Arnaque, une fois arrivé à la réception, le gérant m'annonce que la chambre que j'ai réservée n'est plus disponible, il me propose ensuite de me reloger pour le même prix dans un autre hôtel sans piscine, moins bien placé et avec une chambre beaucoup plus petite. Si cela ne vous convient pas, vous n'avez plus qu'à trouver un autre hôtel, au dernier moment et avec tous les bagages.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien en el apartamento alquilado. Así que la 1a noche nos cambiaron a uno más pequeño, durmiendo una de nosotras en un plegatín super duro. La segunda noche cuando volvimos a nuestro apartamento, 2 de los 3 aires no funcionaban correctamente.

Piscina saturada. Apartamento me lo entregaron sucio. Me cobraron 3% de comisión por pagar con tarjeta cuando está prohibido realizar este tipo de comisiones. Me cobraron por un servicio de limpieza, el 10% del importe por una limpieza nefasta. Tuve que llamar para que vinieran a limpiarlo de nuevo. La chica que te entrega las llaves es muy desagradable y prepotente cuando le confronté la cantidad de cargos ocultos, casi 40€ de más. No se enteraron de los días de tenían reservado y entraron el día antes para echarme, hasta que les pude demostrar que había pagado por 3 noches en vez de dos.

La propreté de l'appartement reste à désirer. A notre arrivée rien n'était nettoyé, nous avons attendu dans l'appartement pour qu'il soit nettoyé. La personne en charge du nettoyage n'est pas qualifié, il ne savait pas faire correctement les choses. Serviettes salle draps salle, fauteuil déchiré papier peint qui se décolle, trou dans les murs. On nous a accusé d'avoir cassé le frigo alors que nous l'avons à peine ouvert. Tout est faux sur l'annonce mise à part l'emplacement.
