Le Room Service n’était pas tout le temps fait malgré la pancarte mise sur la porte, mais à noter que le personnel a directement été réactif après réclamations. Le buffet du petit-déjeuné manquait de choix selon les jours..

The location was very near to airport it was very convenient. The pool was amazing, and staff was very nice.

Our room’s bathroom door was getting stuck and the sink had some problem. The breakfast was good but needed more variety.

De locatie, vlakbij het vliegveld. Daarnaast goedendag service. Fijn personeel. Ontbijt was goed en zwembad was goed.

De bedden vielen tegen, wij hebben op verzoek een andere kamer gekregen helaas bleven de matrassen tegenvallen. Verder zit je buiten het centrum. Je kunt wel naar het vliegveld voor eten enzo maar dat is prijzig.

La piscina enorme y horario muy amplio de apertura,hasta la 1 a.m. Habitación familiar grande igual que el baño. Desayuno abundante. Prácticamente pegado al aeropuerto.Servicio Transfer gratis tanto al aeropuerto como a la playa. Futbolín y billar gratuito.

Mobiliario algo antiguo,necesidad de alguna reforma,algo más de comida occidental en desayuno buffet.Algunos enchufes de la habiatacion no funcionaban.

Complimentary airport transfer along with shuttle to cenang beach were really useful. Hotel is adjacent to the airport making it easier to catch the flights without a lot of margin in hand. The view from the room was amazing and had a big window which would allow to see the view comfortably. Breakfast had very good variety and had a lot of vegetarian dishes. The hotel took care of our crib request for our infant very well. Swimming pool and kids playroom are also great facilities and fulfills the intended purpose.

Some of the facilities in the room seems bit old but is not a major issue such as bathing facilities, loose door knobs and lock mechanism.

We rented a vehicle to roam the island since the hotel is far from the city centre. Otherwise, you would have to Grab for each place.

The room scent was too heavy untill caused to eye irritation and throat bitter. The menu was extremely expensive, cannot consider at to eat here. Very expensice. A food course RM 60. Which is very expensive and the food is tasteless, I ordered a nachos for RM 22, only with few nachos with some.chopped tomato and source, this is where I ate the worst prepared nachos. So I have no appetite to eat other food. The guy in the bar was good, the guy to prepare Egg was good and professional. After long time I ate perfect overeasy egg.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially in arranging a complimentary anniversary cake, which made our celebration even more special.

The bathroom amenities, such as soap and shampoo, were not sufficient. The use of small containers was also not very convenient. For a four-star hotel, I believe the toiletries should be provided in more suitable and practical containers, with an adequate supply for guests throughout their stay.

Not clean at all

The selection for breakfast was really good. The hotel was right next to the airport so location was good for flights however not much around the hotel, the shuttle bus however took us to the main beach area with shops and restaurants

The room was very much in need of updating and I suspect that the air conditioner had not been serviced or cleaned for a very long time. The toilets in the pool area were in awful condition, broken and dirty and the toilets in reception were not good and only one of two working.

I genuinely enjoyed my stay at this resort. The pool was beautiful, and the pool bar had such a relaxed atmosphere and great vibes — definitely one of my favourite spots to unwind. Please ask for Ehtsham, he is a great bar man and makes some mean cocktails. The housekeeping team was also lovely and did a great job every day. I especially appreciated that they always kept the room stocked with enough bottles of water. What really surprised me was how close the resort is to the airport. With the airport transfer service as well, arriving and leaving was incredibly easy and stress-free. Overall, I had such a pleasant experience here. The combination of the location, facilities and warm service made my stay even better than I expected. I would absolutely recommend this resort and would happily choose it again on my next visit.

A few areas could benefit from some updating and refurbishment. The carpets in the sleeping areas of the rooms feel a little dated and could be refreshed to give the rooms a more modern feel. Some of the toilet facilities also appear slightly worn, particularly the toilet bowls, which could benefit from an upgrade. Around the pool, only one toilet is currently available, as the other appears to be undergoing renovation. The downstairs facilities near the buffet area would especially benefit from some refurbishment and a general refresh. These are relatively minor points, but addressing them would make an already enjoyable stay even more comfortable and polished.

We had a wonderful experience at Wings in Langkawi. The atmosphere was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The food was delicious, with good portions and great presentation. We especially enjoyed the overall ambience and the lovely setting. Everything was well organized, and the service was excellent.

Located literally by 3 minutes of walking from the airport, easy to find and can be used as a central hub if you drive a car. It's a good value for its money. Breakfast includes enough options for different nationalities. Employees are really helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfy.

There is a lot of unused space in the hotel. There aren’t many toys in the kids’ play area, there’s no supervision, and you won’t be able to use that room more than a few times. The hotel doesn’t have a spa, and if you’d like to spend time there without leaving the premises, you’ll likely find that impossible, there’s simply nothing to do here. The room is lit with harsh white light, and I didn’t find my room cozy. It's 2026, and the hotel still doesn't include 1-2 pads in its basic hygiene kit, it would be great if they took women into account. During breakfast, the hotel is clearly understaffed, and you’ll have to spend time looking for forks and clean tables. Dinner at the on-site restaurant will be expensive and not very tasty; look for a place elsewhere. The hotel itself is quite run-down: worn-out faucet handles, a leaky shower, dirty windows, a not working drain in the shared restroom on the first floor, dirty tables in the smoking area, and the carpet in the hallway has a strong odor. None of this is a deal-breaker, but if you’re coming here to escape your everyday life and have a perfect vacation experience, this isn’t the place for you.

Personnel très serviable ! Chambre spacieuse et très confortable, bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et de qualité Belle piscine ! Hôtel à proximité de l’aéroport mais très bien isolé, nous n’entendons aucun bruit d’avion. Navette gratuite qui t’emmène à Pentai cenang.

Location is right next to airport,walking distance (not realised). Wi-fi is terrible, unable to use laptop or phone unless you were in lobby! Large rooms but floor and rug not cleaned at any time we were there for 8 nights . The toilet was poor , cheap plastic toilet seats and lids that started bending when you sat on them. The lighting in the bathroom was poor , not bright for shaving. Basin had two taps as you don't see that often for hot and cold. General cheap wooden furniture. The bed was comfortable though.Not happy with the breakfast, items kept running out(tea tarek). Cooked food choices not great ,long queues for toast. Must be a cultural thing but found guests walking around in their pyjamas for breakfast, very strange(not nice to see) Generally the hotel is ok,not great by any means. Swimming pool decent large lobby,bar areas,lots of seating. Ideally I would not stay here again if I had a good choice. Ideally you would stay closer to Pantai Cenang beach. We booked late so our choices were limited. They did offer free shuttle services to the beach but you have to be quick as spaces go quickly. Hotel good enough for certain cheaper budgets.Hotel staff and reception very good and tried to accommodate as much as possible

Rooms ,toilet, breakfast food. Not enough cleaning of floors and rugs,not cleaned once the eight nights we were there. Wifi was shocking, very hit and miss. When we complained , they gave us another username and password but sadly to no avail, very poor indeed.

It is very close to the airport (200 m) so convenient for late arrivals and early departures. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle if you request it. The pool is also quite good.

It's fairly old and when you get past the entrance it does need quite a bit of a refresh. Our first room had a crack in the exterior double glazing and you couldn't see out for condensation. It was also missing a safe. After raising these issues we were given another room. It also appears to be a bit of a family hotel so if your not into kids screaming around the place may not be for you. It's about a 15-20 min drive to any main tourist area with reasonable restaurants but Grabs are reasonably cheap and readily available with the airport next door.

Great location. Was very close to the airport. We had a connected family room and the size of the rooms were spacious for a family of 4. The rooms are soundproof so there was no airport or road noise. Great pool, bar and the restaurant served some good meals.

Nothing really. Being picky, the glass windows of the room were quite dirty from outside so the wonderful view from the room was somewhat compromised. The breakfast was ok but some of the dishes were below average.

Incroyable rien à dire

The staff were amazing. I had a medical emergency and requested the duty manager Mushood to call for an ambulance but he organised his staff Iqbal to send me to hospital emergency. He was swift and it was quicker than waiting for an ambulance. Mushood followed up later and showed utmost and genuine care for me.

No negatives. Even though it's far from city it is very convenient to catch a grab for RM11.00 to Pantai Cenang (happening place) or catch their complimentary shuttle in the evenings.

Nous avons adoré la piscine de l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner était excellent. La localisation à côté de l’aéroport était très pratique et très proche de la plage Cenang. Chambre propre et spatieuse.

La wifi était assez instable. La salle de sport assez limitée en équipement.

We had a very nice experience with Wings , Everything was great - starting from the airport pickup till airport dropoff. First the staff was very nice, they were listening to everything properly and answering accordingly. Clean rooms, pool, breakfast was also good. Location is near to airport so you need tk take taxi grab from the hotel to main areas of city but it was 10-12 mins drive. Cost only 10-12 ringgit

Nothing , all was very good

This resort was probably one of the best resort i ever stayed at. The staff was super nice from the moment we arrived until we left. The room was super spacious and clean. They always gave us some kind of dessert at the end of the day which was so sweet. As for the pool, it's so big and so nice. We enjoyed it so much. The breakfast as well was incredible with lots of options!

The corridors didn't smell good on our floor as well as the lifts.

Das Hotel ist superschön und direkt am Flughafen. Man hört im Zimmer nichts vom Flughafen, das ist echt super gemacht. Die Poolsnlage ist sehr schön und im Restaurant haben wir auch immer etwas zum Essen gefunden.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht so schön eingerichtet und alles war sehr dunkel - auf den Fotos waren helle Möbel, bei uns war aber alles in schwarz/grau. Die Größe vom Zimmer war super, aber man hätte es hübscher einrichten können.

Ga hier niet naar toe. Het is er ontzettend smerig. Vlekken in het beddengoed, haren in de douche, kruimels in het tapijt. Stopcontact viel van de muur. Gewoon zeer slecht onderhouden. Zwarte schimmel rond de wasbak. Ook het ontbijt was vies, droog brood. De tafels niet schoon overal kruimels. Ook de lobby van het hotel was vies, de vloer was al een tijd niet gepoetst ook hier overal haren. Ook op de stoelen in de lobby. Tevens was het er erg gehorig, op de kamer naast ons was een flinke ruzie gaande en wij konden alles volgen. Ook op de gang liep een geïrriteerde hotelgast in zijn onderbroek hardop te bellen. Het volk wat hier komt voelde ook niet prettig. We zijn na dag 1 snel vertrokken naar een ander hotel. Het personeel bood ons nog een andere kamer aan, maar de algehele staat van het hotel zei mij al genoeg: een smerige bende. Goedkoop is duurkoop. Dus spendeer iets meer en boek een fatsoenlijk hotel. Dit hotel is absoluut geen 4 sterren waardig!

Het is niet perse een minpunt maar de locatie, het ligt nogal afgelegen dus als je nog ergens naartoe wil in de avond dan ben je wel afhankelijk van taxi. In ons geval was dit helemaal geen probleem.

The staff were very helpful, welcoming, attentive, kind, and professional. They were always smiling and conducting themselves with such enthusiasm and nicety. I especially enjoyed the interaction with the receptionist, the bartenders at the pool bar, and Zul at breakfast. The hotel is also nice with clean spacious lobby that contains a pool table and the breakfast selection was really one of the best I had in Malaysia with lots of good food.

It was weird that they don’t have cotton buds in the room Additionally, they said they would be a singer and live music, but there wasn’t. They should’ve also planned for indoor entertainment when it rained because the pool and the pool bar were out of function for most of my stay. The shampoo and shower gel in the room are very poor small bottles, which are not enough and I felt like they should’ve turned down the room daily.

Eigenlijk niets!

Ik vond het wel jammer van de eerste toegewezen kamer dat was 364. Wij hadden 2 kamers van mijn zoon rook iets beter, maar die 364 oh ik kon echt niet tegen die lucht, had meteen de schoonmakers gevraagd om geur in te sprayen en mijn eigen parfum in gespoten maar nee hoor die lucht wat erin bleef, was niet te harden. Ik zei bij de receptie om mij een andere kamer te geven en uiteindelijk was het gelukt en die was iets beter, wel iets verder dan mijn zoon kamer. ze mogen best wat modern maken de kamer, zijn zo oud en ruikt echt muffin bahbah...maar ontbijt was top! super veel eten, groot ruim, loopafstand airport, ideaal. Personeel heel vriendelijk, soms lang wachten als je iets vraagt in mijn geval de kamer wisseling. Maar voor de rest top. Bij vertrek was ook heel lief dat ze boden ons met de shuttle af te zetten. Echt aanrader. Dank je wel personeel.

Très mauvais accueil. Suite à une erreur de réservation, j ai dû rajouter 4 petits déjeuners pour les 4 nuits qui m ont coûté 25% du montant total initial . Aucune négociation possible. J ai trouvé ça très injuste.
