Schöne große Zimmer, nettes Personal, wir wurden mit Tee und Kuchen empfangen. Liegt sehr zentral, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Der Preis für den Parkplatz stimmt nicht. Wir haben für eine Nacht 8,70 Euro bezahlt. Parking Bab El Had ist ein Parkhaus.

Wir haben uns im Riad sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Abdel, der sehr freundlich und stets darum bemüht war, uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Lage mitten in der Medina ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung Rabats. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, gleichzeitig ist es im Riad vergleichsweise ruhig. Das Frühstück war frisch zubereitet und abwechslungsreich, besonders schön fanden wir, dass es an den beiden Tagen unseres Aufenthalts jeweils etwas variierte. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zuverlässig. Sehr praktisch war für uns außerdem, dass wir unsere Wäsche kurzfristig und zu einem angemessenen Preis waschen lassen konnten. Einige Details der Ausstattung entsprechen eher dem einfachen, landestypischen Standard, haben unseren insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck aber kaum beeinträchtigt.

Super nettes Personal und Besitzerin, die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt haben! Mega gute Ausgangslage, um Rabat zu erkunden!

Magnifique riad, bien entretenu, avec un service exceptionnel. Nous sommes repartis touchés par la générosité et la bienveillance de l'équipe du riad. Nous étions à Rabat pour assister à un mariage et nous avons été bien accompagnés pour nos déplacements. Nous étions une famille de 5 adultes répartis dans deux chambres très confortables. Le déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter Rabat, à proximité à pied des attractions touristiques et des restaurants, mais elle offre tout de même un refuge tranquille la nuit. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Great location! The staff made it an exceptional experience, with traditional Moroccan breakfast served (which was delicious).

Poor choice of toiletries. Also bed linen, towels were not the best quality. The room was cleaned every day, some days better than the others (we could feel sand on the floor)

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte al Riad Der Saidi e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Il riad è curato e accogliente, situato nella medina ma in una posizione molto comoda da raggiungere anche in auto. Inoltre è vicino alla Ville Nouvelle, ideale per chi vuole visitare entrambe le zone della città. La camera era ampia, pulita e ben curata. Abbiamo apprezzato anche l'ottima colazione, varia e abbondante. Anche se ci siamo fermati solo una notte, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. Lo consigliamo senza dubbi a chi cerca un riad comodo, curato e ben posizionato.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad. Tout était parfait : l’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée, la gérante est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible. Le riad est d’une propreté irréprochable et idéalement situé, ce qui permet de visiter facilement les alentours. Le petit-déjeuner était tout simplement magnifique : copieux, varié et délicieux. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons ce riad les yeux fermés !

This is a well located Riad that offers great value for money. We found people that cared for us.. We had a small unexpected incident in the facility but the manager moved mountains to take care of us. One of those places where one feels at home. Thank you

Ужасный запах старья во всем Риаде, не выносимо. Если б знали никогда бы не поселились. Есть риады в которых хорошо пахнут. Завтрак на 90% состоит из разного рода мучной продукции. До риада нельзя доехать на такси, приходится идти пешком.

We were warmly welcomed and given helpful advice and suggestions for our stay. Breakfast was copious and the location very central, just off a main street in the Medina and a lot of attractions were within walking distance.

Bed linen could be upgraded.

Sehr nette und freundliche Besitzerin. Gute Lage direkt in der Medina. Wir konnten uns das Zimmer zwischen zwei Familienzimmern auswählen. Gutes Frühstück im Innenhof. Parkplatz außerhalb der Medina in der Tiefgarage, ca. 5 Minuten zu gehen.

Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer zur Straßenseite ist ziemlich laut.

Had a wonderful stay here! The staff are super friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast was tasty and abundant. The riad is lovely and in a great location.

Die Lage ist super. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist wunderschön und viele traditionelle Elemente sind gut erhalten.

Le personnel était très accueillant et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner était bon et consistant. La chambre était propre. L'hôtel nous a préparé un tajine maison pour le soir, il était délicieux et nous avons beaucoup apprécié pouvoir dîner sur place.

Nous avons eu chaud la nuit car la climatisation ne marchait pas très bien, mais quand on leur a dit, le personnel a tout de suite été voir et a fait le nécessaire pour la réparer.

Conveniently located in the Medina, about three-minute walk from Medina Entrance. Staff are fabulous and breakfast was great. Right next to a busy Medina street with shops, restaurants, and juice stands, but it was quiet in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Die Unterkunft war schrecklich. Die zentrale Lage in der Medina kann man als einzigen positiven Punkt anführen.

- Das Personal war unhöflich (als wir keine Tour/Stadtführung mit ihnen machen wollten, wurden sie sehr frech). - Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer als gebucht. Dieses war kleiner, dunkler und im Erdgeschoss. - Beim Checkout wollte die Frau/Managerin mehr Geld als vereinbart/gemäss Booking - obwohl wir ja ein kleineres/schlechteres Zimmer als gebucht, bekommen hatten. - Leider war das Zimmer (Bett und Bad wirkten nicht richtig geputzt und hatten Flecken) sehr schmuddelig und wir fühlten uns nicht wohl. - Das Frühstück bestand aus Fertigprodukten. Alles war sehr lieblos und das Geschirr nicht sauber.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent for a real experience in the heart of Rabat. The breakfast was also excellent and they were happy to adapt my breakfast for a healthier alternative.

Like any Riad there was some noise from the courtyard and the bed was very tough but these were very small issues it was mostly quiet

The staff were unbelievably welcoming and friendly, particularly Issam. They were very gracious about my a member of our party's illness which led to a late checkout and even gave him tea to help. The riad itself is beautiful and ideally located in the middle of the medina.

Staff were wonderful, really friendly and hospitable. We had a really lovely welcome and it felt they couldn't do enough for us. Breakfasts were delicious. Location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town but tucked away and quiet. Loved the traditional feel and the beautiful decor.

Minor elements of the Riad were a little tired, e.g. quite an old air conditioning unit and a chipped tap.

The location was good and the Riad was well decorated and pretty.

The bed was very small and very uncomfortable. My wife and I ended up with backache after two nights so we relocated to a hotel for the final night. We explained our reasons to the lady owner. She offered us an alternative Riad but we declined. She told us she wouldn't charge us for the last night. The refund never materialised as she refused to respond to various communications from booking.com. The owner wasn't true to her word so overall were very disappointed with the whole experience, our worst in Morocco in 5 visits in fact.

Modernes Riad in Rabat, leicht zu finden in der Medina. Sehr gute Kommunikation und super nette Leute. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück gab es im Innenhof unten. Relativ ruhig in der Nacht. Wir konnten unser Gepäck nach dem Checkout auch noch da lassen. Sehr sichere und angenehme Gegend. Man kann super vom Bahnhof zu Fuß laufen. Viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu essen, in der Nähe.

Wie oft bei Riads hört man durch den Innenhof alles von den anderen Gästen. Aber das wussten wir vorher.

Très joli riad avec une équipe chaleureuse et serviable. On cherchait un moyen de transport pour mon père qui avait du mal à marcher et ils nous ont aiguillé vers un service de vélo-taxi qui nous a promené dans tout Rabat ( Je recommande cette promenade super sympa à 100 DH de l'heure. ) On a aussi pu laisser les affaires à l'hôtel en attendant. Petit déjeuner excellent et très copieux. Le wifi marche bien aussi. Il y a le parking couvert de Bab El Had à 7 minutes à pied.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We got mint tea and snacks on arrival! The manager was very friendly with us and all the guests, created a really friendly environment for all the guests. Young Essam was really kind and helpful, looked after us very well and engaged well with our two youngsters. Essam was full of advice and we did everything he recommended. Our room was huge and beautiful and clean. A nice stay indeed in a beautiful city.

Everything was great! The host Issam was super kind, the location is very convenient, close to the Central Market and shopping streets, the breakfast was traditional and tasty (also a lot). Room was cleaned every day. We felt safe and very warmly welcomed. I fully recommend!

Stayed here for one night, really liked the location being in the Medina. It is also on a quiet alley and we had comfortable beds for our family of 4 after a long flight to Morocco. Issam greeted us and was so helpful to us in navigating what to see with our short stay, thank you!
