Reviewed Sep 19, 2024Check-in time is 3:00. We checked out of our previous hotel at noon and arrived at the hotel shortly after 1:00. We asked if we could check-in earlier than 3:00. The response was yes as long as the room was ready. The room was ready and check-in was completed at 1:30. Shortly after entering the room, we received a call informing us that we needed to pay an 800 peso cash deposit. Having found this to be normal at other hotels and car rentals I paid the deposit. When we checked out we were told the "deposit" was being kept as the fee for checking in early. This was not mentioned when we checked in and not when I paid the deposit. The room was clean and comfortable.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2024We came early to check n they said Expedia did not confirm our room n we could not get a refund for the family suite we booked via Expedia back in January. We settled for a smaller lesser room n staff was very apologetic but then we would like z refund for the lesser room difference. I expected Expedia to take care of this bc we prepaid n Expedia sent me a confirmation but Expedia did not do their part in confirming with the hotel.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2023The property was very spacious and clean. It had all the amenities that we need, like air conditioning, a fridge, a kettle, television and laundry service. The service of the staff was exceptional. They helped load our luggage to the room and were always quick to offer their help and made our stay more comfortable. They even brought up our cleaned laundry as a courtesy. I will definitely recommend this place and will continue to use this hotel for future trips to the Philippines.
It is about 20 minutes from the airport, so you can hear the airplanes passing by.
