Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff members were extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. The Asian woman who took our name and room number when we ate breakfast was the nicest person we ran into during our trip to Austria. She was friendly and helpful, which was such a nice welcome on our first night in Austria. The location was an excellent choice due to the fact it was so near in proximity to Schonbrunn Palace.
We liked EVERYTHING!
