Poco esmero en la limpieza. Muy viejo todo. Se clavan los muelles del colchón. No ponen papel en el baño, hay que pedirlo.

Near in the NAIA Terminal 1

The staff are not approachable and not even greet the customer who just arrived. Their explanation for using the lift for luggage is not pleasant cause one of the customer try to use it to go in 2nd Floor. I took picture of cockroaches in the bathroom and I showed it to the staff in front desk. But he just nodded and nothing to said any apology.

The room was clean and quiet. Very close to the airport terminal 1.

Online booking was made. Requested for early check in that was granted for free nothing to pay. On the day of check in requested the amount to be paid. Inconsistent communication and unreliable source of information. Unhappy with the service.

It is very close to the MNL airport teeminal 1. I stayed for 1 night. It is very convenient for a long layover at night. Have AC and a quiet rest. I was happy i book an have several hours of rest.

It was such a short stay. I only stay 7 hours. Checked in rest and checked out. Overall, i was happy with the place.

Close to the airport, they have own shuttle and affordable. They can bring you to another places with affordable price.

Staff: The staff were not very welcoming and rarely smiled. Payment: Card payment was not working during my stay. Bathroom: The shower cubicle was damaged and had cracks. No bathroom tissue was provided. The bathroom was very small, and the door almost hits the shower cubicle when opened. Sink: Not very clean. Bed: A little too firm for my preference. Blanket: Very thin. Elevator: Only luggage is allowed in the elevator, which can be inconvenient. Location: The area outside felt a bit unsafe and scary, especially because it was very crowded. Parking: There was no proper parking area. Noise: The apartment is not soundproof. You can clearly hear guests talking in the hallway from inside the room.

Calles angostas para el paso de vehículos, pero eso es un problema externo de viabilidad. El apartamento cumplió todas las expectativas

Near airport. We stayed to rest for the early flight next day. We're able to sleep because the area is queit. Will stay here again.

Diz que tem café da manhã mas tive que ir embora cedo e eles não providenciaram o breakfast box , o gerente do hotel é bem nojento, à noite saí pra fazer compras e fecharam a rua , coisa de maluco, tive que dar a maior volta pra entrar no hotel

The price and location is priceless just a short walk to the airport ( Terminal 1 ), and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, they really try hard to make your travel as comfortable, easy and painless. They can even provide you a van transportation to almost any short and reasonable drop off destination(s) with a fairly reasonable fee plus the convenience alone so no need to look for taxi or whatever in the middle of the night etc... stayed multiple times, very trustworthy and reliable 👍 👌 🙏 I highly recomend it if you are trying to make your budget work, the space is better than some i stayed elsewhere, you settle down and get comfy after the first day. Ive seen many patrons and tennants even families like myself during my " STAYS " 😊 😃 😀 😄

At first the area but again for the price you cant beat and besides the barrangay sentry is there for safety, they clise the gates at 10pm and limits one entrance at night for noise pollution and safety, that sepends on your room and floors you select and get, so be tactful, respectful and reasonable for the return treatment is more than what you give out 🙏 🙏 🙏

The place is good and the room is actually okay It's clean and very simple..

Considering the price is very affordable its acceptable if there is some thing u will notice.. but the value of money is worth it..

Malheureusement il y avait énormément de bruit

The place was spacious enough. It’s also cheaper than the rest of the hotels near the airport. They also have a kitchen sink and a small dining table.

The rooms weren’t sound proof, so we could hear even footsteps of people climbing up and downs the stairs. They didn’t provide any tissue paper, the toilet door lock was broken and the faucet in the kitchenette is too short that the water drips down to the counter and down to the floor.

I stayed for few hours due to a late at night flight from terminal one. The hotel is very basic and one should not have any unrealistic expectations.

I booked the hotel in the last minute, instead of spending 7 hours at the airport. I saw that the room price on booking.com was literally changing every few minutes. It felt like the price is dynamically set to take advantage of travelers who are looking for few hours rest before flying.

First of all, the shutter service is not available when it says in the add that it is.they put us in the very top floor 5A with no access the the elevator. The elevator is only being used for the luggages. We needed to go out to eat dinner so you can only imagine us going up and down the stairs. And most of all, there was no water in the property. We wasn't able to shower before going to our flight. The lesbian receptionist is also useless

The staff being unknowledgeable in handling situations. Didn't help up with our luggages when we were told to move to the lover floor just to shower but still there's no water.

The hotel is near the International airport

There is no bus from the hotel to the international airport that day

We stay here for few hours as we have flight around 3 am in the morning. Like the location as it’s near in the airport. Staffs were also helpful especially when you want to have taxi reservations. Beds are ok, it smells good.

I think it’s the bathroom, as my partner wants to use the shower, he said it’s not working and we don’t have time to ask the staff for it because we are leaving for our flight. Also it’s better to have take out foods first before you check in as there are not much resto near the hotel.

No breakfast offered. After 3 times talking with staff about my arrival time of 2 -2:30am, on arrival, staff claimed no knowledge and we had to re-register. I will check charges to my bank account since I may get double charged. Air was noisy and did not work well. Put on top floor, no elevator! Had to grab ride to airport due to no offered shuttle service. Lastly, this lodging is located in middle of squatter area, unsafe, dirty. Had I of know, would not of brought my family!

Clean room and quiet. The neighbourhood is not for everyone, but I walked safely from here to terminal 1 without any issues. Good local restaurants and shops nearby. Tricky for the taxi to get close though as the streets are narrow.

Comfortable accommodation. The location is also close to the airport. If you don't mind walking, the distance is less than 1km. Or if you want to be easy, you can use the grab application. The staff is very helpful.

unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we arrived, we had to wait a long time to check in, and the reception area was very hot. There was no staff available when we first arrived, which was frustrating after a long journey. The room itself was acceptable for the price; however, the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress springs were very noisy, making it difficult for us to sleep properly. In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from outside, which made it hard to rest. Overall, we were very exhausted and did not have a comfortable stay. We hope the management can improve the check-in process, the quality of the beds, and the noise control for future guests.

Location location location i loved it walking distancebto terminal 1 of naia airportshort ride to the airport all around. Cant complain for the PRICE$ is right.it may not be exquisite but you get what you pay for nor far nor too close from the main road so its quiet enough to get your ZZZZZZZZsss , walk to main road is about a minute if you take your time 🙏 staff is friendly enough 🙏 theres an elevator for luggages that they assist you upon check in n out for the upper floor rooms 👍 👌

Cleanliness could really be given a little bit more attention but then again you cant really complain for the price you pay since in the CITY. 🙏
