Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sauber, in die Stadt, Strand waren es nur 10 Minuten Fußweg. Der Pool beim Hotel war sehr gepflegt. Würden gerne jederzeit wieder kommen.

Friendly employee, clean and good value for money. They deliver what they show in the pictures. Swimming pool was clean and relaxing.

le point négatif serait l’insonorisation on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs si les personnes rentrent tard et font du bruit on entend tout mais ça reste minime

Very good hotel. Very nice people nice staff very kind. When they notoced a broken shower head. They reppared emmidiately. Everything is perfect. Nice swimming pool.

I liked eveything best hotel. With masjid and nice muslim geusts.

The staff were very helpful, lots of breakfast options. Rooms were cleaned regularly and water was provided. Pantai Cenang is a beautiful beach and can be walked to.

Pas de fenêtre dans les chambres familial on se sent un peu refermé . La chambre pour deux insalubre j ai dû payer pour avoir une autre chambre

La piscine est top, l’accueil du personnel est exceptionnel, des personnes très gentilles et à l’écoute, nous avons été au petit soin, merci à eux, et si je reviens à Langkawi ce sera dans cet établissement sans hésiter

Les coussins sont beaucoup trop haut c’est dommage, car il y a 2 coussins par personnes, il aurait fallu un coussin haut et un coussin bas, cela aurait été l’idéal

The staff were all so kind and friendly and so lovely they really made our stay so good. Particularly the people who work on reception. They brightened our day and so happy to help. Very good location for the hotel itself. Enjoyed breakfast.

The location is so calm but not so far from downtown, the pool is big and good, the stuff so smiley and helpful (specially nabil at reception), the breakfat was good, we love our 5 days stays there

My room had electricity problem, there were electrical issue since morning 4am, our sleep were disturbed and they did not fix the issue until we check out at 11am

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à The Villa Langkawi. Tout a été parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : toute l’équipe est incroyablement gentille, souriante, serviable et toujours prête à aider. Leur accueil chaleureux a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La piscine est très belle, propre et idéale pour se détendre après une journée de visites. L’emplacement est également un vrai point fort : l’hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme, tout en étant très pratique pour accéder rapidement aux restaurants, commerces et principales attractions de Langkawi. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience

L'hôtel était magnifique très agréable et confortable , hôtel pour famille. L'équipe THE VILLA LANGKAWI était gentil et a l'écoute. Piscine agréable , distance plage pas loin 20 mn de marche, un restaurant au chemin specialité poisson. Une seule remarque a faire mais pas grave , c'est que la nuit y'avait toujours un bruit dans la chambre on savais pas c'était quoi comme animal qui se cachet deriére la séparation en bois il vivait avec nous les cinq jours. Dans l'ensemble l'hotel est a visiter

parking are limited if peak season. but dont worry you can park opposite the hotel ,near restaurant western.just ask the staff where to park if you are confused .so no worries about parking

Pulizia terribile (pavimento sporco, acqua che gocciolava dal condizionatore, doccia sporca, blatte nella doccia, rubinetto del lavandino rotto, muri sporchi, zanzare ovunque). La colazione era pessima. Reception 24h / 24h ma lo staff non è presente al banco, devi chiamarli se ti serve qualcosa.

It was very clean, staff were very friendly and wete always willing to help. Cleaned rooms daily and the bottled water each day was an added bonus. Fridge in room was very handy. Rooms were very spacious. We enjoyed our stay!

It was a bit of a walk to the centre but totally doable. Although restaurants nearby looked steady although we did not have time to try them. Light from hallway did come into room but get why the lights in corridors needed to be on!

Hygiëne is ver te zoeken. Toilet was niet schoongemaakt bij aankomst er zaten echt nog druppels urine op de wc bril en heb het zelf nog met een dettol doekje moeten verwijderen de wc was zo vies dat mijn doekje bleef hangen er wordt zeer slecht schoon gemaakt.

Hôtel propre idéal pour les familles car la piscine est grande et bien placé selon la chambre réservée. Merci au personnel pour ce beau séjour dans cette si belle ville Langkawi 😍

Good location close to the beach (15 minute walk). Nice pool.

It’s located right next to a mosque, and the 6AM call to prayer is very loud—especially in rooms on the left side of reception (105)—making it difficult to sleep. This should be communicated to guests in advance. The general soundproofing of the rooms is the worst I’ve ever been in. You can clearly hear children screaming five rooms away, every noise in the hotel echoes around the corridor and into the rooms. From 7AM, breakfast smells also drift into the rooms (not a good smell) and there was a noticeable mould smell in the bathroom. We requested a room change, but the same issues persisted. There was also a two-hour water outage with no prior notice, leaving us without running water or toilet use. Additionally, there were biting flies in the room, and the window faced the corridor rather than outside, requiring blinds to stay closed all the time for privacy. Corridor lights remain on overnight, making the room quite bright for sleeping. We were asked to pay extra for the room change, but flat out refused. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I understand the tradition but the 6am prayer music was not expected. I feel this should be told and travellers warned of this before arrival to this accomodation

L’espace des chambres avec l’accès direct à la piscine. Une piscine quasi que pour nous. Le petit déjeuner était bon, choix entre salé et un peu de sucré. Mais largement suffisant pour nous. Le personnel était gentil.

The staff was very good. Baby friendly hotel. The pool was good and I recommend it.

The bathroom floor tiles were extremely slippery and created a genuine safety hazard both when dry and when wet. I slipped and only avoided falling by grabbing the shower fixture to break my fall. This could easily have resulted in a serious injury. I reported this to reception and asked for the incident to be recorded in the accident register. On two separate days, different reception staff did not understand what an incident register was. No record was made. The manager was unavailable. No staff member present was willing or authorised to make a decision. The issue only received attention after we indicated we might vacate early. As a temporary safety measure, we had to place towels on the bathroom floor ourselves to reduce the risk. This was very disappointing. Safety concerns should receive immediate attention. Staff should understand basic incident reporting procedures. A duty manager should always be available to make decisions. I hope the property reviews its safety procedures before a guest suffers a serious injury.

La habitación no tenía ventana al exterior, daba al pasillo , daba la sensación un poco de cueva. Faltaba limpieza profunda en las habitaciones y baño
