Un grand merci au personnel, en particulier à Fatima et Lahcen, pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse tout au long du séjour. Pas d'eau chaude à la douche. Pas de chauffage dans l'appartement mis à part un chauffage d'appoint au gaz. Parking payant juste en face.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026We loved staying at best apartments. Great location, beautiful and comfortable. Absolutely spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a great 5 day stay. Mohamed the owner was very easy to contact if we needed to. Fatima and Lahcen who look after the apartments were amazing and they really made us feel special and they have big hearts and a great sense of humour. I definitely recommend best apartments. I will stay there again on my return later this year.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Amazing apartment. Everything is superclean, the beds are comfortable. There are enough blankets and even a heater for winter. There is bed linens and towels. The kitchen has everything you need. Parking is right infront of the house, and shops just next to it. The host Fatima is extremely friendly and helpful. Would return any time.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026I had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful apartment nestled between the mountains, with a peaceful river flowing right in front ,the view is absolutely magical! Even though it was cold outside, the heating inside kept the whole house perfectly warm and cozy. The apartment is spotless, the beds are large and incredibly comfortable, and everything is arranged with such care. What made the stay even more special were the hosts, Fatima and her husband truly some of the kindest and most welcoming people I've met. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended.

Reviewed Dec 10, 2025L’accoglienza di Fatima e suo marito è stata davvero impeccabile: persone gentilissime, disponibili e sempre pronte ad aiutare. Anche Mohamed, il proprietario, si è dimostrato estremamente cortese via messaggio, fornendomi tante informazioni utili sulla zona e rendendo il soggiorno ancora più semplice. L’appartamento era molto pulito, ordinato e dotato di tutto il necessario. La cucina è comoda e ben attrezzata, perfetta per chi ama cucinare anche in viaggio. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio: ospitalità al top e un ambiente accogliente dove ci si sente subito a casa!

Reviewed Dec 10, 2025Muy buen contacto con el propietario, que te da información y recomendaciones sobre la zona. La pareja que se encarga del mantenimiento, un encanto. Atentos en todo momento, preocupados de que estuviéramos bien. El apartamento muy amplio y tranquilo. Muy limpio y cómodo. Con estufa de gas, imprescindible en invierno. Cercano a todo.
El agua caliente tardaba en llegar bastante rato. Los utensilios de cocina son algo escasos, y algunos necesitan recambio. Echamos de menos una cafetera. Pero por lo demás, correcto.

Nous avions une petite chaufferette d'appoint au gaz, mais l'ensemble de l'appartement était glacial, l'eau était peu chaude.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, um Wanderungen zu den nahegelegenen Cascaden und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu unternehmen. Der Gastgeber hat uns schon vor der Anreise von sich aus viele hilfreiche Tipps zu Ausflügen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gegeben. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit freundlich, unkompliziert und flexibel. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und einfach, aber gemütlich und vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet. Das ältere Ehepaar, das sich vor Ort um alles kümmert, war unglaublich herzlich – Gastfreundschaft pur! Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025Super nice staff, clean and comfortable place and location a little outside of the main crowd, but just 5 min by foot, super good! Also my recommended restaurant Azilal (cheaper than at the hotspot, more quit, nice staff, super food and location) is just on the other side of the road from the apartment.
We missed some things, like more than one main plate or a trashbin in the kitchen, not just an open one without a trash bag in the bathroom. If you don't want to cook: not a big deal! Communication in english and with little french skills on our side a little complicated (via WhatsApp contact working fine, language barrier with the housekeeping couple, but they're super kind and you'll find a solution!).
