Staff were absolutely fantastic. Some of the best service I have ever seen - from the restaurant, to the bar, to reception, to housekeeping. Everyone was so friendly! The room was large, very clean, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job every day. Special shout out to the staff at the pool bar. Really enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend this place for anyone seeking a relaxing stay in Palawan.

The layout was great. Had everything that we needed. We were well looked after. The staff were excellent they would always help with anything.

Only one complaint. The shower was a problem in room 6a. It was not hot, the hand held hose did not work, the water spurted out and could not be used. when the water came out from the top it sprayed everywhere. Water did not drain away quickly.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Lovely food, room was clean, bed sooooo comfy. The perfect place to stay on our first night in Palawan!

I liked the feeling of privacy and the private pool. Very spacious.

The amount of insects/pests that came inside the rooms. The A/C did not seem powerful enough for the room. There is mounted TV's however the bed post is directly in the view of watching it. The wifi was not reliable at all, and kept cutting in and out. Our bed was made up of two different full size mattresses and was uncomfortable.

We had a private villa so it had a private pool and subbed in our front yard. Breakfast was lovely- restaurant was clean Villa was clean. Staff were very attentive. Grounds were so green and well kept. Main pools all faced the pool with a swim up bar It was quiet and peaceful

It didn't worry us but it's not close to the centre.

Ken & Kristian were some of the friendliest pool bar staff we've met. Polite, funny and always willing to make you a cocktail by the swim up bar! Being 10minutes out of town actually added to the charm of this place as walking down the street of the hotel meant you got a glimpse into the real philippino family life.

The private pool in the Villa was freezing. Much more enjoyable swimming in the main pool.

La poubelle de la salle de bain aurait mérité un couvercle (papier ne doit pas être jeté dans les toilettes…). Pas de possibilité de rester autour de la piscine car aucun transat. Nous avions un délai d attente pour notre vol et nous avons dû nous installer sur des chaises posées par l accueil…petite remarque également nous avons payé pour la plage et en arrivant au bord grosse déception :pas de sable marée haute, une dame présente nous a déconseillé la baignade car il y avait des dépôts d huile. Nous avions signalé à l accueil que nous allions à la plage et ils ne nous ont pas averti

Absolument magnifique et calme L'hôtel offre un rapport qualité prix excellent au regard des prestations La chambre qui donne sur la piscine est très confortable, grande, bien équipée et était parfaitement propre La salle de bain est parfaite Il y a également une terrasse privative pour profiter de la piscine La piscine est superbe, avec le bar dedans L'environnement est vraiment calme Le personnel est souriant agréable et aux petits soins On a passé un très bon moment A recommander

Como su nombre indica, hace que la vida sea para disfrutar, parar y relajarse. Es un oasis!! La habitación fue de 10 y el personal del hotel una maravilla, por su atención, calidad de limpieza, comida. Hemos estado de maravilla, volveríamos a repetir sin dudarlo.

The team running the resort were lovely. Everything I ate at the restaurant was very good. They don’t have a dive operation in-house anymore, which was why I chose it, but they gave me the contact of Dino who just set up ‘Dive and Dive More’ and he, and his team, gave me several days of great diving; really professional and fantastic diving.

Location not great. 15 mins walk to a beach that wasn't very nice. 20 minutes in a tuk tuk to everywhere else. Had to wait a long time for any dishes in the restaurant even though there were no other guests there. Not many choices at breakfast. Most things had been left out for a long time so were overcooked and dry.

It's almost to the end of Ponce De Leon Road (turn at the Shell station!). The road is chaotic often, but the hotel is fabulous. It looks like it does in the pictures. Quiet, beautiful Buddhist inspired theme, very tropical and well maintained. Great pool with bar. I've stayed at dozens of hotels in the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, etc., and reviewed them, this one it the best so far. I stayed in one of the single rooms by the pool, but there are a number of villas, each with their own small pool. Great breakfast included, a nice restaurant too. Great value for the money. You will want a rental car or scooter. Make sure they switch on the water heater.

The staff was amazing and so kind. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond.

The WiFi was pretty bad. It went in and out most of the time. Besides that it was a wonderful experience.

Great little resort with a nice style and good vibe. Having said that I feel it is has so much more potential if only the maintenance of the premises would be taken care of more. It is relatively new and there already evident signs of wear and tear and they should be addressed. The communal gardens are very nice and lush, but for example the inside gardens in the private villas are not kept to a standard and looked like almost forgotten, with the outside chilling area full of dust and ants, which should not be the case. Poolside rooms are fine if only a little small, but mainly the bathroom as well although nice a spacious, I feel need some maintenance and the that walk in shower just floods everywhere. Lastly on this topic, the green fake grass next to the pool is not exactly what you would expect, ugly, but mainly it is worn and of poor quality so when walking on it especially with wet feet, it sticks to your feet and you end up taking the grass with you in the room. All in all, it's a very nice place at a relatively affordable price, yet not cheap, but with adequate maintenance and a few improvements it could be a gem, and I suppose command higher prices

Transport from airport to resort that hotel organised was terrible. We arrived, driver said was outside, but when we went out, no driver. Had to wait 30 minutes outside in the heat for pick up.

The bath tub was lovely, the bathroom was massive and the shower was great. The water was lovely and warm. The bedroom was gorgeously decorated with purple, and the bed frame made the bed look very fancy. The Restaurant serves amazing french food and breakfast was delicous

Beautiful place to relax in Puerto Princesa, good food and a lovely pool. Close to the airport so perfect for a layover.

The pool was lovely with a great bar but there was nowhere to sit or put your clothes. Free shots and happy hour!

In the description of the room it says there was a hot tub and there wasn’t. The staff were great at organising trips for us but not very good at explaining what time to meet - someone’s there was a 2 hour window for pick up!
