Everything was bad, not clean, internet bad, towels are so bad they are dirty with bad smell. They didn’t provide me with slippers , and when I asked them for it , they said ok and never provided it. Toilet - Exhaust Fan not working , cigarette smoke enters and stink up the whole apartment, need to fixed it. Co-host - Friendly, however, it took some time of waiting about 30 minutes Pest - baby roaches can be seen crawling, might need to get those roach traps Lightings - a Dimmer was spoilt and is quite dark in the evening, need to get it fixed

The property is in a really nice building, but the apartment was really old, dirty and mould in the bathroom. I know the price was £50 for 2 nights, and I shouldn’t expect much but at least to be clean.

You can walk to Terminal 3 over a footbridge but need a Grab to to to other terminals. No problems. Concierge will help if you don't have the app. Plenty of restaurants

El personal amable, aunque tuvimos que esperar a que vinieran a buscarnos para llevarnos a la habitación a pesar de que avisé de la hora de llegada tanto por Booking como por WhatsApp.
Huele bastante a humedad y había pelos en la ducha.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2025The property is in average condition and is adequate for a safe stay. They promise Netflix, but in reality you may or may not get it— if they are busy, probably not. The concierge said it’s ‘first come, first served’— which isn’t in their ads. lol. I was there 2 weeks and had one ask if they wanted to clean. I am a single man and entertained different guests nightly. I paid, up front to have guests. They were different about the entry policy— sometimes there were no questions … other times it was a dozen questions. Just depends on who was on the desk, I guess. It’s a safe adequate place. Close to T3 at the airport— walking there in 5 minutes! Several eating places close.

We didn't like the bed, very squeaky, the air con was noisy when the compressor kicked in and at times we couldn't connect to Netflix. The room was very clean including the bathroom, and personnel was very polite and friendly. And they had very competitive prices.

Too many cockroaches, and the door to the balcony is misaligned and has no handle from the and can’t be closed. I have to ask to be transferred to a different unit. In the 2nd unit there’s a few cockroaches running around and in the kitchen area, there’s only 1 cup, 2 plates, and a bowl and a pair of utensils.
