It’s a nice hotel in a very good location in Wienerberg, especially for the office buildings nearby. For sightseeing, this is too far. The room was clean and i liked the blackout curtains

Nothing too negative to say, just a suggestion- a 4 star hotel should have a bottle of water in the room for free. It could have been tap water in a glass bottle but something instead of a leaflet telling you to drink from the tap

Zimmer 155 an der Strasse mit viel Lärm, man wird mangels direkt umliegender Parkplatzmöglichkeiten zum Parken in der hauseigenen Garage defacto gezwungen (21€ täglich(!)) und Sauna wurde offenkundig nicht angeschaltet obwohl sie angeboten wird. Der Parkautomat bietet eine Barzahlung in allen Geldscheinstückelungen an, ABER, er zahlte bei mir die 30€ Überzahlung NICHT aus. Von der Rezeption gab es auch kein Rückgeld. Man verwies mich auf den postalischen oder E-Email-Weg! Kurzum: mir war das zu viel, deshalb nie mehr wieder...

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Service! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Praktisch auch für Business oder Kulturreisende - Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen im Hotelzimmer

The parking was very confusing online and in person too. 'Hotel Parking' is not actually owned by the hotel and costs 3 EUR/hour even if one stays at the hotel. We were told at the reception that 'we can park anywhere for free' as this is the weekend, but the area was full of zones prohibiting parking. In addition, we went there partially because of the spa they claimed to have. Well, the "spa" meant a sauna only, and the sauna did not work.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, die Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, die Verfügbarkeit auch von Milchalternativen sowie glutenfreies Brot war ausgezeichnet. Würde ich mir öfter in Hotels wünschen. Das Personal beim Frühstück sprach ausgezeichnetes Englisch.

お部屋が広くてゆったりしていたところ。 中心部からは少し離れているので静かな環境であり、周囲の治安も問題なかったところ。 バス停が近いところ。バス・地下鉄またはトラムで乗り継ぎはありますが、30分弱で中心部へ移動できるのは良かったです。同じくウィーン中央駅からもトラムからバスへ乗り継ぎが必要ですが、アクセスは良いと思います。 フロントスタッフも優しかったです。 トータル12泊しましたが、自分の家のように過ごしました。バスタブがあったことも良かったです。 途中でデルシュタインへ2泊しましたが、快く大きなスーツケースを預かっていただけました。 蛇口からのお水も飲めます。冷たくて美味しいです。

良くなかったというより気になったことです。1階に宿泊しましたが、部屋に帰ると窓が空いてないのに何故かハエのような虫が毎回いたことです。

Im Zimmer und auch in anderen Bereichen war der Staub deutlich sichtbar und spürbar, sodass man praktisch nicht barfuß gehen konnte. Das Zimmer machte den Eindruck, als wäre es lediglich schnell für die nächsten Gäste vorbereitet worden, anstatt gründlich gereinigt zu sein. Schade, denn abgesehen von der Sauberkeit war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehm.

酒店大堂外有很少几个停车的位置但是不让停，第二天发现下午有停这里的车，停了一夜，酒店也没有要求挪。很不满意

The online check-in was great – when we arrived, we were given our room key card straight away and could go directly to our room, so everything was quick and hassle-free. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very spacious and beautifully designed. We really appreciated having a fridge in the room. The bed was huge and the duvets were very comfortable. The only small issue was that the bed had started to squeak a little when moving around. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which we really appreciated. The only real downside was the cobwebs on the curtains and around the ceiling, which was a little disappointing considering how nice and well-designed the room otherwise was. The biggest highlight of the hotel was definitely the breakfast! It was absolutely delicious, with a great selection and everything fresh and tasty. On Sunday, they even served prosecco, which was a lovely bonus. 🥂 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the hotel. We honestly didn’t want to go home! 😊 We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back again.

L'espace wellness était fermé, sans aucune information au préalable. C'était la seule raison pour laquelle j'ai choisi l'établissement. L'arrêt de bus le plus proche est à 10 min à pied, le métro a 20 min. Déconseillé si vous n'êtes pas en voiture.

Very comfortable bed, a rather spacious room, and a great connection to the city centre. The staff were polite and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices, including vegan options. One particularly important remark: the tap water in the bathroom is safe to drink, comes out cold, and is honestly some of the best tap water I’ve ever had!

Hotel som si vybral špecificky kôli saunám ktoré mali byt súčasťou. Až po dokončeni checkinu a mojej otazke mi bolo oznamené že sauny sa rekonšteujú takže nie sú funkčne. To mňa aj moju priateľku veľmi sklamalo. Nebola nám ponuknuta žiadna kompenzácia.

S druge strane, osoblje u baru bilo je veoma ljubazno, prijatno i profesionalno, što svakako želim pohvaliti.

Do sada sam imao znatno bolja iskustva s ovim hotelom, ali ovaj put sam se, nažalost, prilično razočarao. Dobio sam sobu prilagođenu osobama s invaliditetom, što mi prethodno nije bilo najavljeno niti ponuđeno kao opcija, i u takvoj sobi se nisam osjećao ugodno. Raniji boravci bili su mi mnogo prijatniji. Posebno me razočarao sam prijem na recepciji. Djevojke koje su radile ostavile su dojam nezainteresiranosti i nedostatka gostoprimstva, što svakako nije nivo usluge koji sam očekivao na osnovu prethodnih . Dodatno negativno iznenađenje je i prilično skup parking uz hotel, koji se posebno naplaćuje, a kojim upravlja zasebna parking kompanija i nije direktno u nadležnosti hotela.

Blizina autoceste i jako lijep hotel za mogucnosti parkiranja. Od 16 do 7 ujutro smo 20 e za parking platili.

المواقف تكلف 20يويرو لليوم الواحد لا يوجد تكييف فكان جو الغرف مزعج جدا خاصة كنا بالصيف و درجة الحرارة وصلت 40 في فيينا اعلانهم في بوكنق يقول فيه تكييف لكن للاسف هواء فقط غير مبرد فلا انصح بالفندق في الصيف

The manager was excellent and very helpful. When we reported the AC issue in our original room, he quickly helped us move to another room and was very accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel is also fairly well located, with convenient access to public transportation and many of Vienna’s main tourist attractions.

Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the air conditioning. We stayed for three nights during a heatwave, and AC was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The AC in our first room was not working properly, and after changing rooms, the second room had the same problem. Other areas of the hotel were also very warm. The beds had polyester-based sheets that retained heat and made sleeping even more uncomfortable. The minibar was barely cooling, the laundry facilities were not working, and the gym felt like a sauna with very poor ventilation. Overall, the property also feels somewhat outdated and would benefit from better maintenance and renovation.

Nice location for an overnight stay when traveling by car. Close to the A2. A petrol station and McDonald's is right around the corner. Uber to the city center is ~16 EUR. The rooms are nice and clean. Beds are extremely comfy.

You have to pay extra for parking (3 EUR/h, max 20 EUR per day). There's a coffee machine in the lobby, but you also have to pay to use it. The sauna closes at 21:00, so you cannot use it after an evening walk around the city.

Disappointing service and lack of attention to guests Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing, mainly because of the level of service. The room was not properly cleaned during our stay. The used glasses were left in the room and were not replaced with clean ones. When we contacted reception to simply ask for clean glasses, the staff member responded in a rather unfriendly and impolite manner. It was a very basic request, and we expected a much more professional and welcoming response from the reception. We were also surprised to find that parking costs €3 per hour, which we consider quite expensive for hotel guests. Another disappointing experience was when we accidentally left a copy of a painting at the hotel. We contacted the hotel and offered to pay all postage and handling costs to have it sent to us, but they refused to help. Given that we were willing to cover the full cost, we found this lack of willingness to assist particularly disappointing. Overall, the hotel could improve significantly in terms of housekeeping, customer service, and willingness to assist guests. Unfortunately, these experiences affected our overall impression of the stay.

Good hotel in a quiet area. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. The location is decent - it took around 20 minutes by taxi to reach the Vienna State Opera.

We are requesting a full refund for this stay because what we experienced bears no resemblance to the standards that a 4-star hotel is expected to provide. We arrived at around 2:00 a.m. after a long journey, expecting to get a few hours of rest before continuing our trip. Instead, we experienced one of the worst hotel stays we have ever had. We were unable to use the bathroom at all. There was a strong, foul odor coming from both the sink and the toilet. The bathroom was dirty, with visible mold and ants crawling on the floor. The broken door handle frightened our child so much that she refused to enter the bathroom because she was afraid the door would jam and she would be trapped inside. The air conditioning did not cool the room and functioned like nothing more than a fan. The room remained extremely hot and stuffy, making it impossible to sleep. After using the air conditioner, we even developed a cough, raising serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the system. The entire hotel was unbearably hot and had an unpleasant smell. The restaurant was no different. It was extremely hot, and wasps were flying around the dining area, making it impossible to enjoy a meal. We genuinely cannot understand how this property has been awarded a 4-star rating. In our opinion, its actual condition does not meet even the basic standards of cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and guest comfort, let alone the standards expected of a four-star hotel. The hotel’s offer of a late check-out until 3:00 p.m. was not a solution to any of these issues. It did not change the dirt, the smell, the unbearable heat, the ineffective air conditioning, the mold, the ants, or the fact that we could not sleep. For that reason, we declined the offer and checked out even earlier than planned because remaining at the hotel for another minute was simply unbearable. We actually felt more comfortable sitting in our car than staying in the room we had paid for.

There is actually no cooling system working at all—only fans. The compressor did not operate, so there was no cold air, and the room remained very warm even at night. We stayed during summer, and the temperature never reached even 23°C. I especially would not recommend it for Arab/Gulf travelers who are used to proper air conditioning. The refrigerator also did not cool properly. We contacted the hotel and requested a refund for the remaining nights, but they declined and kindly offered us one complimentary breakfast instead. Also, parking is not free and costs €20 per day. Overall, a nice hotel, but the lack of proper cooling was a major problem for us.

Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Gerade als Geschäftsreisender ist ein Tisch und eine vernünftige Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer wichtig. Beides ist hier gegeben, damit man nach dem Außendiensttag noch seine Arbeiten erledigen kann.

Der Komfort war etwas eingeschränkt, da seit Monaten der zweite Fahrstuhl ausgefallen war. Es gibt keine Treppe in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass man längere Wartezeiten akzeptieren musste. Das hat den durchweg tollen Eindruck etwas getrübt.

Veoma je lep utisak kad udjete u hotel, prostrano, svedeno i uredno, sve pohvale ljubaznom recepcioneru koji je razumeo srpski jezik. Hotel je na mirnom mestu u blizini je veliki trzni centar ( jos se radi) i cineplex. Veze sa gradom su sa 3 busa na par minuta od hotela. Sobe su prostrane, veoma lepe i ciste( kupatilo se izdvaja uredjenoscu). Korisna stvarcica u sobi- digitalni sat. Sve pohvale za dasku za peglanje, peglu, 2 fena, el.kuvalo. Udobni krevet, kvalitetna posteljina. Dorucak dobar, mogucnost cedjenje pomorandze i trenutno pravljenje americkih palacinki veoma lepo.

Nemogucnost otvaranja prozora osim na kip, nedopunjavanje kupatilskog pribora( tecnosti, toalet pap.), dorucak bi mogao trajati radnim danom do 11

Hotel hat eine große Eingangshalle. Die Zimmer sind Standard, sauber und in Ordnung. Die Rezeption ist aufmerksam und hilfsbereich.

Aberdings gab es einige Punkte, die mir weniger gefielen. Obwohl das Hotel doch relativ ausserhalb liegt, muss man für die Parkgarage 20 Euro pro Tag zahlen. Parkmöglichkeiten ausserhalb des Hotels gibt es kaum. In die Innenstadt kommt man nur per Bus und dann Umsteigen in die U-Bahn. Man muss gute 30 Minuten rechnen, um am Stephansdom zu sein. Im Hotel gibt es kein Restaurant, wo man essen könnte. Es gibt nur in der Früh ein Frühstücksbuffet, das 21 Euro kostet. Wir kamen in das Hotel während einer sommerlichen Hitzewelle mit Temperaturen um die 30 Crad. Die Klimaanlage war mit diesen Temperaturen überlastet und konnte die Zimmer nicht runterkühlen. Um das Hotel herum gibt es nicht viel zu sehen. Hochhäuser und ein Kinokomplex, der aber immer leer war. Schön war das nahe gelegene Erholungsgebiet Wiener Berg mit dem See mitten drinnen. Das war in seiner Art aussergewöhnlich. Man fühlt sich dort tatsächlich in der Natur, und das in der Stadt. Insgesamt würde ich aber beim nächsten Wiener Besuch wohl ein zentrumsnäheres Hotel suchen. Insgesamt würde ich 5 bis 6 Punkte geben, insbesondere weil das Hotel nicht einmal eine Parkgelegenheit trotz der Lage anbot.

Unsere Option für dieses Hotel war die Klimaanlage da es eine sehr heiße Woche war diese gibt es dort definitiv (im Zimmer 27Grad🥵)nicht hat sich auch nicht stornieren lassen😣

Gute Lage.

Ein Fahrstuhl war über drei Wochen außer Betrieb. Die Zimmer waren zu warm, Klimaanlage nicht ausreichend. Sauna ohne Sanduhr.

Die junge Dame an der Rezeption bei unserer Ankunft am Abend war sehr freundlich. Sie hat uns bei allem geholfen.

Das Zimmer war nur oberflächlich gereinigt, überall lag Staub.
