Une belle piscine qui coupe le souffle ,mais vraiment dommage que la mer n'est pas praticable ! petit dejouner correcte , les chambres spacieuses j'en ai pris trois pour ma petite famille qui donnent toutes sur la piscine etc ,

Les alentours et les accès à la piscine en bitume très gênant et insécurité pour les enfants. Manque de verdure et végétation au alentours de la piscine. A revoir immédiatement pour qu'il soit plus attractif.

Super zwembad, goeie gym met de basis behoefte, ontbijt was goed wat je nodig hebt, super vriendelijke personeel, super villa met uitstekende uitzichttt en centraal gelegen.

الفندق قريب من المطار جداً ، ورغم ذلك تميز بالهدوء التام استقبال الفندق والعاملين كانوا بمنتهى الاحترافية المهنيه المكان : سكنت في سويت رائع جداً مع بلكونه مطلة على البحر والمسبح ، الغرفة فيها كل مايلزم وخدمات التنظيف رائعه والمطعم كان ممتازاً ورخيص والمسبح كبير وممتع بالجلوس حولة باختصار مكثت 5 ليالي . لم اتصل على الاستقبال سوى مرة واحده اشكر ادارة المنتجع والعاملين جميعاً

Úplne nefunkčná pláž, nepoužiteľné more- bahnité dno,skalená voda, špinavé okolie, špinavé toalety pri bazéne ,vyležané či roztrhané lehátka pri bazéne, opotrebovaný nábytok všade, izby síce veľké , ale so starým náterom stien ,pooškierané dvere, nábytok,steny, ... nutná rekonštrukcia!!!, vymaľovanie, výmena obkladov,dlažby, zariadenia...

For two nights there was a lot of late noise from a large film crew celebrating the end of their project. Had to ask security to request that the music was turned down.

There's nothing to like... it's almost a dead resort. No liveliness. It's in another direction from the center attraction point...

Old building, staffs are not cordial, the resorts look like haunted resort.

Очень большой, просторный номер, удобная кровать, близко к аэропорту (5 минут на машине), большой бассейн, симпатичный вид на море. Если планируете провести 1-2 ночи, то нормально. Мы ночевали всего 1 ночь, для нас отель был как перевалочный хаб. Цена-качество, думаю, скорее соответствует.

Скудный выбор еды на завтраке, но если завтракаете не плотно, то будет достаточно. Были не очень чисто помыты полы, местами лежали волосы других людей.

Günstiges Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Riesiger Pool. Saubere große Zimmer.

Das Hotel liegt zwar am Meer, hat aber nicht wirklich einen eigenen Strand da das Wasser dort sehr verschmutzt Ist. Und man dort nicht baden kann. Der sehr schöne Pool ist leider von einer schwarzen Asphaltdecke umgehen, die sich bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr stark aufheizt. Es sind nur sehr wenige Sonnenschirme und Liegen vorhanden. Die Liegen sind sehr alt und unbequem und es sind auch keine Auflagen vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist mehr für asiatische Gäste ausgelegt.

Though the Villa we booked having enough space for eight adult but it looked like a old one with lack of maintenance. Quite far from gate. A shallow creek is in front makes the dwelling little bit more pleasent. Breakfast is very good.

Maintenance is inadequate, the villa itself is an old one, kitchenette is inadequate if you think of cooking, for warming up foods it's OK, no daily housekeeping, every time you have to call for essential service /item as it's far from main block, we ordered food once & never asked again, location is near to the airport but 30 minutes drive away from city. Without renting a car it could be a pain. Overall to my idea booking of the villa is not a good deal, it's unnecessarily expensive/overrated, not value for money, we made a bad deal.

Although away from the town, we very much enjoyed the tranquility of this hotel. All The staff we friendly and helpful, even booked trips for us at reasonable prices. The swimming pool is just amazing and often we had it to ourselves. Please pass on our thanks to all the staff for making our last 10 days in Langkawi so memorable. Sorry to be say goodbye

Gone glorie in terms of maintenance, but the staff is friendly, the room was big and clean and the hotel is close to the airport which is convenient after a long trip

The breakfast staff, particularly the person preparing omelettes( female staff), showed a complete lack of professionalism. Guests waiting in the queue were ignored, and service appeared to be based on personal preference rather than order. A guest cut the line ahead of me and was served without hesitation. When I raised an objection, there was no apology—only a blank, indifferent response. Following this, a staff member of small stature( female staff) approached me and asked for my room number, as if I had committed some wrongdoing by voicing a concern. Notably, she did not ask any other guest for their room number. The same staff member continued to closely observe or follow me during breakfast for the next two days, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. Overall, the behavior of the staff was highly unprofessional and not at all reflective of the standards expected from a four-star property or the hospitality industry

Location is fine for me. Close to airport and central to major tourist attractions.

Only set back I found was the breakfast offering. Very limited low quality and poorly prepared food selections. Sorry to say but it is the worse breakfast I have experienced so far. Generally the whole hotel looks outdated and tired with bit of minor refurbishment and TLC the first impression can be improved.

Front desk staff were polite and the check-in process was straightforward, but that was the only positive aspect of the stay.

The villa area felt abandoned and unsafe, with overgrown paths, poor upkeep, wild dogs fighting near the balcony, and constant animal noise at night. The villa itself was unhygienic — strong foul smell, bathroom smelled like vomit, and the fridge had what looked like blood residue. There was open burning just metres from the villa, with smoke entering the room. The private beach area was neglected and poorly maintained. Breakfast quality was very poor and resulted in food poisoning. At ~RM700 per night, this villa was extremely overpriced and unacceptable.

Peace and quiet but close enough to major attractions by car. Olympic size swimming pool. Sunset. Very close to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and big room. Complimentary bottled water everyday. Very good restaurant on site. Very good buffet breakfast included. We had a very relaxing holiday. Wish we had planned to stay longer.

Quiet location

The hotel is very old and not properly managed. The curtains in our room were ripped, the wardrobe doors were broken the toilet was leeking. I let them know about it first day we arrived, but nothing was done to fix the problem. The hotel was advertised as 4 star but honestly it's worth 2 star category.

Fabulous pool, spacious rooms, lovely views across the pool to the sea. Omelette maker was really good!

Cannot swim in the sea here. The shared areas and pavement around the pool need some care and attention, it was rusty and repair works were an eyesore. There is very little attempt to make it nice. Coffee was dreadful.

The plugs weren't working, i had to charge everything at one plug by the kettle, there wasn't conditioner in the bathroom , very basic.

Dedicated swimming pool and beach. Easy access to the airport. The complimentary breakfast had a decent variety.

The reception staff who attended us wasn’t welcoming and was rude. The guests had to wait more than an hour and a half to check in.

We arrived late at night directly from the airport, we were taken to a room that smelled of mold, the pillows were so dirty, like I've never seen anywhere else, very old, broken, rusty furniture. The beds also smelled of mold and stale air. I refused the room because my husband has asthmatic bronchitis and we couldn't sleep there. We were taken to another building, the room had exactly the same problem: dirty brown pillows, musty smell throughout the room, the same old and rusty furniture. Because it was very late, we stayed that night, asked for other pillows and they were brought to us, but in the morning we checked out and asked for a refund for the remaining 6 nights and moved to another hotel. There was a night when wr could barely sleep because of the musty smell. We appreciated that the reception staff were kind and wanted to take us to see another room, but everything they showed us was just as old and moldy. The worst experience so far, in all the years I've been booking all our vacations through Booking. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemies. And I also had to pay a cancellation fee. But at least I was able to leave and book somewhere else, at another hotel.

The location is close to the airport, just a 5 min Grab away. You need to travel 15 min to go to Pantai Cenang beach , but we were ok with that. The rooms had a peculiar odour which never went away. That was a bit of a problem but apart from that the stay was comfortable, breakfast spread is good and staff are cordial.

Das Hotel ist sehr schmutzig, alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Genau hinschauen darf man hier nicht. Die Bettwäsche ist gelblich verfärbt, die Handtücher Schmutzig mit Rostflecken und sonst noch für Flecken. Es hat den anschein als ob hier nichts mehr gemacht und renoviert wird. Die Liegestühle sind am Pool schon kaputt. Sehr unbequem zu sitzen und liegen. Beim Pool ist ein Teerplatz und ein paar alte Stühle und Tische stehen auf dem Platz. Es ist alles sehr sehr alt. Man könnte daraus was machen, jedoch schaut es wirklich so aus als ob man es vergammeln lassen möchte. Es war für uns nahe am Flughafen gelegen und wir waren zwei Nächte dort.
