Leider wurde der Hauptpool saniert und die Restaurant und Bars hatten geschlossen. Beim Frühstück gab es leider auch nur eine sehr kleine Auswahl an Einheimischen essen.

- Good AC - The staff is very helpful, they will do what they can to accommodate your needs

- The pools are not clean and not maintained properly, leafs all over the place and different kinds of insects. - They charge 100 php (around 1.4 euros) per article if you want to do some laundry, which is simply ridiculous. - The restaurant prices are a bit elevated. - The rooms with direct access to the lagoon pool are extremely expensive for what they are, they're absolutely not worth it.

המלון ממוקם מעט מחוץ לעיר הסואנת, דבר שאנחנו מעדיפים. צוות אדיב ונעים. היתה לנו תקלה קטנה עם החדר שלנו ושל הילדים ומיד עזרו לנו ושידרגו אותנו. מאד הערכנו את זה. החדרים שליד הבריכה מומלצים מאד. חדר מקלחת גדול, נעים. זרם טוב של מים חמים.

נראה שהמלון מעט ישן, יש,צורך בכל מיני תיקונים ושיפורים כדי שייראה טוב מאד.

Resort espectacular! Lugar súper tranquilo donde puedes relajarte sin duda alguna. No es céntrico pero puedes ir andando o en tuktuk al centro, se tarde muy poco. Personal muy amable. Y el desayuno bufet muy bueno.

Nice breakfast

Didn’t like that only one towel was provided each day even though I booked for 2 people. I had to ring daily and ask for another towel. 😠 Staff could have picked up dirty glasses from evening before but they were still there the next morning.

La Tadhana era eccezionale sicuramente se dovessi valutare solo quella il punteggio sarebbe il massimo, il top. Anche il bar era carino e ben fornito.

Il personale non era del tutto qualificato per la portata di questo tipo di resort. Una sera abbiamo provato a chiamare la reception con il nostro cellulare (in quanto quello della camera funzionava tramite Internet, che era fuori servizio) e l’operatore non rispondeva. Dopo aver lasciato un messaggio, hanno richiamato dicendo che il telefono aveva la batteria scarica. Il Wi-Fi durante il soggiorno non era disponibile in Tadhana, il personale ci ha dato una camera supplementare per poter utilizzare il Wi-Fi, il che ha aiutato, ma per i 4 giorni dovevamo dividerci tra la nostra camera (con accesso in piscina diretto e pagata un discreto prezzo) e una camera solo per poter utilizzare internet. L’aspettativa sarebbe stata di poter fare il tutto nella camera che si è pagato. Il servizio di housekeeping per la pulizia della camera svolge il suo lavoro, rifà il letto ma per la pulizia generale è un 3/5.

I’d stay there again

Restaurant and bar are in the facility. They offered delicious food and drinks. There was a performance every night. The place and rooms were well kept. The personnel were awesome. It’ll be my go-to next time I’m around there.

Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast could do a little more protein and choices. Close enough to town which is a tricycle/tuktuk away.

Cocktails could do a bit more work for its price. The water/juice containers shouldn't be interchanged to avoid any juice remnants on the water.

De kamer was erg goed. Bed was heerlijk en groot. Het was fijn dat er een zwembad was en de locatie was heel fijn.

Het complex is achterstallig onderhouden. Zo laat bijvoorbeeld de coating van het zwembad los, waardoor het water korrelig is. Loszittende tegels, lekkende syfon op de badkamer, display van de airco niet functionerend etc. De F&B viel tegen. Prijzen zijn hoog voor wat je krijgt. als hotelgast wordt van je geacht dat je aan het zwembad iedere bestelling direct cash afrekent (erg onhandig) en bij het ontbijtbuffet staat de muziek op standje discotheek en wemelt het van de vliegen. Er worden belachelijk hoge prijzen gevraagd voor laundry service (180 php voor 1 shirt bv) en vliegveld/haven shuttle. Dit zijn nog maar een paar voorbeelden, persoonlijk vind ik dat er van een 4* resort meer mag worden verwacht (en al helemaal gezien de prijs)

Petit bémol qualité du restaurant

Would not recommend to anyone. Everything started at airport - hotel pick up van was late, we standed 1 hour outside waiting for it, and after it arrived we waited 1 more hour as we waited for few more planes to land to fill van. Then with full van of passengers we were going to gas station and only then to our hotel. This hotel does not value their guest holiday time at all. After we arrived we noticed that hotel is super unclean - trash were everywhere. We have ordered Superior Room - Double with Resort View - Reception gave us Room with two single beds and pool view. After asking they started to argue that TWO SINGLE BEDS = DOUBLE ROOM. They still changed room to another one. Pool water is green - probably not changed for long time as you can see oil film on top of water during sun too. Our room was changed AGAIN because after one night our bed was full of ants. In the evening we found dead mouse next door. Not the best and definetly worst experience during our 15 days stay in Philippines.

The staff were helpful, the layout of the hotel is good. It’s nicely located outside of coron town, but very easy to get to and from.

The restaurant was a disappointment, some items we discarded as inedible. Pick wisely off the menu. Pool needs painting and the bridge/fountain? Needs to be addressed. The gardens need more work and rooms have patios but no seating. A wine glass sat at the bottom of the stairs our entire stay.

Would love a fly screen on the bathroom window to avoid bygs, spiders, gekos, whilst having the option for additional air flow.....this was common throughout the island and not a Tag resort thing alone...

Rude staff, bland expensive meals that were very small portions. Things were always “unavailable” including a tall sized coffee but was given a grande and charged for it before stating tall wasn’t available. We were asked everyday if we were needing a day pass to use the pool but had been guests for a week? We were even chased down the pool path by staff assuming we were not guests. The staff were very unhelpful and instead of take your order would avoid eye contact. The live music was played loud until late every night so we were unable to sleep. The pillows were very high and hard and the beds were solid. We ended up needing massages due to being in pain. I have never experienced such rude horrible treatment from staff in my life.

Resorten låg en bit från stan. Allt på resorten var dyrt jämfört med övriga Coron. Poolen verkade dåligt underhållen. Det var ofta slut på viss mat eller dryck. De blandade ofta ihop eller man fick fel i beställning av mat eller dryck. Lång väntetid på mat.Dyrt att boka utflykter via resorten.

Staff were very helpful. We were able to organise last minute tours, snorkeling hire, airport pick ups and order tricycles to get us into town through them easily. Tricycles were always consistent in price so I think they regulate this for tourists. Live music every night which elevated the experience for us. They have different dinner options every night, we were there for the steak night buffet and the food was amazing!! They have a great selection on their menu at their bar for food and drinks. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet as it was different each morning, there were a mix of western and local cuisine which had food that I wouldn’t typically have for breakfast back home eg spring rolls, noodles - but that’s part of the experience when you travel and there are no rules of when is an appropriate time to eat certain dishes. I appreciate the effort in the food they make, the selection they have and are introducing, over bacon and eggs. Rooms and bathroom were a decent size, good storage and clean! Love the pool area and plenty of different seating options by the pool that are both in and out of the shade!

Located further out of the main town center, but you can easily get a tricycle and it’s only about a 15 min ride. This is not the property’s fault

Special mention to Sir Ramon for being friendly What really stood out the most was the staff. They are incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional.

The resort is okay however very outdated and a very dirty pool. The staff got our orders wrong every lunch. They even tried to charge us for the food We didn’t order. Laughed at the fact that they gave us food that my partner is allergic too. Drinks and food take ages. Even when it came the food is tragic and overpriced . When ordering cocktails in the day, they gave us the wrong drinks twice, and asked us if we can drink them anyway if though they are not what we asked for. When we got the right cocktails, they tasted of water. Music at night is so terrible we went in to town every other night of our visit. No one says good morning or afternoon and there is way to many staff on doing absolutely nothing. The worst resort we’ve ever stayed in unfortunately and we are stunned that they have good reviews. Don’t waste your money here.

Spent 4 nights here with my wife. This place starts to show up need of maintenance. Even at first sight all places seems to be ok, but after taking closer look it's easy to see that it's not new place anymore. There are lot of ants in outside restaurant area and also inside the rooms. The green fake grass flooring it also terrible. The staff needs training. Every time we spoke to them they speak only tagalog, since my wife knows that dialet and I just stood there without understanding anything. When I ask them ti soeak in English, they did so some time, but quite soon changed back to tagalog. Breakfast is quite ok, but it's completely filipino style. They should add some international options to food and also add more fresh fruits. We had buffee dinner once and it was below all standards. All food was cold and and the roasted pig tasted old. For my opinion the beverages at bar are overpriced, 170p for bottle of beer that cost you 50p at shop. Pool is shallow, which is not problem , but the water wasn't too clean. Lot of leafs and other debris floating there.

I stayed 4 nights at TAG Resort in Coron in a casita with a king bed and lagoon pool access. The room was spacious, comfortable, and it was really nice to have direct access to the pool. The resort itself is well maintained and has a relaxing atmosphere, which made it a pleasant place to come back to after a day out in Coron. Overall, I had a good stay and enjoyed the comfort and setting of the property.

The breakfast selection was good. Location is okay. Transportation is easy to get for town excursions. Staff is helpful.

The color of the swimming pool. It looks dirty so we did not swim at all. Suggest to replace it with tiles.

We loved the staff, their energy and they were always helping if needed. All the facilities were clean and the food was really good!

Als je goed begint rond te kijken zie je toch dat er wat zaken mogen opgeknapt worden. We vonden het personeel niet zo heel behulpzaam! We hadden een transfer in het hotel geregeld om naar de luchthaven te rijden, maar hij was te laat, als we dan om informatie vroegen, keken ze ons en zeiden enkel yes, maar geen uitleg. Toen hij er eindelijk was vergaten ze van het hotel onze koffers. Die we dan zelf zijn gaan halen en in het busje gezet hebben. We zijn daar drie nachten verbleven, maar we hebben zeker al in de andere goedkopere hotels verbleven die een veel betere service gaven.

They dont entertain customer request, requested to stay another hour while waiting for their inhouse airport transfer, they dont let us since they are full which a straight up lie, I saw a lot of vacant rooms during our entire stay. Its my bf’s bday celebration so its quite sad.

Very comfortable beds and lovely room. Beautiful pool area and great entertainment most nights.

We had such a lovely stay overall. The reception staff were genuinely wonderful , so warm, helpful, and accommodating throughout and they were even able to arrange transport into town for us within minutes, which made everything feel really easy and stress-free. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and had absolutely gorgeous views, it really felt like waking up in a little slice of paradise. The pool areas were also a highlight, beautifully maintained and such a relaxing place to spend the day.

The only area that could be improved was our experience with food orders at lunch. On a couple of occasions, our orders were brought out incorrectly despite us clearly requesting small changes. For example, I asked for a pizza without olives and double-checked this, but it still arrived with olives. When I mentioned it, the visible olives were removed, but there were still olives baked into the pizza underneath the cheese. Similarly, I ordered a chicken sandwich without mayonnaise, which was repeated back to me correctly, but it still arrived with mayonnaise. It wasn’t a major issue in the grand scheme of our stay, but a bit more attention to specific dietary requests would really elevate the experience.

Ang lambot and perfectly cooked 👌🥩 Huge kudos to our server, Ate Pepay—super bait and incredibly attentive! She truly made our anniversary celebration extra memorable with her warm service. Nos gustó que estuviera apartado del centro. La habitación era grande y tenía todo lo necesario. El check in fue rápido y bueno.

Había mucho ruido de obras durante todo el día. La piscina no tiene muchas hamacas a la sombra para todos los clientes. No siempre podías encontrar sitio. Las bridas en la piscina no eran las mejores ni tenían gran variedad. Las papeleras donde se podía fumar siempre estaban llenas y no cabía ni un cigarro mas. Estuvimos 4 días y en los 4 días nunca se vaciaron. El desayuno no tenía variedad ninguna. En nuestro pasillo habían vasos en el suelo del bar y estuvieron los 4 días sin recoger.

Menage à revoir, le lavabo était bouché, la clim était remplie de fourmis et elles formaient un tapis noir au sol tellement il y en avait. pas d'eau chaude pour se doucher le soir. Pas de service de transfert gratuit pour aller à la ville. Pas de navette hotel- aeroport (il a fallu payer). Le petit déjeuner était moyen avec des suppléments à rajouter. Bref pour un reasort c'était très limite.

l'hotel est top, le rapport qualité prix est imbattable mais attention car le restaurant sur place est très cher au vu de la qualité des repas plutot médiocres. de plus ils facturent très cher des choses qui ne le sont pas. J'ai cassé un verre et j'ai été ponctionné de 1500 php soit 23 euros pour un verre cassé. donc oui l'hotel est sympa mais ils se rattrapent sur les à cotés. certains membre du personnels sont adorables et d'autres imbuvables

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The one exception was the bar manager who saw guests as an inconvenience. We drank at the bar only once as a result. The room was good with a good shower and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing. Juices and fresh fruit offerings were poor. Also, no bacon offered, only "chicken bacon" with the taste and texture of cardboard. Thank goodness for the egg station.

The room -pool villa was spacious

The resort looks worn -look around and there are weeds and painting that needs to be touched up. The pool (was cleaned -they worked hard to keep it clean) just looked murky all the time. It might be the color of the bottom? But it wasn’t inviting. The breakfast buffet was the worst we experienced (6+) hotels over 30 days -if you’re going to make eggs or pancakes etc in advance, use a warmer as they taste awful cold. When I asked for an egg to be made fresh bc I wanted it warm the person making it had an attitude about it. The desk with the tours -staff there were unpleasant. We had a lot of experience with hotels and staff in 5 different locations and this hotel was the only one where staff didn’t make the experience pleasant

Hôtel très sympa pour y rester une journée chill. Facile d'accès pour se déplacer dans la ville ou pour un pick-up d'excursion. Ils louent des scooters et ont un tuktuk dans l'hôtel même.

Le restaurant du soir n'était pas top, restaurant du petit-déjeuner bof également. Le tuk tuk nous a pris 4x le prix d'un trajet pour aller en ville. Il a indiqué que c'était le tarif pour un transfert d'hôtel alors qu'il était à 3min... Pas très correct quand alors que le prenait tous les jours et que la ville ou le port était à 10min environ. Petit bémol également au niveau de la pression de l'eau, pas de débit constant mais pas non plus dérangeant.
