Begrenzte Auswahl beim Frühstück. Vieles von der Speosekarte war nicht verfügbar. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser aber es gab kein Zugang. Der einzige Weg war gesperrt.Das Bidet war undicht und der Toilettensitz war nicht die richtige Größe (zun klein)

Only stayed one night but didn't but it was a wonderful stay. Didn't have any issues. Staff was friendly and helpful.

AC in our room was broken and it was shutting down every 2 hours and had to be rest by maintenance. Staff keep apologizing. Asked to speak to management but she was not available. In a hot and humid weather AC is a must and waking up to hot room every two hours is unacceptable. I asked for discounted rate but was ignored. Bathroom was old and moldy and towels stained and old

Super Hotel für den Start der Reise! Alle sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer top.mit Poolzugang ...der übrigens ein Traum ist! Essen sehr gut....es gibt eine große Auswahl Zimmersehr groß und superbequee Betten! !Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Das Frühstück ist leider überschaubar und könnte erweitert werden mehr Früchte, Joghurt.....

Room was very nice, service very good. Food available in the restaurant at good quality (a bit more pricey than downtown). Breakfast was ok with nice local food.

Optisch auf den ersten Blick schön. Personal sehr nett. Mit der Managerin konnte man sehr gut sprechen wegen der Probleme.

Leider Schimmelgeruch im Zimmer. Da wir ein krankes Baby dabei hatten mussten wir schnell raus. Ungeziefer auf dem Bett und Boden.

Были сложности с бронированием экскурсии на подземную реку, поэтому если хотите это сделать через отель нужно несколько раз убедиться, что они действительно забронировали

Die Betten waren ok.

Eigentlich alles, da das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist, was überall zu sehen ist. Fast alles ist renovieringsbedürftig. Das Frühstück ist leider nicht gut. Kaum Auswahl und lieblos hin gestellt. Das Personal macht generell einen unmotivierten Eindruck.

The hotel was good, swimming pools really nice.

The beach was closed - very shallow water and dirty. Neighbourhood not nice - smoke from the grills. The billiard and gym were quite poor as well. The restaurant quite expensive and not very tasty. The personnel tried to help but did not have many options.

my room was comfortable. well stocked and tended to. the bed was comfortable. plenty of water. good temperature. clean. nice view. spacious.

there should be a how-to guide for using hot water b/c i'm from the US and we don't have the devices in the shower for hot water like they do in the philippines. so, i only got one shower that was kinda warm. the rest were cold. also the tv didn't work. we wanted to use the billiards one night but it closed down at 10pm which is way too early. also, the excusions lady was nice but gave me wrong info. she said that 1st day of typhoon uwan that all excusions were cancelled. but we found out from new friends that the island hopping one WAS available that day. it ruined things b/c we were there only 4 days and other trips and businesses were closed.

Liked the facilities however the quality of the cooking was a little suspect. If it was Asian cuisine it was wonderful how ever anything else was not to standard and at times un edible.

Große Zimmer, Pool ist immer sauber und gepflegt. Kajaktouren möglich.

Wir haben einen Ausflug gebucht, dieser würde von der Dame an der Rezeption dann falsch auf einen anderen Ausflug gebucht. Deshalb konnten wir den Ausflug nicht wahrnehmen. Wir haben an der Rezeption spa Besuche gebucht die 3 Tage in Folge nicht stattgefunden haben weil die Mitarbeiter im spa nicht Bescheid wussten. Nachdem das Zimmer gereinigt worden ist mussten wir jeden Tag neu nach Klopapier fragen, und manchmal kam es dann doch nicht und wir mussten mehrfach nachfragen. Der Fernseher ging mitten in der Nacht immer wieder an Das Essen ist ok aber der Preis ist zu hoch im funny Lion kriegt man da richtig gutes Essen geboten. Ich wurde von Sicherheitsmitarbeitern verfolgt und dann angesprochen ob sie Fotos mit mir machen könnten.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The facilities were very good. Unfortunately the beach is not quite what we are used to - the deeper water is more than 300m from shore at high tide. The swimming pools and the gym are excellent. The resort is not close to modern shops or restaurants so a 100 Peso Tuktuk is needed to go into town or to the markets. The rooms are large and very comfortable but we had trouble trying to control the room temperature as the air con only emitted very cold air. There is a free shuttle to the airport that was fantastic.

The distance to modern shops is not within walking distance. There was a school conference on our past day so by 8.30a., the usual food was removed from use, cakes were left uncovered and there was not much food to select or choose from.

Secluded location, so it’s good if you just wanted to stay in. The beach sunrises were nice. Breakfast was okay. Staff is really nice and accommodating.

A little far from everything and costly if you wanted to go out as it is around 100 pesos per ride going in and out of the hotel.

La colazione a buffet è un po limitata. La spiaggia non è quello che immaginavo, ma credo per la conformazione luogo e la posizione dell'hotel.

The views are so stunning that we couldn't stop taking pictures. We were in the suite closest to the beach and it has its own Jacuzzi. The hotel also has a pool and a fine restaurant. There is so much to do in El Nido, but we could have spent all our time at the resort.

This is a wonderful property located on the water. The staff is amazing. Food was amazing. The only problem I had was the refrigerator. Wasn’t able to refrigerate our drinks cold or if you have insulin or medicine that requires to be cold these refrigerators won’t do it. I would expect better for the price you pay for the room.

We were a little disappointed that the 'beach' was just water that you couldn't get in, just look at. The pool was great and the food was good. It was a good find!

The place was a beachfront property located away from the city traffic w/ a guard at the entrance. The service was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

on the first night, i was extremely disappointed in Costa Palawan. I had booked before in 2023 and had a great stay so decided to book again when I returned to Puerto Princesa. Upon arrival in 2023, they had my name and my friend’s on a TV welcoming us and gave us complimentary welcome drinks which were just some of the things i loved about my previous stay as it made us feel very special! this second time around, I booked a queen room for my partner and I. When we got to our room, we found ants. I called the front desk to let them know and request a room change but am told that housekeeping would be sent to check the situation. We wait for about 30 minutes in our room and this is after over 8 hours of travelling so we’re spent, hungry, and frustrated at this point. We head down to the lobby to let them know that we are leaving to get dinner and would like a room change when we get back to which they agree. however, we find out that they sent housekeeping to the wrong room which meant we were waiting in vain the past 30 mins. When we come back from dinner, we get our room changed to one with two smaller beds. we didnt mind sleeping in separate beds as long as the room was clean so we agreed to this change. when we get to our new room, we find ants once again. i let them know, again, that there are ants in our room and the staff at the front desk tells me that they were shocked this is happening because they don’t usually ever have an ant problem. he offered to send housekeep

The staff and accommodations are exceptional.

The hotel is good, clean, location is not good. We booked it because it offers a nice beach in the pictures, but there is not beach to enjoy and town and restaurants are far away. No reason to pay a resort fee, because there is not resort.

Professionalism of all staff. Cleanliness of the rooms and surroundings.

We only stayed for 1 night at this hotel but it was well worth staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful with transportation accommodations. The buffet was good, and they told us for good dining options to go to the Baywalk which was amazing to see around sunset, it was a little hidden gem. I would certainly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was well managed and maintained. Beautiful little spot right in the ocean

i paid for a king suite, view of the pool and ocean,, room was extremely hot, bell hop said it would cool down,,after waiting 45 min to cool down , it actually got hotter,,called front desk, two people came up , a lady, very nice A MAN VERY RUDE!!!!! He was a jerk!! he yelled at me and the women in tagalogo saying its because were in the suite facing the sun???,and it would take awhile to cool down??? then he walked outt and did nothing??again i was not buying it !! the women contacted manager and moved us to another suite NOT THE SAME view or room but the air was good,not that i expect anything more then i pay for,, but to receive less???! so we wasted 1.5 hours of our short stay No compensation offer of anything,A cold beer would have been nice ??

This place was great. It was nice that they arranged a tricycle for us anytime we asked. You can not swim at the beach though. The pool is fantastic though. Only 1 restaurant was open when we were there, so I was happy to take a ride into town a few nights and that it was so easy.

This is a very affordable and clean place to enjoy the beautiful views and relaxing environment. A must for all travellers to Palawan.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pools(2) are large, however there aren’t enough loungers to accommodate all the pool guests. The grounds are lovely and well kept, however there is no sandy beach as implied by the advertisement. The swamp like ocean borders the front of the property, there is no hope of swimming there. Breakfast is very limited in both food and dishes/utensils. Every morning I was searching for coffee cups, glasses and utensils while 4-6 staff stood in the kitchen area talking. Often the one and only fruit option was empty. I would have to request for fruit to be replenished . The drinking water dispensers on my floor were often empty. The property is isolated, there is not much to do in the area.

Overall a well run hotel. Staff was excellent, a good restaurant on-site, and beautiful spacious rooms.

Wonderful buildings and facilities and furnishings. They have a seawall to keep the ocean out so at high tide there is no beach. It is not a one stop destination, at least for me. Staff is more than helpful! Was surprised that there was a charge for a bucket of ice. It served my purpose, close to airport for an early departure.

It’s a resort, by the beach and well secluded. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious. They provide airport transfer service and the airport is close.

Excellent staffs, super friendly & helpful!

Stayed there with family for 3 nights. Staff werr accomodating & friendly. However, there were some things that could be improved. Toothbrush provided was very hard. Feels more like brush for cleaning the toilet rather than for teeth. If you're staying here, my advice is to bring your own toothbrush. There were stains on the walls, most likely from previous room users. The place could do a renovation.

Very helpful

We stayed 3 nights at Costa Palawan last November. Front desk Earleen and Luggage Assistant Rolando are very helpful during both check in and check out. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. Daily Breakfast by the beach front and options are great, they have varying items each morning. Great sunrise view! Service at the Restaurant is amazing, James and other staff are attentive. They also have consistent tricycle drivers that are stand by outside the resort, we were served by Jojo and he was very helpful and honest!

Breakfast could be very busy specially if there is a large group of guests together and saving tables for their colleagues.

Beautiful property.

We were treated like a VIP, staff were courteous, smiling and very professional particularly Front Desk person named Arlene or Erlene?. Very friendly staff Since this property is away from the rest of the hotels, Or restaurants there’s only one choice of restaurant- food was great but if you eat late most ingredients are gone. I’ll still recommend the property

The food at the restaurant was disappointing, with limited options, and the dishes we chose were unsatisfying. A more sophisticated menu is needed.
