Es ist ein schönes modernes Hotel. Alles ist sauber, das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstücksangebot ist riesig! Mit Abstand das grösste und abwechslungsreichste auf unserer Singapur/Malaysia Reise.

Das Hotel ist schön aber für malayische Verhältnisse auch recht teuer. Ich hatte ein 3-Bettzimmer gebucht und hatte mir darunter bei dem Preis auch ein richtiges Dreibettzimmer vorgestellt. Es war aber ein Doppelzimmer mit einem Zustellbett.

I had a nice room overlooking the sea. Everything was very clean and good facilities. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Close to the train station and ferry terminal.

We like the seaview even though it was a hazy day, the rooms are clean and aesthetically pleasing, the staff was friendly and helpful and the food is good and tasty. Breakfast has a good variety. Parking is ample and there are EV chargers.

The place is quiet and not busy. They have 7eleven and zus infront of the hotel.

The shower and bath gel smell very nice

Unfriendly receptionist with fake smile are not welcomed especially after you have travel whole day on the road. Becareful for the pax updated upon booking. They follow strictly on the pax updated and even need to pay breakfast for kids below 12 if you are not updating the correct number of guest.

I book under large double bed. And was given 2 single bed. The manager even ask me to cancel if I don’t like single bed. Very disappointed. Book large double bed given me single bed

The Room come with drain smell..this international hotel should not have this kind of problem..

The staffs were so helpful, breakfast was good with lots of selection and spacious room with beautiful seaview. Could be perfect place to relax on the weekend.

Amazing staff with pack with best atitude. The toilet are clean, the bed is comfortable. As for the parking, it is totally spacious and perfect for my hilux. Looking forward for my next stay and i will try out their dinner and breakfast.

New hotel, rooftop pool has great view of Penang Island, good buffet breakfast spread and we managed to get our 3 rooms for all family members on the same floor despite peak period with a room that we don’t mind waiting until evening to get the keys for convenience over 3 nights stay. Thanks

Access to hotel car park has to go through a long continuous spiral ramp which might not be comfortable to some people. Nothing much to see and eat within walking distance except 7-11 and Zus at ground floor but restaurants and food court are just a short drive away. Minor design flaws like water ponding at the washroom basin and toilet glass door got stuck on the floor halfway during opening.

worst staff. Durga treated me very bad and doesn't know anything about her job. She is relative of boss that's why she is working I was denied my prebooked preference about room choice by durga and she gave me unclean room and no water and basic facilities Even basic facilities like soap, vanity kit despite making 8 calls weren't provided Breakfast food was stale

They did not provide me an invoice/receipt upon checking out. I paid at the property.

Good location close to train and ferry station

It said it offered a free transfer to the ferry but when we asked we were told there was non available all day!

Love the interior of the room. No bed picture because our stuffs are on it before pictures taken😅. I requested for a complementary birthday surprise for my husband's birthday and we got a delicious cake upon arrival♥️

It looks like the hotel is quite new. I was clean, the room and bathroom were very modern. They had a clothes steamer in the wardrobe. The room service was amazing - great food. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was excellent.Enjoyed it. House keeping was superb in keeping our rooms clean.

Besonders aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal :-). Die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel entsprach meinen Erwartungen vollkommen. Der Zimmerservice und die Ausstattung waren sehr angenehm und leicht zu nutzen. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war für mich für die Buchung ausschlaggebend, leider war ich nur eine Übernachtung da als Überbrückung für den Zugtransfer.

What a deeply strange and beautiful experience. This hotel seemed like it existed in a different world. It was a huge hotel with nothing around it, but the amenities were wonderful, staff great, and absolutely nothing around but empty lots. We needed a place to stay before an early morning train to KL so it served its purpose well - but was oddly eery.

food service didn't have a lot of what we tried to order

Trying to be too smart with eco facilities like lighting and air con which was not cool enough. Only 5 sun loungers, some of which were badly stained around a rather small pool.

Liked everything but the location a fantastic hotel built in the wrong place

The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were polite and very helpful, including the security guard, front office team, housekeeping, and room service delivery. Well done, everyone!

There was no convenience store within walking distance. Room dining also had a limited menu and restricted operating hours. However, the hotel is just a 5-minute drive from the famous Nasi Kandar Pokok Ketapang, which is absolutely delicious. I went there with my wife and children on the first night of our two-night stay.

Buffet breakfast was ok with reasonable selections.

Despite repeated request, my room is not clean and bed not made.

La posizione in un’area industriale con svincoli poco chiari, non ci sono cartelli stradali per indicare l’hotel. Siamo stati due notti nella stessa stanza, prenotate separatamente, e la stanza non è stata rifatta.
