We stayed at Hyatt Regency Manila to celebrate our daughter's 4th birthday. It was indeed a 5 star experience. Checkin process was smooth and room was ready upon arrival. Thanks to Ms. Hazel & Sir Jestin of Front Office for assisting us. Granted my request for a connecting room and gave us a complimentary birthday cake, really appreciated that it comes with a birthday card and for extending our checkout til 1pm. 💛 My daughter loved the pool! it is very child-friendly. lifeguards on duty were attentive. Room service was fast and also to the housekeeping staffs who assisted us all the way, thank you. ✨ Would like to thank also Ms Vherliza of The Cafe for giving our daughter a special token for her birthday. It was indeed a special moment. My daughter loved it here and we will come back for sure. Thank you my City of Dreams Family for making our stay memorable and fun. 🎉

I would recommend this hotel for families with young children. My daughters enjoyed this hotel as it was their very first time in Manila. We were traveling from Guam and they loved it! We stayed 7 nights and it was amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm, kind and eager to help you. The amenities are fantastic. You will have so much fun as it’s a two minute walk to dreamworks theme park. Lots to do & delicious food all around. You will enjoy your stay here! 5 stars my family & I give it.

Stayed 2 nights at the Hyatt Regency City of Dreams and booked two club rooms to comfortably accommodate my family, especially my elderly father. The rooms and bathrooms were impressively spacious and very clean, which made our stay relaxing and convenient. The beds were also extremely comfortable, ensuring everyone had a great night’s sleep. Our rooms offered beautiful views—one overlooking the pool and the other with a stunning city view—both of which added to the overall experience. The club lounge was a highlight of our stay. The brunch selection and cocktail hour were spectacular, with a great variety of delicious options. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the lounge staff. The servers were easily a 20/10—extremely friendly, attentive, and always making sure our family had everything we needed. The concierge team was also very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an enjoyable stay.

Great modern hotel a short drive from Manila airport. Friendly staff and amazing rooms. Family friendly, very nice staff, facilities at all hours.

Hotel facilities are good! And staffs are very helpful! The cleanness are good too. The hotel is near to Ayala Mall and Landmark so location wise is great as specially for family who like to spend time in the mall.

Check-in was quick and smooth - a promising start. The room itself was pleasant and comfortable. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. We deliberately chose an upscale hotel to recover after 30 hours of travel. Instead of rest, we got a room overlooking railway tracks - the noise was relentless. Breakfast was an ordeal: the restaurant was packed to the point of feeling like a rush-hour metro station. I suspect outside guests can purchase the breakfast buffet, because the crowd far exceeded what you'd expect from hotel guests alone. Long queues at every station, items running out, and noise levels that made conversation impossible. The pool wasn't much of an escape either - it was taken over by a children's swimming lesson, leaving little room for guests looking to unwind.

great hotel experience, rooms clean, beds comfortable. staff and room service impeccable. Just don't gamble - i had a chance to speak to a family at the elevator and he laughingly told me, the slots were just eatiing his money. of course they were.

My husband retired after 35 years from his job in January and this was our first trip of 2026, so this trip was extra special for us. We usually stay here each year in October for my birthday, but decided to come for the Chinese Lunar New Year, which was on Feb. 17th. Before arrival, we were worried that because of the Lunar celebration, the hotel would feel crowded and loud because of the holiday celebration. Our experience was totally opposite!! Although the hotel was very busy, which we expected...we never once felt like it was too crowded or noisy! There were lunar festivities on the 17th, like the 'lion dance' and we loved it! The excitement of everyone around us because of the New Year celebrations made you also want to be a part of everything! Below are several points that really stood out for us: 1. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were immediately greeted getting out of our taxi and recognized by our surname from Bryan, the concierge bell staff. With so many guests coming and going, our 'faces' actually stood out. Wow, we never expected that. 2. We had booked a tour for Tagaytay and Taal Volcano, which is approximately a 2 hour ride from the hotel. The Club Lounge staff surprised us with a 'snack bag' the morning of our tour! We were so shocked because WE didn't even think to make sure we had something for our long ride. 3. When we tried to register for our return customs QR code, we found out our return flight had been canceled by the airline!! We asked the staff to please contact the airlines and find out what happened. It took several phone calls by the staff and perserverance on their part to make sure we were rebooked, due to the airlines error. Not once did the staff tell us 'to take care' of it on our own. As a former flight attendant of 14 years with Continental Airlines...there was always a level of expectation when I traveled and stayed at hotels around the world. I can truly say that the team at Hyatt Regency here in COD always exceeds my expectations....ALWAYS. The team here makes you feel special, never just another 'face' around the hotel. From remembering your detailed room preference or something as simple as what type of coffee you drink...they take care of you, with a smile. This is why we keep coming back...because sometimes "it's the little things that matter the most." So...THANK YOU again for another great stay, we will definitely see you again soon."

The location is in the best place in Manila, very accessible to hospitals, rstaurants, malls, events, and even for children's field trips.

Great room, near a mall, sustainable initiatives (water bottles, EV shuttle, etc), sarap breakfast which is until 11am but most importantly are the amazing people from Ian at the front door who helped me with all my many bags to the front desk Denise and Jane who served with a smile.and very helpful with my many questions and requests. Beautiful property and amenities. Every single staff member we encountered during our 4-day stay was gracious, courteous and helpful. I think the wonderful staff is what makes this hotel an excellent place to vacation as we truly felt the true Filipino hospitality. We stayed at the executive lounge floor and enjoyed most of our breakfast there as well as the PM happy hour. We did check out the Cafe dinner buffet which was fantastic with abundant choices. We spoke with one of the chefs who said they are basically farm/ocean to table and only use the freshest ingredients. The hotel was conveniently located with direct access to a mall & many restaurants as well as a casino.

The entire hotel smelled very bad and is quite outdated. Need cleaner air quality systems and improved cleaning across the hotel especially in the rooms, hallways, lobby and common areas. It needs a major renovation and upgrade.

Our stay at Hyatt Regency Manila had a few hiccups, but overall the service stood out. We experienced an air-conditioning and TV issue, which was rectified right away after we raised it — very prompt response from the team. We also had a concern regarding the gym regulations; while it was a bit frustrating, we did receive an apology, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the night before we left, the shower broke, which was disappointing so close to checkout. That said, the staff were amazing throughout — very accommodating, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference. The café is beautiful, and the food was good, making it a lovely spot to relax during our stay. While there were some maintenance issues, the excellent customer service helped balance the experience.

We recently had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Manila at City of Dreams, where our family spent New Year’s Eve and celebrated my belated birthday. The experience was truly special from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Jestin at the front desk assisted us with such warmth and professionalism, immediately setting the tone for a great stay. Jane and Ritz were equally helpful always approachable, pleasant, and readily available to assist with our requests. Our rooms were cozy, quiet, and offered a beautiful pool view, which made watching the New Year’s Eve fireworks even more memorable. After five very comfortable days, Joshua made our checkout smooth and efficient, perfectly capping off a fantastic stay. Thank you to the Hyatt Regency team for making us feel truly at home. We will definitely be back, because it’s the people who make all the difference.

I stayed here just one night, primarily to be close to the airport for an early-morning flight and to avoid possible delays in Manila's horrible traffic. Julia at reception was very cordial and Francis at the concierge was very helpful. The one drawback was the hotel WiFi, which was very weak--but it may have been a temporary problem.

Arriving at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, we were already in awe. The bright yet cool lobby, the smooth check-in process, and the helpful staff who were ready to assist us. Our room is nice, clean, and spacious for a family of three (two adults and a 3-year-old), the dinner and breakfast buffet were scrumptious, and we enjoyed our meal. Our only concern is the smell of cigarettes coming from the casino into the lobby, but that's unavoidable and understandable. For casino goers, you will truly enjoy staying at the Hyatt Regency Hotel because of its quick access. Overall, our stay was great and we will definitely return here.

I had a great stay. Check-in was quick and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast offered a large selection and was excellent. The only downsides were that the main check-in counter wasn’t clearly identifiable and the lobby carried a cigarette smell drifting from the casino. Overall, highly recommended.

We had a truly memorable stay at Hyatt Regency Hotel City of Dreams as we celebrated my birthday in advance and enjoyed the holiday season with family. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. What really stood out was the service—the staff were consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. They always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. This experience made our celebration even more special, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!

Great stay. Spacious room, all my requests were met and staff is friendly. Breakfast may require slight improvement but overall great. Pool though may need a heater. Weather is cold and a heater will help especially with little kids. And last, I wish they can create Christmas events for kids. This way, even the kids will enjoy and have a memorable experience.

None of our special requests were granted. Longer waiting time for breakfast buffet. We were in queue for 30 minutes. But the check in and check out process was very fast. Gym is open 24/7. We had a nice time at the pool. There are many restaurants inside City of Dreams

I have stayed at the Manila Hyatt City of Dreams twice in the last 3 months. Both of the times I have had the luxury of staying at the Club level. (HIGHLY RECOMMEND). THANK YOU CREDIT CARD POINTS! There are so many great people working at the Regency Club, that we didn't go to any of the other hotel restaurants. I had the most EXCELLENT and GENUINE interactions with Beverly, Marc, Melody, and Prince! However, I don't want to leave out Charlene, Lourisse, Shey, Nessy, and Joel!! There is great value even if you do but gamble!. You can go to the casino, smoke, and / or get free coffee , tea, milk, or beer while watching others gamble!. We love watching the video horse racing. There are also bands playing for free there! Families have the free pool area and the Dream Play. Everything was super clean and the biggest problem with the noise level was my big voice and laugh from being so so so darn HAPPY there! (I am gone now, so you will be on!) LOL lbvs

Rooms not exactly very clean for this category of hotel. Food from outside of City Of Dreams were not allowed. We were not even told and were stopped from bringing food back from the mall. It's ridiculous and a first for us from all our travels. Would likely not stay here again. Also packed food from the korean restaurant with no one and they got the order wrong! Really really bad experience.

Great experience with my wife and 2 year old son. Though I think service can be improved with other staff (maybe maintenance or engineering) are not courteous and helpful when we ask and need help. The room is so spacious and clean.

My stay was amazing. The staff were so accommodating, and the food was excellent. Even with my anti-inflammatory diet, I had no trouble finding meals since The Cafe had so many options. Thank you for making my birthday salubong such a memorable experience.

Customer service is a priority in this hotel. From the time I enter their vicinity, when checking-in and even during check-out.

The worse front office, my booking was cancelled without prior notice. No explanation given upon check in and their reply was "contact your host". My host manage to reinstate the booking but required to do a room change. Guess what? We already staying in twin bed. As i travelled with 2 kids, but when we reached the new room it was on the first floor with KINGBED. The way this hotel treated their guests is like NO STAR its really ashamed to hold the brand HYATT. Also please send your staff for some training, they really do not know how to handle a guest. Rooms were very clean and better than I expected. The hotel was well maintained, and because it is connected to a significant mall, food and shopping options are plentiful. Also very helpful that it’s within 15 minutes of the airport. Much better experience than your typical large hotels near airports.

Though i was there for business, the place offered a relaxing and joyful environment. Food was excellent with numerous choises of international cuisine.

Standard check-in was 3pm but we arrived early around 12pm. And they let us in as room already available. No extra charge for early check in

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Manila on November 16 for one night, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Upon arrival, the front desk staff in the main area kindly directed me to the 7th floor for elite member check-in — a thoughtful touch that made me feel recognized and valued. At the 7th floor lounge, Beverly assisted me with check-in, clearly explaining the benefits while the lounge attendant offered a refreshing drink. My room faced the pool and was one of the larger layouts, complete with a Nespresso-style coffee maker, smart TV, and a clean, well-appointed bathroom featuring both a shower and separate bathtub. The lounge offered an impressive spread — fresh pizza, cheeses, beer, and a good selection of wines and spirits. I sampled some cheese and sparkling wine, both of which were delightful. I didn’t stay long as I had dinner on the first floor, but the atmosphere and service were top-notch. I also took a quick look at the gym, which was well-equipped, and both swimming pools looked inviting and well-maintained. The next morning, breakfast at the main restaurant was a highlight — a wide selection ranging from Filipino and Chinese dishes to Western classics. During checkout at the 7th floor, Melody offered me pastries and coffee while I waited, a thoughtful gesture that left a wonderful final impression. One downside, however, is that the main lobby area where the primary front desk is located smells heavily of smoke, as it connects directly to the casino where smoking is allowed. The odor is quite noticeable and unpleasant, which detracts from the otherwise elegant atmosphere. Overall, it was a short but memorable stay — excellent service, great facilities, and a team that truly values their guests.

Loved my stay at Hyatt Regency Manila — the ambience was warm, stylish, and buzzing with great energy. The food was top-notch, with flavours that made every meal feel Great. I wished if there was a big vegetarian breakfast spread out. But the fun never stopped — from lively casino vibes to the overall experience, it was a memorable stay!

We had such a wonderful and memorable stay at Hyatt Regency COD! Our room was beautiful, pristine, and incredibly comfortable — the bed and pillows were so soft we had the best sleep. A huge thank you to Marga at the Front Desk, who set the tone with her warmth and thoughtfulness. She surprised us with a room upgrade, offered a 1 PM late checkout despite the hotel being fully booked, and even waived the deposit so we could do express checkout. At The Hyatt Café, Catherine was an absolute sweetheart. She immediately noticed my husband was injured and offered to bring food to our table, and even took the most beautiful photos for us. We were also delighted by the complimentary birthday cake and card in the room, plus the super helpful concierge team and shuttle driver who made everything so smooth from parking to check-out. Everything about our stay felt genuine, warm, and seamless. We can’t wait to come back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Hyatt Regency, thanks to the lovely staff in the Regency Club lounge. Melody is really amazing at service and playful, fun interaction with guests. I had such a good time. The food at night is delicious. Each day they have samples from one of the fine dining restaurants near the casino. I was lucky enough to try the Jing Ting and Red Ginger offerings. Jessy, Shey, Charlene, Beverly, Michelle, Joel, Lourisse, Marc, and Prince all stood out during either the evening time or breakfast.

Hotel staff are extremely helpful. Room is clean. One down side is hotel lobby smells like cigarette which is expected from a hotel casino.

Overall, our stay was very satisfactory. However, traveling from Hyatt to Nuwa for dinner was a bit inconvenient, as we had to go to the parking area to take a shuttle (as advised by the guards in the vicinity) since we were not allowed to pass through the casino due to having children with us. We later learned from our friends that it was possible to walk through the pool area instead, which would have been more convenient. We had dinner at Crystal Dragon, which would have been easier to access if there were a covered walkway allowing guests with children to reach the restaurant without passing through the casino.

Had a greadt buffet and service staff are all very helpful. Laundry service is very timely and satfisfied with the overall outcome.

My husband and I stayed at Hyatt for our wedding, and we had an amazing experience. The staff were very accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the buffet food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to all couples who want to have a wonderful stay.

Surpassed my expectations. Staffs were very courteous! Staffs obliged to taking lots of videos and pictures upon my friend’s request. XD Friend had a minor shoulder discomfort and they didn’t have hot water bag or electric pad though. Helpful nurse suggested a hot towel compress but this is inconvenient. Club access had good view and food choices were sufficient. Pool is good enough for laps and jacuzzi was relaxing at night.

The check-in was seamless-the staff were genuinely welcoming, professional, and quick to make us feel at home. Everyone we interacted with from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurants servers displayed that signature Filipino warmth paired with five star attentiveness. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable - spacious layout, plush bedding, and panoramic views of the hotel grounds that made mornings and evenings equally enjoyable. The amenities were top-tier: high-pressure, hot shower, excellent Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches like complementary beverages in the mini bar that are free to enjoy (including several glass bottles of water, Coke, Coke zero, Sprite, pineapple juice, tea, coffee, Pringles, Ramen) and are also restocked daily. Breakfast at The Café was a highlight - an incredible spread of international and local dishes, all fresh and beautifully presented. The chefs and servers were attentive without being intrusive, and the coffee was consistently perfect. The pizza at Rossi Pizza is a must try while you are here, the best I have had in the Philippines with an excellent crispy, light crust, fresh and vibrant tomato sauce, and great tasting mozzarella and toppings. The hotels, location inside city of dreams gonna be better. Do you have direct access to dining, shopping, entertainment options without ever stepping outside - yet it’s just minutes away from the airport, making it perfect for both leisure and transit stays. The pool area is pristine and never overcrowded. We appreciated this small touches: prompt room service, nightly turn down, and Security that’s always present. Overall, Hyatt Regency Manila delivers the ideal combination of elegance, comfort, and heartfelt service. Whether you’re staying for business, a quick city escape, or to unwind before flight, this hotel truly sets the standard for luxury hospitality in Manila. Whole hotel was great, the upper ground mall was astounding, and the staff were very accommodating. The bathroom door kind of shocked everyone for not having a lock, but the rooms and the facilities were very amazing.

My husband and I stayed here for a week celebrating my birthday and everything was wonderful! This is our 'go to' place every year and we are NEVER disappointed! The location is perfect with shopping, dining and entertainment all within minutes from your room! We upgraded to a club suite, the room was amazing with beautiful views! Every staff member we encountered always greeted us with a smile and made us feel 'at home.' Experience the Regency Club if you can, for an even more personalized service. Beautiful hotel and the staff was amazing. Upon checkin the staff upgraded us to a better room free of charge without us asking or expecting. We were very happy with the room and the staff.

While I loved staying at the hotel, I found a few things that slightly irked me. For example, I wish there were a USB port to charge my things. There are more than plenty of electrical outlets, so perhaps changing at least one to a USB port. In this day and age I feel that's a necessity. Also, I feel the AC unit needs to be fixed a bit. Pressing on kicks in with like a 10-second delay. If it's your first time working it, you'd probably think it's not working. On that matter on auto mode, the AC unit needs to control the temperature better. If I set it to 25 degrees Celsius, then it should try to maintain it around there. Not keep blowing in on max to 21.5 degrees. Later, I just learned to turn it off; it was too cold. But then that defeats the purpose of having auto mode, doesn't it? Please don't get me wrong, I loved this hotel and I'm sure I'll be back again in the near future. Just a couple of minor things I wish y'all could change to make it an even better stay than before!

We recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Manila, City of Dreams, and it was an absolutely delightful experience for our family. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel completely at home. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — ideal for families with kids. Our children loved every moment, especially the swimming pool and the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of options each morning. The hotel’s location within the City of Dreams complex is perfect — close to entertainment and dining, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. A special commendation goes to Ritz and Maricor from the Front Desk, who provided outstanding customer service during our check-in process. They were courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to make us feel truly valued as guests. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality set a positive tone for our entire stay and made the experience even more memorable. I had an incredible experience at the breakfast buffet at Hyatt Regency City of Dreams this morning! The food was top-notch, bursting with authentic Filipino flavors that truly delighted my taste buds. From start to finish, the service was exceptional—surpassing even the high standards I've experienced at AMEX Centurion Lounges across the States. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the entire dining experience unforgettable. A special shoutout to Melody, Mark, Michelle, Aldrine, Joel, Charlene, Lourisse, and Beverly for their outstanding hospitality and dedication. The chefs Jun and Barby crafted an amazing spread, and the lady at the entrance Kristine and Shey were so welcoming. Highly recommend this lounge for its food and unparalleled service!

Another great stay at COD Hotel! This was my second visit, and it was just as impressive as the first. The staff is consistently welcoming, the rooms are spotless, and the atmosphere feels like home. Looking forward to coming back again!

After a flawless and heartwarming experience at Hyatt Regency Bangkok, I arrived in Manila with high expectations – and left with deep disappointment. A pre-arrival email went unanswered. Upon check-in, I was subjected to layers of exaggerated security procedures that made me feel less like a guest and more like an inmate. Not exactly the welcome one hopes for in a supposed luxury hotel. The overall atmosphere? Less “Hyatt Regency” and more “Las Vegas on a budget.” The casino dominates the space and attracts a clientele that feels worlds apart from the refined ambiance I’ve come to associate with the Hyatt brand. Instead of elegance, I found chaos. To top it off: – I was urged by phone to check out “on time,” which came across as patronizing. – I was not allowed to charge a restaurant bill to my room – a basic feature in any decent hotel. – And most critically: the entire stay lacked the sense of care, attention, and serenity that defines true hospitality. If Hyatt Bangkok feels like a dream – this one was, sadly, closer to a nightmare. I’ve stayed in 3-star properties with more charm, warmth, and professionalism. This was not the Hyatt I know – and certainly not the experience I paid for.

Quality of the hotel, food, service, and management is not what it used to be unfortunately. Rate discrepancy went uncorrected. Check-in took 45min despite checking in online prior to arrival. Breakfast at The Cafe was not a great experience as the food options were limited, with a cafeteria-like ambiance due to 2/3rds of the food stations being inactive, empty, and having limited options restricted to your usual continental style food expected at any regular and cheaper business hotel. Rooms were ok, but small. Older and lower quality for the rate applied (again, incorrect and higher rate which was not corrected). The pool was the best part, bust needs some modernizing and rejuvination. Ultimately, the hotel is due for its face lift and rejuvination to pump new life back into it as there are just newer and better options at even better rates within the same complex and surrounding area. Bring the Hyatt experience back, and you will have a winner again. Good luck.

The food is exceptional. They serve food based on the restaurants here in the city of dreams. This is a very good opportunity for those people who can’t go to the restaurants in the casino. Though the foods are served in small portions and variations, they’re still delicious. Their service is also good. They are very accommodating and friendly.

The regency lounge on the 7th floor is amazing! The food, guest service, the facility, you name it. I love the most how the servers are friendly yet professional at the same time. The guys are always smiling and accommodating—Mr. Marc, Mr. Aldrine, and Mr. Joel. While the ladies—Ms. Michelle, Ms. Shey, Ms. Melody, Ms. Kristine, Ms. Charlene, Ms. Lourisse, and Ms. Beverly— are just sweet and fun to chat with! I believe they are deserving of mentioning their names since their services are personalized too. Just what I expect from a 5-star hotel. Will definitely go again here.

Excellent services and location for our Family. We booked this Hyatt hotel for the night as we are flying back to Canada the next day and requested late check out. Staffs were accommodating, friendly and helpful for everything. I highly recommend this place.

I celebrated my birthday with a staycation at Hyatt City of Dreams together with my family. The hotel staff were very attentive, and I received a birthday cake with a card that made me feel really special. The in-room snacks and drinks from the minibar were complimentary, which was a nice touch. Breakfast at the café was also excellent, with plenty of choices to enjoy before starting the day. Our stay was very comfortable, and I appreciated that the hotel is conveniently close to the mall. The shuttle service also makes it easy to get around to the other hotel properties. This was actually my second year in a row celebrating my birthday here, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Business meeting, hotel service are nice! Recommend for hotel, hotel close to airport shall have shatter Van between airport and hotel, ask guests the taxi service at airport are very bad! The driver charges 1800p! But only 300-350p shall be right, my other business partner pay 3600p?? Taxi between airport and hotel ! Wish hotel can help the issue

breakfast at the Cafe was great with variety of food to choose from. The pool was relaxing and family friendly they offer complimentary drinks and life vest for kids. the room was spacious and has a good ambiance.

Staffs are very welcoming, kind and very helpful, the room was nice and cleaned, we had a good sleep. And it’s because of my husband birth month they gave a yummy cake and a birthday card. Highly recommend
