Seda Manila Bay near Ayala Malls

Yes

Excellent staff

Very nice staff.

Frank from the ground floor resturant is a meticulous guy. He remember my drinks requirement from the previous day . Bravo 👏 Frank

Great place it is connected to a very big mall that has everything you need for your convenience.

Great place. It is connected to a very big mall for your convenience and a short ride to terminal 3.

Overnight stay only but was pleasant and comfortable

Excellent staff. I highly recommend this hotel. It is very convenient to the mall and walkable, even in inclement weather.

Proximity to Airport was convenient.

Convenient.

The employees are very accommodating!

Let me just start by saying this is a very nice hotel. However, having stayed there a week after staying at another hotel in Manila, I have to say you are just paying for the location. Room service options is limited, restaurant food is limited, wifi is average, they only have a local tv network, despite having samsung smart tv, with Netflix & Prime options you can see, but hotel dont offer connection to. If you dont press the button to clean room before you leave, you will come back to how you left the room. Despite that. Staff were very friendly and helpful and it is a nice hotel. Mini golf & small games room is a nice touch also. But as I said, it’s overpriced for what they offer and you are literally just paying for the location. Could be much better.

accessible location

Breakfast is delicious! Staff is very helpful and accomodating.

great location. nice and classy.

No Dining or Food service just a room with basic tea and coffee

Get a Mango Shake!

Would not stay there again.

Arrived early but the hotel managed to give a room early and on the high floor. Unfortunately the period as start of school holidays and kids and adults alike shouting across the room hallway. Very conveniently located adjacent to Ayala Mall so can pop over for meals or groceries.

Close to airport and connected to the mall which is a plus. However, although it’s a nice hotel we noticed the bathroom smells and the water coming from the faucet has this distinct sewer smell.

Nice place to stay. Close to the airport and connected to the mall.

I will stay again at this Hotel in the near future.

We spent only one night, and everything was excellent, room, service, breakfast.

Excellent

Great hotel . Very clean

The hotel had a walkway access to Ayala Mall which is convenient for a traveller like us wherein we can access everything. From dining to shopping to everything. The staff were also amazing and the place was clean and easily accessible by both private and public transport. Highly recommended.

very convenient and walkable to the mall and lots of dining place. The breakfast buffet is very nice and rooms are excellent. I love to come back

I was able to check in early and the staff are so accommodating and friendly. Fifth floor was perfect for me. The connecting walkway to the mall was awesome.

Staff needs training on how to approach security and guests. When we arrived it seemed like no one wanted to help us. Valet is only available during the day.

Best location and great accomodation.

Great location. Plenty of parking.

Workers are very nice respectful and knowledgeable

Staff are awesome, and place is super clean

Great hotel we back soon

This was a quick trip and first visit for hubby to the Philippines. Seda Manila Bay services and staff were all exceptional, always friendly and accommodating. Staff was very responsive to my husband's medical needs and ensured he was immediately treated by professionals. The location was perfect, close to airport with transport service for a nominal fee. Although it was a short trip, we look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you Seda Manila Bay!

The property was right next to Ayala Mall which was easy to walk to. Staff was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns during my stay. Shuttle option (with fee) was helpful too as we had a lot luggage to haul. Certain areas of the property could use a cleaning, but wasn't overall concerning

Beautiful property, very nice staff and good breakfast. I wish we had stayed more than one night.

awesome

Staff were exceptional. Aye, the restaurant supervisor was exemplary.

Me, my family and specially my nephews love this place

Clean, professional, great location.

The breakfast requires a lot of improvement!! Was disappointed with the breakfast

Seda is well situated and has great amenities. Staff are friendly. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for the end of our family trip to the Philippines. Despite the long line we experienced when checking in during Valentine’s Day weekend, everything else was good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food to choose from, my favorite was the fresh taho. The hotel has direct access to Ayala Mall on the 4th floor which made it very convenient to buy last minute gifts and many restaurants to choose from if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Booked transportation service from the hotel to the airport and the drive took about 15 minutes without traffic which was a plus for me and the family!

A great place to stay by the airport, MOA, and other attractions. Cozy, clean, comfortable. Beautiful view of Manila Bay. All staff were courteous and professional. Breakfast buffet was top notch, with Filipino favorites and all the staples. No complaints, just highly recommended!

It is clean. I like the idea that it is connected to a mall.

A great place

Good location easy access to mall and staff are nice and pleasant

An excellent hotel to stay esp it being near the airport which allows less stress to be driven to the airport when leaving the country

A

Courteous, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet included.

Good place to stay.

The hotel is just Perfect for what we needed! Location is very convenient! It’s very clean , staff were very friendly and the most unforgettable experience was the breakfast included ! We were expecting a continental breakfast only but were surprised With the huge spread of good food! Thank you! We’re booking our next stay before we go back to US!

The staff is wonderful, the room is clean, and a good variety of breakfast choices.

Seda hotel is in a good location, adjoining the Ayala Mall. Seda has a variety of foods for breakfast like American food, Filipino dishes, Italian too. The room is nice, convenient although the bathroom is somewhat smaller. The rooms are safe and has a safety deposit box. Overall, we had a memorable, relaxing stay at the Seda. We will be back!

.

The property had no 'SMART TV" I enjoy streaming at night and I had a plan to watch a movie. No netflix prime or even youtube was available. for a 4* hotel I thought that was expected. Based on that I personally would not stay there again.

Hotel is connected to Ayala malls which was why I chose this hotel. Lovely and friendly staff. There was a queue in front of us when checking in and noticed that the process was quite slow, had to wait more than 30mins before getting seen. There was also a queue during breakfast and there were loads of other guests which meant food trays can be empty quite quickly but refilling them is not quick at all.

One night only and stayed about twice before. Very nice place to stay

It's a nice hotel with mall access. They have lots of amenities kids would enjoy. An eco-friendly hotel that does not use plastic for their toiletries and bottled water.

Stay Was Great No issues and front desk help out getting us an iron for ironing clothes and wrinkles out

Great stay; although we're were the for official business at the Embassy, our stay, the hotel and room amenities were fantastic. The staff were friendly and professional which mafe checking in and out all the more pleasant.

The walls are VERY thin and this is a very kid-friendly hotel. That being said, we were awoken by many children that were staying in the rooms sharing walls with us- even across the hall. It wouldn’t stop. Sounded like they were just a few feet away from us instead of being in the next room over. We stayed here for 8 nights and only got sleep one of those nights. Other than that, it was very convenient being located inside Ayala Manila Bay Mall. Much to shop and to eat! Service was also quick with room service, laundry, and housekeeping.

This is a great property to be at. Staff is great and the food. Everything was so good I extended my stay a week. Definitely will book here when I return to the Philippines

Great clean place. Good food.Highly recommend

Exceptional and highly recommended to anyone. The front desk and all the staff are very helpful and very friendly.

Very nice hotel

Nice and clean hotel

The bathrooms are very dirty.

Very nice hotel ... fun to be so near to the mall and airport

Just a quick stop which suited well. Close to airports and a very nice hotel and breakfast to start our trip. We will certainly stay agai.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The checked in and checked out was excellent. The room is nice, clean and good size. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast was very good, all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

THIS HOTEL IS CONVENIENT TO THE AIRPORT, VERY NICE, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF IS SO NICE. THE HOTEL IS HOOKED ONTO THE MALL OF ASIA WHICH WAS FUN.

The reception and professionalism is incredible. I had a really early arrival 7am, and checkin starts at 2pm. Grace was able to get me into my lodgings by 10am free of charge! Since it was my first time visiting the country, I got help from the staff on navigating my way through town. They will either call or schedule a cab pick up for me or enter the right address I needed in the grab app Breakfast is so exquisite and delicious. There is more than enough variety to accommodate every diet and taste buds. The pool is resort style with enough room for everyone. There are lifeguards and towels. There is a kiddy section too. Every floor has a golfing area. I will definitely recommend Seda Manila

Very convenient to ayala mall but the bathroom already starting to get dirty.

Excellent experience at this property l.

Excellent rooms and great breakfast. Accessible to shopping malls.

Great pool, very helpful staff.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is stunning, and I had no issues whatsoever during my visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect—close to everything I needed. I will definitely be booking again for my next trip!

Hotel is great with friendly staff. And everything are very accessible from the hotel, no need to use transportation.

It was perfect for what we need. Clean, beautiful, comfortable! Amazing rooftop and the pool is gorgeous!

Very good

Good

The room was spacious and clean. Easy walk to the mall from the hotel.

It was a good stay at Seda Manila Bay. Buffet Breakfast was good, plenty of choices.

Great stay.

Amazing hotel. Very accessible to the mall. It has all the amenities of a resort hotel without the outrageous prices. Only 10 minutes to the airport which is a big plus!

Friendly staffs, they attended our needs right away. I liked the walking distance to Ayala Malls

We had a very good stay at Seda. Staff are excellent. We are surely recommend Seda to our friends and surely we will stay here again . Thanks!

Property is surrounded with nice places to see attach to a mall with a lot of dining places which is great.

Good location,great breakfast.

Thanks great service

Staff and room was good but smoking area needs some attention and maybe a tent for shade or rain. Also maybe a coffee shop can be added in the hotel

Staff were very good. Very accomodating and polite. However, the bathroom was so dirty. The bathroom walls were covered with moulds everywhere it was so unhygienic and unhealthy.

Clean room. Good food. Charging me twice on the same service. Watch your credit card bill! They will charge you twice

Staffs are very accomodating.

Overall - Excellent

Right beside ayala mall. Very convenient location. Walkable to city of dreams and parqal mall. Able to check in early. Our reservation did not include the buffet breakfast so we weren't able to get breakfast before 10am

Nice place

Adding this business to my favorites. Thank you.
