Reviewed Aug 9, 2026We loved coming to this beautiful place near the mountains. It’s a busy area with lots of restaurants nearby, but the flat is in a quiet section. Hussain and his family were lovely, and he took me and my husband on a magical walk to the waterfalls at 6AM before the people rush😊

J'ai passé une nuit dans cette auberge traditionnelle et tout était au rendez-vous : un accueil chaleureux, un cadre authentique, des chambres propres et confortables, ainsi qu'une ambiance calme et reposante. On ressent le charme de l'architecture locale et l'hospitalité des hôtes. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux avec des produits frais. Je recommande sans hésiter à toute personne souhaitant vivre une expérience authentique. Merci pour ce agréable séjour !

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026The host Mr Houssin very helpful and welcoming. The place is very clean and comfortable, especially the common sitting area with large glass windows providind stunning 😍 views of tall mountains. The breakfast was excellent.
The only 2 things we didn't like are the toilet is small and without any window or extractor fan, due to which, there is constant fowl smell and no fan for cooling down during the day or bedtime in summer hot days like during our stay in mid June.

Il manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine afin qu'elle soit fonctionnelle.

Es ist eine authentische Wohnung in einem Lehmhaus und die Gastgeber wohnen in der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Sie haben uns am nächsten Morgen einen leckeres Frühstück vorbereitet. Mit Blick auf die Berge haben wir das genossen. Der Gastgeber hat uns für unsere Reise auch wertvolle Tipps gegeben, wodurch unser Marokko Urlaub noch schöner wurde. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank nochmals!

Reviewed May 15, 2026Superbe emplacement avec le bruit de l’eau qui coule en continu, un petit havre de paix marocain. Proche de Setti-Fatma pour partir faire la randonnée des cascades. Nous avons été très bien reçues par le gérant qui a gentiment proposé de nous improviser un repas alors que nous étions arrivées tard et sans avoir mangé.

Der „Parkplatz“ im Garten (eigentlich Brachland) mitten zwischen den Unkräutern, Büschen und Bäumen ist für schwere Motorräder eine Zumutung! Es gäbe genügend Möglichkeiten recht einfach diesen Bereich zu erschließen!

Nous avons mangé un tajine poulet qui était un des meilleurs durant notre séjour au Maroc.. L'appartement est simple mais avec du charme. La vue sur la montagne est superbe. Il y a une petite cheminée qui fonctionne, ce qui ne gâche rien. Merci Hussein pour ce moment de partage et pour ton humour !

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit fantastischem Blick auf die Berge. Sehr großzügig und ruhig. Gutes Frühstück, heiße Dusche und ein sehr hilfsbereiter und um unser Wohl bemühter Gastgeber. Sogar ein kleines und gemütliches Feuer gab es am Abend noch. Eine 10 von 10 😃

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Tranquility, I came with my family the house owner Mr. Hussein waited for us until we’ve arrived very late night and because it’s Ramadan he offered us Sahur instead of breakfast, what an incredible man. I would definitely come back again with my family for a longer stay. The place is taking your breath and give you inner peace with the stars mountains the river, we couldn’t sleep at night because of the amazing view, it was very cozy and warm with the fire he put for us.

L'host ci ha fatto anche da guida alle cascate e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per proseguire il viaggio. La posizione della casa offre una vista sulle montagne dell'Atlas superlativa oltre a essere vicina a tutti i punti di interesse (cascate e villaggi tipici berberi). Inoltre ci hanno fatto trovare acceso il caminetto perché noi ci siamo state a inizio di Marzo e faceva davvero freddo.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Mr. Houssin is very kind and generous host. He welcomed us with Berber whiskey (herbal tea) like as if we were his long lost relatives. This guest house has two bedrooms and one big living all by ourselves. The interior wall is also plastered with clay which I really like as I like natural building. You can just lie down in the couch and watch the beautiful mountain covered with snow. It was a wonderful stay in this peaceful property.

He guided us through the mountains which he knows inside out and he is always taking care of your condition and security. He explains you eveything about the valley and its people. We loved our stay in the very nice and spacious appartment. Can fully recommend this guest house. The view from the living room is simply stunning.

Les chambres et tous les équipements sont décorés avec goût et authenticité. Les repas sont excellents. Possibilité de hammam. Belles soir"e au coin du feu en hiver. Nous reviendrons.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Es una casa muy amplia cerca de toda la zona turística de setti fadma y a 10 min en coche de las cascadas de ourika, la casa es nueva y muy fresca, lo cual en invierno cuesta entrar en calor a pesar de la chimenea y calefactor. El casero es un encanto, te da ideas de lugares y está siempre muy atento a lo que necesiten, la cena la pedimos a parte y estaba muy buena también, son bastantes generosos con todo.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025Buen desayuno, muy maja la familia. El señor y la hija hablaban inglés y el hijo en francés. Pedimos té pensando uno de bolsita o algo sencillo pero nos trajo té de menta típica de allí con nuez cogido de la montaña.
El salón calentaba con chimenea y soy bastante friolera así que tenía un poco de frío pero con manta estábamos bien.

Vraiment un endroit exceptionnel, très propre, ils nous ont même préparé un feu de cheminée. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec des confitures maison.

Reviewed Nov 12, 2025Nog nooit zo warm ontvangen als door de host van deze guesthouse. We kwamen laat aan, en hij hielp ons meteen op weg naar een leuk restaurantje. Verder kon hij ons veel vertellen over de geschiedenis van Marokko. Zijn enthousiasme werkt aanstekelijk. Verder prachtige locatie, ruim appartement en het verse ontbijt was de (letterlijke) kers op de taart (op de pannenkoek 😉).
De wc heeft een muf geurtje.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025Un accueil très chaleureux de toute la famille. Le père de Réda a pris le temps de nous saluer et de discuter une bonne heure avec nous. Sa femme nous a préparé un couscous et une soupe savoureuse. Quand à Reda, un des fils de la famille nous avons passé beaucoup de temps avec lui, on s'est promené avec lui et ce fut des moments magnifiques de partage. Gestion House Tigminou est un hébergement authentique, propre et plein de charme. On y dort bien et on contemple les montagnes de la pièce de vie principale. Allez y !!! Les yeux fermés ! Merci Réda et à tes parents également pour votre accueil.

Les sanitaires: il n’y a pas de véritable salle de bain. Le lavabo et le miroir sont dans un couloir et les WC ne sont pas équipés du système de ventilation anti-odeur qui se branche sur les canalisations d’évacuation des eaux usées.

De kamer is eigenlijk een heel appartement met living, slaapkamer en apart douche en toilet. Rustige locatie en toch beloopbaar naar de prachtige watervallen. Goed ontbijt
Het is jammer dat er geen waterslot in wc zit en badkamer inpandig. Daarom stinkt het. Was wel gewoon goed schoon

Reviewed Sep 11, 2025Sin duda no hay mejor lugar si decides pasar unos días en el atlas. Youseff es un hombre encantador y toda su familia hacen que la estancia sea especial. Hemos estado en Riad en hoteles. Pero ningún sitio con la calidad humana de este lugar. Todo son facilidades y sentarte a charlar de la vida con ellos es de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido. El apartamento espectacular con unas vistas… No pudimos elegir mejor

The accomodation is separate from the main property, with its own kitchen and bathroom There is space for parking a car and it is in walking distance of nearby cafes and restaurants, as well hiking trails We were very well looked after by the resident family and even gave us breakfast as part of our package I highly recommend this stunning place. Thank you to the wonderful family that hosted us - we had an amazing time staying with you

Juste à noter il n'y a pas de clim mais l'appartement se rafraîchit assez rapidement étant situé juste à côté de l'oued et il y a beaucoup de fenêtres dans le logement.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2025L'appartement est très fonctionnel et il y a tout ce qu'il faut, même si nous n'avons pas eu à cuisiner. Le cadre naturel est superbe, au calme et face à la rivière, mais pas trop loin de l'agitation de Setti Fatma. Les propriétaires habitent dans une maison en dessous et sont très disponibles si vous avez une requête. Merci à Salma pour son accueil et le délicieux petit déjeuner ejeuner qu'elle a préparé et nous a apporté dans l'appartement à l'heure demandée (parle surtout anglais). Merci aussi à Mehdi qui nous a guidé dans les cascades et bien aidé avec le petit de 4 ans (balade en supplément). Parle français.
Il a fait très chaud dans les chambres le soir. Un ou deux ventilateurs seraient les bienvenus. J'ai dormi sur le sofa du salon, là ou il y avait de l'air frais. Sinon, tout était parfait !

L'espace douche manque peut être d un petit meuble pour y déposer des affaires.

Hussain was a brilliant host and his whole family were so friendly and kind to us. It was the highlight of our whole trip. If you are staying at tigminou or in the area I would 100% recommend having dinner at the guest house. It was the best meal We had in Morocco and a brilliant experience. Hussain family really made us feel so welcome and part of their family. Thank you again and we hope to see you and your lovely family in the future ❤️❤️❤️❤️
