nearby tram station was helpful.. Het appartement ligt op een toplocatie en was bij aankomst schoon en netjes verzorgd. We hebben ons er direct thuis gevoeld. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep uitstekend: hij reageerde altijd snel, was beleefd en erg behulpzaam bij al onze vragen. Dit maakte ons verblijf extra prettig. We zouden dit appartement zeker aanraden aan anderen en komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con il wi-fi ma il proprietario in poco tempo ci ha risolto il problema e ci ha dato molte informazioni utili per visitare la città ❤️

It’s in a safe, central location and is beautifully furnished. Great restaurants nearby and Carrefour supermarket is 3 mins walk away. Kitchen is well equipped including coffee maker. Youssef, our host, was welcoming, helpful and always available. He arranged someone to take us to see the Morocco v Ghana semi final at Rabat Olympic Stadium (a great experience!) and we already decided to come back to Rabat (and this apartment!) next year.

De omgeving is uitstekend. Er wordt continu contact gehouden met je door de huurder of alles naar wens is. De pand beheerder/ security is er ook ten alle tijden aanwezig en staat klaar om je te helpen . De lift en de trappen zijn heel erg schoon en super veilig. De buren zijn rustig je hoort geen lawaai . De airconditioning werkt uitstekend, maar meestal heb je die niet eens nodig als je de balkondeur en ramen open doet. De accommodatie is heel modern en leuk ingericht.

This apartment was clean and beautiful, anything you may need you'll find, from towels to hairdryer to iron and even netflix and strong wifi are available. Mr. Youssef was great, very welcoming and kind, he even helped us navigating the city by offering us the coordinates of nearby restaurants, over all a great experience, highly recommend it, and will definitely be looking forward to going back !!!

Excellent location, all major spots are within the walking distance. Car travel is also no problem, underground parking is available. Nice fit to family of 2+2.

Some renovation around is in progress, can be noisy during daytime. Minor "to fix" in apparment.

The apartment is very large and very beautiful. It is very spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable. It is equipped with everything you need. The host is very communicative and very helpful.

Attentive host - we haven't met in person but Youssef was very responsive and helpful via Whatsapp (keys handover via concierge). Sufficient space, furnitures and decor of the apartment in good quality, safe-appearing and very central location for sightseeing.

Appartment was quite cold when we arrived but A/C heating function warmed space in few hours, and then offered comfortable temperature during whole stay. TV channels available only via IPTV which was sometimes slow or causing freeze-frames. Some small maintenance would be required (tighten loose screws, stabilize the toilet bowl, fix bathroom cabinet door etc).

Comfortable and clean space. Nice kitchen and living room. Usable kitchen for cooking, if you want. Easy walk to Medina.
