Las habitaciones y el baño no son tan modernos como aparecen en las fotos.

De los mejores hoteles en los que he estado, el trato es genial, cuidan todo al detalle, limpio y el personal muy agradable

Tout est parfait, l’emplacement, le confort de la literie, la propreté, le petit-déjeuner etc Que c’est agréable de revenir après le petit-déjeuner et trouver sa chambre nettoyé sans même devoir à courir à demander des serviettes etc Petite salle de sport mais juste ce qu’il faut pour faire sa routine. Une salle d’activités pour les enfants, salle de prière, piscine, parking, location de voiture et scooter! Vraiment aucun regret. Il y’a des restaurants juste à côté qui ne sont pas du tout cher et très bon pour y manger. Le magasin de souvenirs juste en face qui a les magnets les moins chers de la Malaisie.

J’ai peur que ce soit pris d’assaut et que je n’arrive plus à trouver de place pour mon prochain jour.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé les jeux mis à disposition avec le personnel présent pour nous expliquer comment jouer. Le personne est vraiment adorable, le petit déjeuner est bien fournis, les bouteilles d’eau sont renouvelées quotidiennement

Prettige locatie dicht bij het strand en de winkel/restaurant straat. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, lekker zwembad met veel zit mogelijkheden. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid.

Ons verblijf was echt heel erg fijn, wel jammer dat niet allr welkomstdrankjes na die tijd ook gewoon te bestellen zijn. De variant met sinaasappel en kaneel was heerlijk en had hem graag vaker genomen.

Шумоизоляция, я слышала храп с соседнего номера. До пляжа нужно пройтись пешком, рядом заброшенная гостиница, стройки, поэтому ездила на такси (5 минут до пляжа)

The fantastic experience started when we arrived at the Bayou hotel. We got welcomed by the staff that was super nice and helpful during our whole stay. The rooms were cleaned every day, the bathroom was nice and spacious and very clean. We got fresh water bottles daily. Definitely would recommend staying at Bayou when visiting Langkawi!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their hospitality really made our stay special. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and the swimming pool was one of the highlights of our stay, with a beautiful view of the greenery surrounding the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of choices, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing while still being close to Pantai Cenang and everything we needed. A special thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. The service, cleanliness, facilities, and value for money were all outstanding. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay at The Bayou Hotel again when we return to Langkawi. 10/10!

Dans un premier temps l’hôtel est magnifique, la piscine est super, il est bien placé. assez proche du centre mais assez loin pour pas qu’il y ait du bruit. The exceptional staff in particular Tuan Firdaus and Mokntar made my stay comfortable, welcoming and enjoyable. I was using a walking stick due to a fall and they were all so very supportive. The room and facilities were excellent, the pool relaxing and cool and breakfast scrumptious.

Globalement, c’était top

Locatie was prima, net buiten de boulevard. Op 5 min lopen bereikte je het strand en de boulevard. Faciliteiten zoals zwembad, lobby, restaurant en water waren uitstekend. Veel spelvoorzieningen voor de gasten zoals darten, poolen en vele knutsel- en gezelschapspellen. Er kan gevoetbald worden op het grasveld erachter ook al zijn er geen doelen, het is ruim genoeg. Zwembadwater was erg schoon evenals de ligbedden en handdoeken. Kamer werd iedere dag opgeruimd en voorzien van schone handdoeken en flesjes water. Ruime parkeerplaats en centraal gelegen om vanuit hier het eiland te verkennen. Personeel deed zijn uiterste best en waren ontzettend vriendelijk en wisten precies wie we waren. Wat een ontzettend lieve mensen. Wij verbleven hier een ruime week en wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Absolutely incredible stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful right from the start, welcoming us with a drink and some snacks. The pool area was beautiful and very clean, and the rooms were comfortable with modern TVs. What really made this hotel special were the themed nights (music, cocktails, etc.) and the board games you could borrow for free. The breakfast was luxurious with a huge selection of both traditional Malaysian and international dishes, plus plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Location is also great - just a 10-minute walk to the beach, grocery store, and a laundromat. Highly recommended!

Struttura a due passi dalle due spiagge principali di Langkawi, ma fuori dalla confusione del centro. Hotel curato nei particolari, servito di tutti i comfort, camere spaziose e sempre pulite. Zona piscina grande, servita e pulita. Grandi plus: ottima colazione con varia scelta (occidentale e orientale), servizio di Booking interno di esperienze e motorini, bar e ristorante eccellenti. Ogni sera è presente un’attività (cinema, musica, giochi, etc). Snack di benvenuto in camera e acqua (bottigliette) ogni giorno.

We’ve yet to have bad service in Malaysia and Bayou was no exception. Just as good as more expensive hotels we stayed in nearby just with fewer frills. Always greeted with a friendly smile. Loved the room layout and the cleaners are doing a great job.

Het ontbijt was super lekker! Uitgebreid, rekening gehouden met elke cultuur. Het hotel organiseerde van alles, dus elke dag kon je meedoen aan verschillende activiteiten. Op loopafstand zitten genoeg leuke restaurants/plekken.

The staff is wonderful and so attentive. Rooms are clean and the pool is great and well-maintained. We had a lovely stay at this great hotel. We also rented a scooter via the hotel, which was very easy and affordable. During the day and evening you can sit in the lobby living room and have a drink, play a game. It’s very cozy.

Had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my entire stay, and the room was excellent,clean, comfortable, and great value. What really stood out was the service after I left: I accidentally forgot my iPad in the room, and the team went above and beyond to help me sort out shipping it back to Germany. They’ve stayed in close contact with me the whole time, patiently helping with pickup arrangements and following up with the courier service to make sure everything goes smoothly. That level of care and support after checkout really says a lot about how much they value their guests. Highly recommend this hotel. Great rooms, wonderful staff, and service that goes beyond expectations. Thank you so much for everything!

Nous avons tellement adoré notre séjour au Bayou hotel le personnel très gentil très accueillant toujours là pour nous aider on se sentait en sécurité comme à la maison spéciale dédicace à Mokhtar qui nous a fait un magnifique accueil merci

Nous avions réservé un studio familial, mais malheureusement notre première impression a été une grande déception. Le studio était situé dans l'angle d'une aile de l'hôtel, avec deux toutes petites fenêtres d'environ 30 cm de largeur donnant sur l'arrière de la maison du voisin. La pièce était également équipée d'un plafond assez bas, ce qui donnait une sensation d'espace très limitée. Ma femme souffrant de claustrophobie n'a malheureusement pas réussi à rester dans cette chambre. Heureusement, le monsieur de l'accueil a été vraiment compréhensif, à l'écoute et a trouvé une solution pour nous dès le lendemain. Nous avons ainsi pu bénéficier d'une chambre "classique", certes différente du studio en termes de prestations, mais beaucoup plus adaptée à notre situation. Nous avons trouvé dommage que le niveau de service ne soit pas le même selon la catégorie de chambre, alors que nous avions réservé et payé spécifiquement pour bénéficier des services liés au studio. Il serait important que la description de ce type de chambre soit plus précise lors de la réservation, car les photos peuvent laisser penser à une chambre lumineuse avec une grande fenêtre, ce qui ne correspond pas à la réalité du studio que nous avons occupé. Pour le reste, l'hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement à Cenang, qui est sans doute le quartier le plus animé et populaire de l'île. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, la piscine est très agréable et la possibilité de louer une voiture directement auprès de l'hôtel est un vrai plus pour découvrir Langkawi. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la présence d'une laverie à seulement 100 mètres, un service très pratique après deux semaines de voyage. Malgré la déception concernant le studio familial, nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse du personnel et la bonne localisation de l'hôtel, qui restent de véritables points forts.

The property is fresh, the lobby/restaurant area is new and really well set up. The pool area is great. The live music on Tuesday night was really atmospheric. The staff is precious, well trained and very kind.

The bathroom in the rooms was a bit basic, and the shower didn’t have a door - hence always making the bathroom floor wet. The pool was a bit shallow, and usually kids were jumping in and out constantly, making it a bit difficult to really enjoy peace.

La salle de fitness manque de matériel, il y avait uniquement deux tapis de course et un vélo, mais après dur de pousser les murs.

Ambiance détendue, personnel adorable et très attentif. La vue sur le jardin est très apaisante. Tout est très propre et très bien entretenu. La nourriture était très bonne également. Emplacement idéal pour des visites (toujours rapide en grab). Notre séjour a été un moment vraiment magique pour nous. Très adapté pour une maman avec 2 grands fistons, il ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine et les jeux mis à disposition. Écouter les bruits de la nature le soir était fabuleux! On recommande totalement cet hôtel et on remercie le personnel pour sa gentillesse 🙏

Une seule petite suggestion : l’espace fumeur est bien décoré avec les fleurs mais j’aurais apprécié un endroit plus calme pas à côté du «moteur » 😂 mais rien de grave

Понравилось абсолютно всё! Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, каждый день с большим выбором блюд. Приятным сюрпризом стали комплименты от отеля в виде снеков и напитков. Персонал очень приветливый, доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. Номер был чистым, уборка проводилась ежедневно, а постельное белье меняли каждый день, что особенно приятно. Отличное сочетание сервиса, комфорта и гостеприимства. С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова и с уверенностью рекомендую этот отель!

Le petit déjeuner est super. Il y a beaucoup de jeux (en bois, baby-foot ou de société) pour se divertir. Le personnel est assez attentionné pour que le séjour se passe bien. La piscine est vraiment très bien.

Je suis assez déçue par les chambres qui sont assez petites. Je trouve que c’est quand même un peu cher.

Although it is an older building, it had been tastefully renovated. The rooms were well thought out and functional. Good bar / dining area, and the pool entertainment area was well set up for families.

The empty back lot could be screened off with some plantings which would help the overall outlook.
