The hosts were very responsible, friendly and well organized. They contacted us in advance, and the check-in process was very smooth — we did not have to wait at all. The cash deposit process was also transparent, and we received exactly the same banknotes back at check-out. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed, including kitchenware, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board. Some furnishings show a little wear, but overall the apartment is in good condition. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.

There was a slight damp smell when entering the apartment, probably because of the humid climate. The smaller bedroom was quite noisy because of equipment located in the utility/storage room next to it. The noise is noticeable at night, so earplugs may be helpful.

Apartamento nuevo en planta 16 de rascacielos moderno. Ubicación espectacular, una de las habitaciones con vistas preciosas a las Torres Petronas. Limpieza impecable, con camas cómodas y dos baños limpios y amplios. La visita a la planta 51 de la piscina es obligada, tiene la piscina infinita más alta de Malasia y sus vistas a las Torres Petronas son dignas de incluir en cualquier guía turística. Pasamos una bonita tarde, y esperamos que se hiciera de noche para ver un espectáculo aún mayor. Indicar que las chicas se bañan en bikini como en cualquier lugar de España, no hace falta que te pongas ropa adicional (es un país musulmán y tienen normas que aquí son flexibles).

Ottima struttura con lavatrice e asciugatrice molto comode. Eravamo al 22esimo piano e la vista era spettacolare. In uno dei due bagni puoi fare la doccia vedendo le Petronas. Market comodo all’interno del palazzo aperto fino a tardi e piscina al 51esimo piano bella e suggestiva. We hadden een appartement op de hoek gelegen met werkelijk fantastisch zicht op de skyline. Erg ruim en comfortabele bedden, heel mooi infinity zwembad op het dak. Goed ontvangen door de host!

Rond zonsondergang nogal druk in het zwembad ivm de fotoshoots 😃 en wat geduld nodig bij de liften...

Eaton Residences spécialement moonway suites tout simplement la meilleure adresse où séjourner à Kuala Lumpur. Tout était parfait, du confort absolu des lieux aux équipements exceptionnels, sans oublier la vue à couper le souffle. Hotel très très gentil réactif aux messages j’ai absolument tout aimé de mon séjour et c'est sans l'ombre d'un doute l'endroit où je reviendrai lors de mon prochain passage dans la ville.

Ottima posizione a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalle petronas. Appartamento ok. Bellissima piscina sul top del palazzo anche se molto affollata. Negozio di alimentari aperto fino a tardi all’interno del palazzo.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Man ist zentral und kann KLCC Park und Pavilion mit etwa 1–1,5 km Fußweg gut erreichen. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Grab-Situation: Direkt am Gebäude gibt es einen separaten Abholbereich und praktisch zu jeder Tageszeit stehen Fahrer bereit. Egal ob zum Flughafen oder für eine kurze Fahrt in die Stadt – innerhalb weniger Minuten hat man ein Auto. Unser Apartment war gut und der Service von Moonway hat hervorragend funktioniert. Bei Fragen oder wenn wir etwas brauchten, genügte eine kurze WhatsApp. Toilettenpapier, Reinigung (on demand) oder andere Kleinigkeiten wurden schnell und unkompliziert erledigt. Auch das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Der große Infinity-Pool auf dem Dach bietet natürlich einen fantastischen Blick über Kuala Lumpur. Ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt: Direkt gegenüber liegt das Zus Café, wo man bereits früh morgens sehr guten Kaffee zu wirklich fairen Preisen bekommt. Wichtig ist aus unserer Sicht, die Unterkunft richtig einzuordnen: Das Eaton ist kein klassisches Hotel, sondern ein großer Wohnkomplex mit vielen individuell vermieteten Apartments. Wer das weiß und kein vier/Fünf-Sterne-Hotelerlebnis erwartet, bekommt hier eine wirklich gute, zentrale und komfortable Unterkunft

Durch die sehr vielen Apartments und Kurzzeitvermietungen herrscht im Gebäude zu praktisch jeder Tageszeit ein starkes Kommen und Gehen. Entsprechend international und bunt gemischt ist das Publikum. Das hat uns grundsätzlich nicht gestört, man sollte es aber wissen, wenn man die Ruhe und Atmosphäre eines klassischen Hotels erwartet. Auf Aufzüge wartest du zwischen 1 min und 5 min. Bei 50 Stockwerken eigentlich nachvollziehbar. Der spektakuläre Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr groß, aber leider auch oft sehr voll. Bei dieser hohen Nutzung hatten wir teilweise den Eindruck, dass die Wasserqualität bzw. Filterleistung an ihre Grenzen kommt. Die Organisation im Eingangsbereich kann auf den ersten Blick etwas hektisch wirken und die Security weist Gäste recht bestimmt an, wo sie warten oder einsteigen sollen. Wir fanden das letztlich aber nachvollziehbar: Bei der enormen Zahl an Grab-Fahrzeugen, die dort minütlich ankommen und abfahren, muss der Verkehr irgendwie organisiert werden

Personnel sympathique. Très jolie piscine avec une jolie vue. Un peu excentré mais facile d’accès en taxis.

Appartement assez abîmé (mur, canapé…) et relativement cher si l’on compare avec notre second hôtel à Kuala Lumpur. Attention prévoir cash car difficulté de paiement (si paiement sur place ou pas la caution) pour les européens car pas de paiement par carte mais le monsieur en charge de nous accueillir a accepté le virement car nous n’avions pas assez de cash sur nous pour payer.

We had a fantastic stay at Moonway Suites Eaton and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The apartments are excellent, very comfortable, and offer outstanding value for money. The real highlight, however, is the incredible infinity pool overlooking the Petronas Towers. The views are absolutely spectacular — honestly, we think it is one of the best viewpoints in Kuala Lumpur, and being able to enjoy it from the pool makes the experience even more special. We were so happy with our stay that we actually decided to come back and stay here again at the end of our trip through Malaysia. That probably says more than anything else! A special thank you also to Suhedul, who was extremely kind, helpful and efficient throughout both our stays. His excellent management and attention made everything very easy for us. A wonderful place to stay in Kuala Lumpur, with amazing views, excellent service and a very competitive price. We would definitely come back again.

Die einzigartige Lage, die wahnsinnig irre Aussicht auf die Twin Towers. Der Pool der absolute Wahnsinn. Sehr aufmerksames, geduldiges, freundliches Personal. Obwohl wir erst 04.00 Uhr unsere Ankunft hatten, wegen Flugausfall, konnten wir immer noch einchecken. Der Mitarbeiter hat extra auf uns gewartet. Wirklich nur zu loben.

Die Lobby ist leider nur für Eigentümer. Die Security werfen einen gnadenlos raus. Das ist sehr schade. Der Mitarbeiter der Suites entschuldigte sich jedoch mehrfach dafür!

La vue (larges baies vitrées), le calme, facilité du check-in et check out, présence d'un magasin en libre-service dans l'immeuble.

Manque d'équipements (vaisselle, prises électriques,...). Il est dommage que la plus belle vue (sur les tours Petronas) soit dans la master bedroom plutôt plutôt que dans le salon.

Le seul point positif est l’emplacement.

Nous avons eu des colocataires de type CAFARD, le personnel de l’immeuble est INFECTE et insupportable. On est traité comme des moins que rien. Seul le monsieur qui s’est occupé de la chambre était gentil jusqu’au moment où il a demandé un deposit en espèce et nous taxe si on paye en CB. La piscine est trouble et envahit par les touristes chinois qui sont tout aussi agréable que le personnel de l’immeuble. Très mal insonorisé. CE N’EST PAS UN HÔTEL.

Olía fatal el apartamento. Como a tubería. Estaba lleno de ambientadores pero no se podía ocultar. Bastante desagradable. Deberían tomar medidas al respecto ya que son conscientes del problema.

Spacious apartment, has all necessary facilities. Rooftop pool is large. Host very helpful.

An obvious drawback of living on a high floor - elevator can take a while. Getting breakfast in the morning can be tricky - not much around. Coffee shop across the road had coffee machine out of service (?!). But this is more of a general Kuala Lumpur criticism rather than apartment itself.

Keuken is netjes. Maar niet heel uitgebreid met keukenspullen (maar eten doe je in de stad). Het is een net appartement. Hoog zitten is natuurlijk leuk. Maar het is - omdat een heel groot complex is - ook wat onhandig met liften.

Superbe, et la piscine au top, la plus belle vue de Kuala!

Wij hadden een mooi en groot appartement met prachtig uitzicht op de 20e etage. Het gebouw had alle faciliteiten a mooi zwembad, tuin, gym, etc. zelfs een kleine winkel. Receptie 24x7 open, vriendelijke mensen. De locatie was perfect, vlakbij de petronas torens en shopping malls. Alles is prima lopend te bereiken.

Eerste indruk is geweldig, maar als je er een tijdje verblijft zie je toch wat beperkingen. Water bad is lauw, toch wat ongedierte gezien. Maar voor Maleisische begrippen prima. Ook kan de verhuurder hier prima helpen, zij staan altijd in contact via whatsapp, om te helpen.

Always a long wait time for the lifts and very hot in the lifts. We did not enjoy the pool area. So busy, full of people taking pictures constantly so could not relax ever. Not enough places to sit beside the pool.

La piscine et la terrasse pour un face à face sur les petronas. L’appartement spacieux avec vue sur la ville. L’emplacement à quelques minutes à pied du parc KLCC et des tours et d’une station de métro. Il y a un petit Shop pour faire les courses de base.

Le bloc de cuisine n’était pas propre. Il y avait encore du gras partout, même sur la porte des buffets. Le côté impersonnel d’un immense building.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir gebraucht haben. Alle von uns vorgebrachten Wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt.

Wir haben vorher mehrere Male nach einem frühen Check in gefragt, wurden aber immer wieder auf die unklare Verfügbarkeit verwiesen. Da unser Flug morgens schon um 8Uhr in KL und wir um 10Uhr vor Ort waren, mussten wir - müde vom Nachtflug - vier Stunden warten, bis wir unser Apartment bekommen konnten.

Przestronne pokoje, blisko ocean, świetna wanna z hydromasażem na balkonie. Dobre śniadanie.

Al llegar el móvil lo tenía sin batería, si no tienes los datos no te dejan las llaves aunque tengas pasaporte y booking hecho. La recepcionista poco empatica, sin ayuda para cargar mi móvil o buscar una solución. Al final, en la garita de seguridad fueron los que me ayudaron... Ya en el piso, poco menaje de cocina, lo súper básico únicamente. Solo 4 toallas ni siquiera una de manos o de cara. Tuvimos que escribir para que nos la cambiaran, ya que dos estaban rotas...Almohadas enormes y poco cómodas. Los ascensores tardan, mucha gente, poco respeto por bajar de la piscina seco y los ascensores con agua y gente mojada. Desagradable.

Shohedul

Shohedul fue muy amable en nuestra estancia, gran comunicación con él y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. La piscina es espectacular, si vienes a Kuala es imprescindible que te alojes aquí!

Cet établissement est une véritable loterie. C'est totalement mensonger : il y a un fossé énorme entre les photos du site et la réalité. Un logement vétuste et insalubre : L'appartement est extrêmement vétuste et ne correspond pas du tout aux photos. C'est très bruyant, le sol est abîmé, le lit double est minuscule pour deux, les serviettes sont usées et une mauvaise odeur persiste. Pour couronner le tout, l'eau chaude fonctionne quand elle veut. Pratiques malhonnêtes (Shohedul) : Le gérant, Shohedul, nous a extorqué une prétendue "taxe" imaginaire, faisant passer le prix de 145 à 185. Il a inventé de toutes pièces une taxe applicable uniquement chez lui, sous prétexte qu'on payait avec une "carte étrangère". C'est du vol pur et simple. Mauvaise foi absolue : Face à nos remarques, Shohedul a attendu le moment exact où je partais pour enfin me proposer de changer de chambre. C'est d'une hypocrisie totale, il n'a rien voulu faire tant que nous étions sur place. Je voyage régulièrement en Malaisie et je n'ai jamais vu ça ailleurs. Les photos sont mensongères, méfiez-vous de cet établissement et de Shohedul, ce sont des voleurs.

Wir hätten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Moonway Suites. Die Lage war super, viele Cafés sind zu Fuß erreichbar, sonst wartet man nicht länger als 3 Minuten auf einen Taxi. Das Apartment lag im 22. Stock was einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf Petronas bereithielt. Das Schwimmbad ist absoluter Hammer! Es gibt auch eine kleine Sauna. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es sind überall unseren Wünschen entgegengekommen.

Es gab leider ab und zu Aufzugprobleme, die aber innerhalb von einer Stunde gelöst wurden. Es gibt auch ein paar Käfer, kann aber sein dass sie von Nachbarn kommen.

La chambre rien avoir avec les photos, on a eu un lit une place et demi… Il nous fait attendre plus de 30 min au début pour venir récupérer les valises, j’ai dû lui envoyer un message pour lui dire que ma femme est enceinte et on peut pas attendre dans la chaleur. Quand il arrive il nous dit le check in a 15:00 donc de 10:40 a 15:00 il faut attendre… , (en plus il marche doucement le gars pas pressé du tout) Le nettoyage pas fait comme il le disait 1 jours /2 on est obligé de réclamer le papier toilette, les serviettes et la lessive. Et a la fin le moment de repasser ses vêtements, on trouve le fer a repassé cramer… Photo a l’appui… éviter de réserver avec lui.

Good view and large room.

Even if smoking is not allowed in the rooms, there were people smoking in their rooms and the smell came to our room. I told this to the authority but there was no solution. There were ants in the room even if we stayed at 46th floor. The washing machine is not working well its barrel is not turning so that we had to wash our clothes with hand.

Great location- short and direct walk to KLCC park Spacious apartment with beautiful view of Petronas Towers. Had pretty much everything you could need (would have been even better with tea towel, cloth and hand towels had we been there more than one night). Pool was beautiful, such a great view! Great to have a convenience store on site. Lots of parking. Staff were easily contactable and very responsive.

Die Aussicht auf die Twin Tower war eindrücklich. Ein grosses schön eingerichtetes Appartement mit grossen Fenstern. Der Empfang freundlich. Die Erklärungen klar. Das highlight für mich war ein Schwimmbad im 51 Stock mit Sicht auf die Twin Towers.

Der Angestellte hat ultimativ die 10 als Bewertung gefordert. Er schrieb x WhatsApp vor der Ankunft. Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer war schmudlig. Das Warmwasser eher spärlich.
