Location was fine

Small room small bathroom, mattress, sub standard. Booked a room with pivate pool. There was a pool but it was far from private. Ordered pizza only to be told they could not make it. Room was right beside the front desk it did not feel private at all.

The restaurant took two hours to prepare the food, the food was terrible, and the female staff member who checked us in had a terrible attitude.

The place had a great vibe. It was family-friendly and homey as well. Their food was superb, and I was especially thankful because my mom, who is a picky eater, was really happy and satisfied. I personally loved their halo-halo (a must-try) and the ampalaya with dilis. The breakfast was also of great quality. We loved starting our day with a good breakfast. Since I was traveling with my senior citizen parents, we also appreciated that they placed them in a ground-floor room. The place was clean, and the staff attended to our needs 24 hours a day. Everyone was very welcoming, especially Kristal, the first receptionist we met. Thank you — we really enjoyed our stay. We also saw a very cute sea turtle during our stay, which made the experience even lovelier.

The stairs were a bit challenging, especially if you have seniors with you. There was no elevator, so if you are traveling with seniors, inform the staff ahead of time so they can place them on the ground floor, like they did for my parents. The good thing is that they helped us bring our luggage upstairs since we were on the 3rd floor. The comfort room drainage in our room was also a problem. Stagnant water would collect after we took a bath, so we had to call the housekeeper for help. She was kind enough to mop the water away.

The property is gorgeous, and the view from the room and restaurant are stunning. We were able to see sea turtles from our room almost every morning. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and I am very appreciative that they got me a slice of cake for my birthday :) The property location is quite convenient and easy to access the grocery store/atm and main city attractions by scooter.

L’hôtel a une architecture très originale et charmante, qui fait penser à un paquebot, ce qui lui donne beaucoup de caractère. Le personnel est absolument adorable à tous les niveaux : accueillant, serviable et attentionné tout au long du séjour. Le restaurant est également un vrai point fort : la nourriture est très bonne et les prix sont très raisonnables. La piscine est agréable, et l’accès direct à la mer est un vrai plus. L’eau est claire et c’est un endroit parfait pour se détendre.

Le gros point noir reste la chambre. La salle de bain est beaucoup trop petite et les matériaux semblent de qualité assez médiocre. La douche fuit, ce qui provoque de l’eau partout et beaucoup d’humidité. Des tapis de bain devraient absolument être fournis dès l’arrivée, ce qui n’était pas le cas. De plus, les draps dégageaient une odeur très forte et peu agréable, tout comme les serviettes de plage, ce qui a nui au confort du séjour. Le petit déjeuner est également à améliorer, car il est en dessous du niveau global de l’hôtel. Dans l’ensemble, cela reste suffisant pour une nuit, mais des améliorations sont clairement nécessaires, notamment au niveau des chambres.

The King suite room on 3rd floor has great sea view, and a wrap around balcony. The 4th floor has roof top garden etc with a bar which wasn't open during my stay there. Veey friendly staff ever ready to assist whenever I asked for help.

The shower floor is not sufficiently sloped to allow quick drainage of water. Not a big deal as long as one is aware of it.

La struttura, leggendo le recensioni, ha aperto nel 2024 ma a mio avviso non è mai stata fatta manutenzione. La camera non pulita, l’odore di fogna che arrivava dal bagno, l’acciaio del bagno incrostato dal calcare e lo scovolino completamente arrugginito. La camera affacciava sulla strada ed era immediatamente sopra alla pompa che faceva casinò molto spesso. Il ristorante lento, abbiamo aspettato 30 minuti per la colazione. La piscina è piccola e ha solo 3 sdraio scomode, di cui 2 rotte.

The pool is not what we expecting it's kind of small and smelly also filter is not working no other filter to replace it and the bathroom shower is funny position and the water is stock by the toilet bowl 😄 and lots of ants 🐜 in the room

We didn't enjoyed the menu they didn't have a stock for food like ice cream baby backribs lumpia and also the juices they run-out of stocks and they also don't have items for desert disappointed

The place is so modern, clean and artistic. The food is good. The sea view from the room is fantastic.

The pool was not cleaned the day after we came so we could not enjoy it. Hotel too close to the sea so theres no sand. It's just direct access to the sea so it could be dangerous during high tides.

I booked 3 rooms, and did not get free breakfast with every single person.

I love everything about this hotel. The sea view is breath taking. My kids spent hours snorkeling around the hotel . The food was good. I am so pleased with the service.

Everything it was all good.

The staff accommodated us, who are the family of three, in the 14sq.m. Triple room behind the reception, the room number was 101. We did not expected it at all, because we booked 18sq.m. room, we kindly asked twice if we can have an another room, they told us all the rooms are booked, although on booking.com was 2 more triple rooms still available at that evening we arrived. That room was too narrow for us, also there was no mirror, no any shelves in the bathroom and no toilet paper. The door of wardrobe couldn’t be opened because of the table. The breakfast was poor, and coffee was instant.

Such a lovely hotel, everything is clean and new, breathtaking view from terraces (especially the one on the top) and balconies, clean pool with sea view and super nice staff. All the restaurants and shops are cca 3 km away, so you better have a scooter.

Good place to stay for a day or two! Good pool and the staff was awesome. Found a cockroach in our room but that’s probably normal for the area.

Marc Vannelli is quite beautiful and probably the nicest hotel in Oslob. The rooms are quite small but they are modern and very clean. This place is very cool and the design is funky! Unfortunately there are only stairs to the rooms, if you have mobility issues maybe find alternative, but they carry your bags up and down so we didn’t mind. They arranged our visit to the whale sharks with Kenneth and that was perfect. Their guide is the best, use them for a guaranteed experience. Make sure you go to the churches while in Oslob! This area is on the water and is SO BEAUTIFUL. The staff are amazing at Marc Vannell! Salamat!

Beautiful scenery, nice clean pool, very kind staff. Food and drinks took some time to make but were great when delivered. Nice balcony with seats and table.

Ants everywhere. We have swapped 3 rooms but after a few hours they just found their way to you. I also found lot of bugs everywhere, even in bed (no bed bugs) and particularly under the bed was like spider-man's lair. They could have clean that. But even though, the room with the king's bed with the view on the ocean was absolutely magical.

Fabulous location with the waves washing around the hotel. A surprise to see turtles swimming close by. Very clean hotel. Great deck for a meal and drinks. We had an early dinner, large servings, food was good. Nothing really close by. We stayed overnight to do whale shark swimming in Oslob as it was a 4 1/2 hour drive there and back from Cebu.

The seaside location was superb! You could snorkel right off the back deck. The glass walls of the restaurant and pool made it seem open.

It was still a ways from the whale shark swimming. The steps are STEEP, even for someone in shape.

The facilities and most especially…the STAFF! They are very accommodating. It’s just like staying at home away from home!

This property is beautiful, new and very photogenic. The bad: if you are not a fan of stairs, this is not a place for you. No elevator and huge stairs that spiral beautifully up the center. The Good: many things! Gorgeous architecture. Very Instagramable! Lovely views. The restaurant is a wonderful plus with fantastic food.

The water from the shower was overflowing because no glass or curtain cover to seperate the toilet and shower area. The sink was leaking underneath. We avail the breakfast included in our stay but because we have an early activities during our stay we requested if they can just packed or even cooked it a night before anyway its just a sausage and a bread but they didnt agreed doing it. So we just waste 3 days bfast for 4 pax during the stay. Could it be better if they will allow a packed breakfast for the guest because all the guest for sure have aan early activities during the stay. Or better indicate on their site that they are not allowing packed breakfast so guest will not avail breakfast included in their bookings.

The hotel is located on the main highway so you will hear traffic noises during the day but it gets quieter in the evening and overnight. Great pool and oceanfront views!

The location was good and the staff were incredibly friendly, they went out of their way to help. The pool was clean and the food was satisfactory.

The shower leaked a lot of water into the bathroom and our room was quite small. However for two days it was manageable.

I would give 5 star, the facility is very clean with latest design, staff are kind and friendly thanks to Sir Albert and the rest of the team, me and my families really enjoyed our stay :)

By all accounts it's the best hotel in Oslob. So if you're staying in Oslob look no further. It's clearly very new and it's a lovely building with a lovely roof terrace. The receptionist was lovely and super helpful! Let me check in early, helped with transport, have recommendations and directions etc. The pool area is great. No beach but there's steps down to the sea and the snorkeling there is pretty good, we saw turtles and some corals. The rooms are small, but you have everything you need for a night or 2. WiFi was strong and reliable throughout my stay

Most tourists don't stay in the area. Instead they do Oslob as a day trip from moalboal, cebu or Bohol and I think they are right to do that... There is literally nowhere good to eat, and while the food at the hotel is probably the best in the area it still isn't good. Breakfast was a dry piece of bread, a hot dog sausage, 2 squares of sweaty spam meat, 2 slices of cucumber. (I did hear the omelettes were decent but I don't eat eggs). Dinner wasn't much better, and a fair amount of stuff was unavailable. The waiters at the restaurant were really nice people but just not attentive... probably because it's so quiet. You had to go find them if you wanted to order, and after having lunch at 2pm my plate was still on the table at 6pm. I was waking up very early to scuba dive and someone (I suspect the staff) was singing karaoke unbelievably loud until at least 11pm. The balcony door and bedroom door have gaps in them so definitely bring mosquito repellent. No hot water in the shower unless you use the handheld one and then it's lukewarm.

Very nice we are happy, and very attentive and friendly staff! i only complained regarding their food price at their restaurant OVERPRICED i could say, taste yummy but the food portions of all their foods are not adequate to the price! SEAFOOD PLATTER we got 3pcs of fish small cubes, 3pcs small shrimps and a small pcs of i dont know.. 455,00 pesos. And i asked the waiter to serve all the foods in one time but they serve one by one and the last was the rice … 🤒 im sorry to tell you.. overall i was happy and my family staying at your resorts and i will be back again here next year with my colleagues from Germany definitely 💯 ☺️🥰 i just say negative things atleast u can improve little things… ( just think about u are next to the ocean and it should be lesser price mostly to your seafoods like fish shrimps and etc.. i can understand if u have cheese and sausages from other country then it would be ok 😉) hope to see u again and God bless us all 😊

Food service - dinner preparation took almost 2 hours. Appetizers served last. Staff doesn’t even know how to apologize. Facility doesn’t fit with elderly and children - stairs not even and not safe. Pool edges are sharp We just stayed for the night as everyone was tired. Then moved out early next day. Feels itchy while sleeping. Some get rashes. It’s not comfortable.

The hotel has a great location and view on the sea with direct access.

The BF was very poor. They didn't have any stock for two days... Only one BF available over 7. And they give you the menu to choose and then tell you they don't have any items available... Food is expensive and not good.... Everything is almost frozen food..

The hotel itself and the very staff bonus is their massage chair!

The Hotel is oceanside, very nice and accessible. It has a very nice pool and restaurant and bonus of ocean access in the back. They have music playing at night to enjoy the sunset and the pool. Their food and their service is top notch.

The stairs are a hike. The steps are taller and uneven which made it difficult to be on the top floor, so if you're elderly Id request for the lower floor. The hotel is not fully airconditioned but the rooms are, so they leave the huge beautiful sliding doors on each floor. The bad thing is it attracks bugs into the hotel and can sometimes get into the rooms.

It is probably the best hotel in Oslob. Clean and nice hotel. We were treated very well. I had booked the room for the wrong date. They were very helpful about changing the date.

The room we stayed was a bit small. The beds could be more comfortable. We only stayed for 10 hours so we didn’t mind.
