Reviewed Sep 14, 2026L'accueil était très chaleureux et il faut le souligner la dame était adorable. Pour passer une nuit à moindre coût et proche de l'aéroport ça peut être une solution viable ! Et Petit déjeuner visiblement pas très cher mais que je n'ai pas pu tester.
Trop de moustiques dans la chambre, des chambres et un emplacement assez vétustes. Dommage car le prix est intéressant mais cela reste un peu rudimentaire. Ce n'est pas un mauvais endroit en soi mais c'est dommage car je souligne encore une fois l'extrême gentillesse de la dame à l'accueil.

Ну вот правда откуда такой рейтинг я понятия не имею. Грязно, шумно, телефон зарядить невозможно так как розетки настолько убитые, что зарядка не держится + ночью клопы все ноги покусали. Не уезжали, а убегали.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026La ubicacion cerca del aeropuerto,pero aunque cojan un hotel mas lejos,moverse con coches de Grab es muy barato,asi q tenganlo en cuenta.
Estuvimos al comienzo del viaje,la habitacion muy pequeña,el baño bastante destartalado,incomodo,sin mampara en la ducha asi q acababa todo el baño chorreando. Teniamos reservadas las dos ultimas noches al finalizar el viaje,cuando llegamos por la noche nos insisten en q les enseñemos la reserva,nos comentan q han tenido un problema con las lluvias,nos enseñan la habitacion y sorpresa,goteaba agua por el techo,estabamos en alerta por fuertes lluvias,por lo q todo podia empeorar sin contar q encima hay piscina y quien dice q no pueda venirse abajo?decidimos q alli no nos quedabamos pero el dueño en ningun momento dio la cara,solo comunicandose por mensaje con un empleado,al vernos enfadados,hizo una reserva en otro hotel y pidio un coche q pretendia pagasemos nosotros,deberia haberse puesto en contacto con nosotros antes,haber dicho el problema y lo hubiesemos solucionado antes,no hubiesemos ido hasta ese hotel,ni perder el tiempo,la mitad de la ciudad estaba inundada,por lo q era un riesgo desplazarse,con la gestion que tienen de los contratiempos,como no vas a pensar q ante fenomenos meteorologicos tan virulentos no se te venga el techo encima?la zona del hotel da un poco de respeto por la noche y la entrada y las instalaciones no se ven bien en las fotos,en general las fotos no muestran la realidad.

Le fait qu’ils annulent notre réservation 24h avant et que lorsque nous arrivons sur place, on comprends rapidement que nous devons payer en cash ( ils évitent uniquement les taxes de booking). Par ailleurs, il est super bruyant, entre les bruits des avions, du personnel et de l’extérieur, il est très difficile de dormir.

入住時間我沒看清楚,是隔天下午兩點才能入住 但為了到達旅店,我問了航警叫計程車,沒想到來的是一輛黑車 整整被敲詐60美金,但其實到那叫GRAB回機場只要2美金 所以請不要再有人被騙了!! 旅館門口兩邊都有衣衫不整的人,左側有撞球間,男女關係看似複雜 所以最後我們沒有選擇隔天繼續入住!

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Está cerca del aeropuerto, pero la zona horrible, la habitación tenía una puerta que daba a unas escaleras hacia arriba, que la podían abrir desde fuera, pase un poco de miedo, la ducha no tenía casi agua, me costó ducharme un buen rato, y estaba junto con el inodoro. Para entrar tienes que cruzar un pasillo donde pasas delante de gente dentro de su casa, todo un poco extraño. No estuve agusto y no repetiría. Por lo demás bien, si eres una persona que te sientes cómoda en cualquier lugar, estaba limpio
Me daba miedo que pudiesen entrar, no es una zona muy segura, y tenía una puerta que daba a un patio y unas escaleras, que no tenía ni pestillo . Y la puerta de la habitación tampoco tenía pestillo

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Location is perfect. I walked in as I needed a short rest for my layover. And the room was nice, clean, modern, perfect for a layover/ nap purpose. Bathroom - while small but clean and modern. Easy checkin, staff was super helpful. I was feeling abit tired and staff helped with getting some medication for me and delivered to my room. Also there was super cute cat. Bonus point.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The place is a dump, from arriving to the place you were hit by bad smell, then not enough space to take your luggage from the taxi to second floor, the room was okay, the advertisement of the place is all false, I will not recommend this place to any one, infact when I saw the place it is not safe, if there's any fire you'll burn to death. It's a death trap. I did not stay even though I booked 2 rooms and paid for. When I saw the condition of the place we left, better to be safe and sorry. This is no exaggeration.

Wasn’t too much of an issue for me, but you do hear the road a lot. I was in a room next to reception so also heard other guests checking in and things. Shower pressure was really bad :(

Unacceptable. Very disappointing as I have used booking.com many years and find many issues have been experienced since prepayment was introduced.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Had a fantastic stay at Rain Airport BNB. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the airport, which made travelling incredibly convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The rooftop pool and terrace were a great bonus and provided a nice place to unwind after a busy day. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with any questions or requests. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere despite being so close to the airport. Overall, this is outstanding value for money and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Manila. Highly recommended.
